They don’t pizza ranch is very mean in grand forks they don’t do that st all in grand forks they treat you like garbage no kindness what so ever if you complain the Manger will kick you out he did that to a mother and now she can’t go back snd if there is a brithday party she can’t go because the Manger kicked her out it’s very sad what is happening
I was working on the road from March – July 2019 and spent my time in MN,IA, SD,ND and CO.. I love Pizza Ranch and being from Kalispell MT it’s 200 miles minimum to the nearest location but not the case in the previous stated months. I took the opportunity to eat at the Loveland CO, Fairmont MN X 4, Rock Rapids IA, Orange City IA. and Rapid City SD locations and was happy as could be with the food and the service in every location. The legs are a hot item in Fairmont and were all gone so I asked one of the ladies restocking if I could get a couple legs and shortly after she brought fresh hot legs to my table. I have yet to have a negative experience with any of the locations I have been to which are more than I mentioned through the years. Keep up the great work and my favorite chicken ever!
I worked at the Algona Pizza Ranch and I worked hard and was always nice to people and most of the people I worked with was positive but there was these 2 people that was always very negative it was mentally exhausting working with them and I kept telling the manager I can’t work with those people and she promised me she would stop scheduling me with those negative people but that was just a lie because kept on scheduling me with them and I kept telling her I will quit if I have to keep working with the negative people and she thought I was just going to keep tolerated it because I loved my job so much the times I did not work with the negative people and so she thought I was bluffing when I said I will quit if she keeps scheduling me with the negative people and then last Sunday I decided not to come into work until she promised it would be a 100% fact that I would never ever have to work with the negative people again and I got no answer from her so I did not come to work and shortly after that my new job called me on the phone and told me I was hired to be there new dishwasher and I did not even need to have an interview because that guy knew I am a good worker because he seen me table bussing at the pizza ranch and also the pizza ranch manager she like to do that gas lighting stuff to people like days before I quit she told me every body hates me and that every body says I am lazy and that stuff not true she was just trying to make me feel worthless and when I was literally and by far the best at my job and I always nice to every body and I never wanted to quit because I love that job and most of the people I worked with because positive but it was overwhelming working with those negative people and I absolutely love my new job but I would love to work at the pizza ranch again as well but under new management and as long as I never ever have to work with those 2 toxic people
Scott the chicken guy told me I will not be working at the Pizza Ranch because I filled out an application after I heard the 2 toxic people are quitting and I think he is taking it personal and not professional because and as of right now I will be the better person and not say why and I will just drop it if I am hired and so when I worked at the Pizza Ranch I was an amazing worker and ask others I am the only dishwasher that do not need the others to help carry me I do not need any body help no matter how busy it is I made work more easy for the rest of them and I was nice to every body I worked hard and you can’t find a better dishwasher then me and I absolutely loved my job when I did not work with the 2 toxic people and when they work it is always a negative hostile work place that why I quit and Felicia would not leave me alone she kept getting in my way slowing me down and telling me what to do and when I am much better then her and I did my research and that is against the law for someone to keep doing what Felicia was doing to me because I am more then capable of doing my job they say what she did is a form of harassment and yes it was harassment and not only that but she has also tried to get teenagers to fist fight her out back and I not joking and these 2 toxic people are lazy and cut corners when I worked the day shift I kept finding dirty dishes that never touched water mixed in with the clean dishes and Eddie and Felicia are like a dish washing team and they could not handle work when it got busy and so when they got a lot of dishes they both would throw fits and say people are not pulling there weight but they the ones not pulling there weight they need every body to carry them and when they do not understand is sometimes others don’t have time to carry them and when they only had a lot of dishes because it was busy lol and so whenever they got a lot of dishes they would hand in a 2 week notice and I not joking and while the more dishes I get the more I love it I turn it into a game and I can keep that machine constantly running and I am telling you Scott is taking it personal with stuff to do with outside the work place he not being professional because I work hard and I nice to every body and you can’t find a better dishwasher then me I am like a missing piece to a well oiled work machine puzzle I not just any body
I’m not sure if the Monticello Iowa Pizza Ranch has new owners, but what a mess. I took a few pictures. The floors were the.pit. Corn and pizza were spilled by the potatoes, chicken. etc and just left there.. Not that the hadn’t refilled and seen this mess, but just ignored it. The floor looked like nobody knew how to use a broom or a mop. The pickled beets were sprinkled with cheese . My chicken was not done and the next batch was running with grease or something. Not sure if I’ll be back. Chances are we will not
The management at the Rhinelander Pizza Ranch was very doesn’t understand about customer relations. They were very inflexible and not accommodating. I had bariatric surgery and can not physically eat more than a couple spoons of food per meal. I asked if I could purchase a single piece of chicken and showed them my card provided by my surgeon and his response was NO! All I wanted to do was join my family in a meal and not feel left out. The manager made that a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation. I won’t be back and I will make it a point to let people know about my experience there.

I filed a complaint against the Pizza Ranch in West Bend, WI and have not heard anything. My wife reserved the back room for my daughter’s birthday party. My wife was also an employee, so management new what my daughter’s story as my wife explained it to them when she was hired.
Long story short my daughter was born 9 weeks early, was fed by a g-tube, and doctors found multiple lesions on her brain. We had to have genetic testing to rule out any genetic disorders that would end her life by age 6 to 8.
The moment we walked in the door management asked my wife about splitting the room up. My wife declined as the room was reserved. Throughout the party her managers kept popping their heads in about splitting the room up. During all this chaos they were 30 minutes late for the pizzas. When we asked about a refund we were declined. My wife was told by one of them she should understand the business. Well your managers should have understand what this party meant to my family as my daughter thankfully was found not to have any genetic defects and is eating on her own. I have worked with customers for over 15 years and would not have dreamed of doing this to someone. Just sad on so many levels. No apology, nothing.
I was curious as to what your policy is on senior discount. We ate at the one in Grand Forks, ND and asked for the discount. The meal was stated at $10.02 and we were charged $9.99. at 11:30 am. With just a 3 cents off I do not know why they were calling it a discount.
We eat there quite often as we like it but not sure about now.

