This place is a joke they will scam you. Lie to you. Then when you catch it they cancel your reservation a week away from vacation day. They made us take down a review off how bad they are. And when we did they cancel and blocked us from putting back up they don’t care about the Handicap. I would stay away from this company

I had a cinder block holding up the bed in the condo and was just informed that I would not get an refund. I did not spend one night in #2403 but never got relocated to another room nor a refund. If you have booked a stay at Ariel Dunes 1 2403 you better check the bed because I was told that the cinder block gave the bed more support it’s not an issue to them per the maintenance director Keturah(she refused to give me her last name). Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.

I was on vacation, at your resort in Myrtle Beach, SC with my family including a 3 month old girl and 2 year old austic boy on October 15th thru 17th, while on this visit the occupants in the room next to me partied and fault on the 15th and on the 16th they fault and argue, Front desk was called and we were told Security would be there shortly, front desk was called again because security had not come and it was getting worse, we had to call 911 and my family members was outside the door and a man with a gun told them to get back in the room, something is about to happen. 8 rounds of gun fire, striking one of the individual. Still in the room on the floor, waiting on representatives from the resort to call and check on us. Still no call, from your staff

I am writing you because I feel I have been wronged by your resort in Destin,Florida. I had made reservations for March28,2020 thru April 4,2020. Then everything started happening with Covid 19 was unable to travel so I have asked that I be refunded by rental fees because we cannot at the moment make plans for this year or next. I hope someone in the corporate office can help me. I am unemployed and do not see in foreseeable future to be able to travel. I have talked to Justin at Ocean Reefs Resorts and to the insurance company you use (Generali Insurance) Camille Essex, ext.2120

Hi, I was a guest at Ocean Reef Resort in Myrtle Beach SC in October 2019, I reserved an oceanfront room, the balcony door was filthy, the coffee pot was black inside, there was a long piece of rubber sticking out between the refrigerator & sink, one of the tiles fell off the wall, dried up food stuck to the top of the fan on the stove. I called to see if there were any other rooms , a guy at the front desk said no. I called about someone coming to clean the door twice, a guy came and looked at it and never came back after he said he would send housekeeping. We were on the 6th floor at the end of the hall across from the employee room. It was horrible. At checkout, I spoke with the manager Brittany Gore and showed her pictures I had taken and all she did was apologize. I still have the pictures for proof. I was highly disappointed, the first time in January 2019, I stayed there, it was a roach crawling on the pillow, I reported that as well. I thought I would give it another try and this happened. As much money as it cost, you would expect the rooms to be decent. That was an outdated room, not like the one we had back in January. If possible please email me back, and I will email the pictures. I’m so disappointed in Ocean Reef I was on vacation in myrtle beach around April 18 it was a week we stayed. I got up In the middle of the nite an slipped on water that had leaked out from Fridge, I was able to keep from falling , I ended up hurting my back from where I was about to fall so I ended up in bed for 3 days !! My vacation SUCKED!!! I have not receive any response I filled out a accident report I guess Ocean Reef don’t care about there customers!! Maybe getting a lawyer they will respond !!
