I am looking for a family portrait that I once had that burned in a fire. It would have been under the name James Minton or Nancy Miller. I do not know the exact year but it could have been between 1996-1997. I would like a copyright release please!

Our church (Weirton Heights Church of Christ) had a directory done in 2008, and was published in February of 2009. I remember having a picture of me and my mother taken. I was wondering who to contact to get an 8 by 10 copy of that picture. It was not published at the time. Hello. My Mother had her portrait done with us 4 children. This had to be early, early 1960s in either Lebanon, Ohio or South Lebanon, Ohio. This picture was lost in a flood years ago and I’m desperately needing to know if there is anyway to recover this from Olan Mills. Please let me know if there is, I can provide the information for name, etc.. My Mom turned 85 and this portrait would be a blessing to her to get back. She still cries from losing that picture. It was black and white.
I found a photo in an old frame behind another picture of what appears to be a photo of Olan Mills, signature is written in pencil and on the back is 1 and 147 also written in pencil. Not really sure how significant it is, but would like to follow-up if anything important. Thanks, picture is black and white of a young man on very thick paper.
Also, I forgot to mention that the other photos are a young boy that favors the signed picture, and a picture of Ronald Reagan, I’m assuming that the numbers mean January 1, 1947 which means Reagan would be the President-Elect at the time. Just trying to put it all together and who these people are. The young boy’s photo is not signed or numbered but favors the signed picture paper texture and quality.