I took my wife, my adult daughter, and my three grandchildren (8,5,2 year old) for dinner today. During our visit a person came to clean up some dishes. She gathered 4 plates from one side of the table, then walked around to my wife’s side of the table and asked for more. My wife had two plates she was handing to the woman. I woman was going to stack the 4 plates on top of a pile of things on the two plates from my wife. My wife asked her do you think you should do that? As the silverware fell off the bottom plate onto my wives cotton candy dress with pizza sauce on it. I stained my wife’s dress. Accidents happen we understand however, the woman never said she was sorry or tried to help fix the mistake. she sent another person to our table. There should be a limit to the amount of items stacked at the table, or the staff should have bins to collect dishes away from the table. The staff should be screened and demonstrate manors in given situations. Apologies are not negotiable.

I want to say that I love Pizza Ranch. Before a Pizza Ranch came to Bloomington, Illinois, my sister and I would road trip to another town to eat there. It was always good. However, the last time I went to the Bloomington Illinois restaurant, I noticed that the caffeine free diet coke was no longer an option. I am unable to have sugar or caffeine and always looked forward to being able to eat at Pizza Ranch. I know I am not the only person that can’t have caffeine or sugar.
Please bring the caffeine free diet coke back to the Bloomington Illinois restaurant so I and many others can continue eating there. Thank you so much!!
We went to the location in Elkhorn Wi. Yesterday at about 6pm. Just trbl. Waired at the counter for 5 min before young guy came out. We have never been to a pizza,ranch and had questions. He never really answered any thing. We got a table, it was dirty. Hardly any pizza out . Soup container were broken. No soup. No chicken for at least 20 minutes and 10 in line for it. When it came out it was gone before we got to it. Only 3,type of pizza finally came out. Little kids kept trying to pick up our plates when we were still eating 3 times. Finally we got fed up with it all and decided we wore leaving. I was pretty upset we spent $20.00 dollars and left hungry. We visited Elkhorn, WI Pizza Ranch on 8/29. We stood at counter >10 minutes and waited to pay.The place was filthy, little food on bufftet, and no soap in women’s restroom. Gross. Staff used bathroom and no soap. The person bussing tables had flip flops on, shorts, and a tank-top on. Stack of dirty dishes piled high on tables. Tables weren’t wiped down. Food did not get replaced on buffet the entire time we were there. Serious issues for a,buffet restaurant. We won’t be back.
I think the corporate office needs to have a talk with the Pizza Ranch in Spearfish S. D. as some people and i went over there for supper. When asked if we had a special request I asked for “Chicken Bacon Ranch”. They gave us a number and we left there without getting or even seeing my request on the buffet. I plan to tell any and everyone that I know stay away from that Pizza Ranch. Pizza was cold and very disgusted with the staff. Why can’t they run that one like the one in Ft. Pierre. The one in Ft. Pierre is amazing and they actually care about their customers.
I was at pizza ranch in Galesburg Illinois around 715 pm and stood there at the counter for 10 mins and not one cashier came up front only the bus boy said someone would be up to wait on me how sad no one came up so I left

This Pizza ranch was such a disappointment. I know the chicken at other pizza ranch locations is broasted. This chicken was fried, they had NO ice cream which is fantastic at every pizza ranch I have been to. Was so disappointed I would not call this a pizza ranch..
My family has visited the emporia kansas pizza ranch many times and really enjoys the buffet. We do believe if you added ice cream cones for the soft serve ice cream it would be a perfect way to finish our meal. Please consider adding these to the buffet, people of all ages enjoy an ice cream cone. It would allow families to leave your tables much sooner if they chose to take it to go. I have been to pizza ranch in Ft Dodge many times, my family loves it ( my husband exspecially loves your ice cream! ) well back in Feb we were leaving with our daughter and one of the managers came running out screaming at a car with a young couple in it… oh the profanity that she and another worker (a man, from what i can gather was her husband) shouted. They continued to scream and swear and at one point another employee hsd to hold the manager ( Tenille i believe was her name) back from physically attacking…the couple in the car! It was unreal, seriously freaked my daughter out!!! I am wondering if this problem with the employees has been resolved? We would love to go back but certainly do not want to encounter these types of people and situations again!!
I have had the pleasure of working for pizza ranch twice now and I enjoy it very much, needless to say I was under the impression that anyone can get promoted with in house, but as it seems that is not the case, I was up for a manager position as was two other girl, I have had over 15 years experience with guest services as well had food services, so with that said I felt I had the best experience for the job, all the managers knew I had previous Experience with pizza ranch and even the owner was impressed with my performance not to mention I am also bilingual, but some how the other girl got the position. Now I have tried to look at this in many different ways but all in all I was the better choice but I am Latin and she is white, had I known that, that’s how they were going to choose I would have not got my hopes up, now with that being said the girl that got the promotion didn’t even want the job they forced her to take it, I will be speaking to a lawyer about this matter because I believe this was discrimination against my race.
Im, just becayse you THINK you are being discriminated doesnt mean squat. In the eyes of management the other girl is just plain better than you. Suck it.
