Well I had a mental breakdown working at Quad in 2018. Then in March of this year I was told I screamed or something after work. #1 I was off. #2 The so called write up was by Corey Roberts whom had a beef with me outside of work. For 1 week they told me nothing about what I did wrong. Literally I have the texts. They said nothing. And I was just speculating as to why I was being suspended for an entire week!!! And I even told Paul Billianti. I begged for a reason and got nothing. If they were so afraid I was violent why did they let me sit in silence for an entire week. Finally I was forced to sign some absolute B.S. or lose my job when I clearly did not agree with there so called blind investigation. Then I finally quit being I felt raped and used and taken advantage of and had the worst feeling I have ever had ever from any situation. Finally I do not and have never had a violent record ever.. I have literally like days of texts with no answer as to why I was even in trouble. That’s BS I get wrote up by a guy(Corey Roberts) I hate who is using his position to screw me over and he is not even on my shift!!! because of something that has zero to do with work.. Then it is held up by some KeyStone Cop BS Kangaroo court crap and I do not even get a chance to question the so called witnesses and I was following my psychiatric advice I got from your company to do what I am supposed to do. Anywayy I started my own business and business is slow so was going to get a part time job. When I saw an ad by a lawyer that literally described every thing I went through verbatim. Plus my neck hurts from my injury from there still.. I want to know if Quad, one of my favorite jobs ever tell I got completely screwed is an honorable company. I LOVED MY JOB!!! THIS IS HOW YOU PAY COMPLETE LOYALTY???!!??I saved every text, everything. Plus the silence. I not only have a right to know. You have to tell me why I am suspended, especially when I do not know why… I was on 5 years and I worked hard. I loved my job. When I had issues I went to HR. And this is what I get??? You have literally one day to tell me why I should not have this lawyer pull this through?? I loved my job. This is how you do people that love their jobs and come in consistently to work insane hours even when they have 102 degree temperature like I did my last day of work there.
