The most disappointing job of my life. I was disrespected by all sales team. My Boss Erik Braaten never stood up for anyone that was being harassed or bullied. Erik and Chuck are both arrogant and hire and fire to their benefit. This company is so large, they let me go 2 days before my 90 days with absolutely no explanation. I believe I was hired, and let go due to the fact that the fellow designer was slow and incapable of being at his job. During the busy season the fellow designer had 3 weeks off, myself just being hired holding down the same fort a 53 year old man could not handle.
Therefore, once the slow season is back boom I’m let go like I never mattered. These men didn’t utter a single word and when I asked all the things that I “thought” I did wrong…they said “no no that’s not why” …? Still awaiting the truth.

I was hired on a month ago at the vincennes,Indiana plant. I have tried for several years to get hired on hire and was so excited. I went to orientation on a Thursday. But some things interfered with me getting to the next few days. My daughter had her baby and was stuck out of town. Then the girl I was living with threw me out of my home and wouldn’t allow me to have my belongings. It was just bad luck. I called and left messages and when I finally got to talk to someone I was told they would talk to corporate HR. They would let me know. Well nobody called me and no one will answer my calls. It was out of my control. But I want this job and need this job. Things happen but what happened to empathy and given someone a second chance. Everyone is to quick to judge and condemn a person. Please someone at corporate pleas help me.

I was absolutely shocked to read that a PCS employee felt that this company is a “breeding ground” for sexual harassment!!! What does tube steak on the menu have to do with sexual harassment??? I work for Hexacomb in North Haven, Ct.,and am the only female whom works in the warehouse on my shift; the men- both management and co- workers treat me with the utmost dignity and respect- I’ve been with PCA for nearly 3 years and have no complaints! In fact I feel sorry for the men in this age- they are afraid to even smile at a woman or offer the innocent most compliments for fear they may be sued- it is a shame!!!

PCA Gallatin plant is a sexual harassment breeding ground. The plant management put” tube steak” on the menu for 2017 summer get together. Also staff have fratinzation among subordinates. Several staff lie about injuries or file FMLA for bogus claims. Workers are never put in check when they harass and push themselves on married or engaged employees.

I am an employee at the Milwaukee, WI plant. I was informed by Donna that my Case #2015093551 is under review by Corporate. I have been out of work since May 4, 2015, due to a work related injury. I received a letter from Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. requesting information and stated that my claim is under review, Claim Number WC15000840. I have been a loyal employee to PCA from the beginning of my employment, 5 years ago. Previous to that I worked for a company for 34 years. I have never filed a workmen compensation claim in the 39 years of employment. I have been unable to work for 10 weeks with no income to pay my mortgage and other bills. I would greatly appreciate of you could do something to expedite my claim.
Thank you – Paul Klenner
