I went to the American Dreams mall yesterday. I wanted to take my son who has autism to Nickelodeon Universe. I asked for a spectator pass since I do not want to go on the rides. I just want to walk with him from attraction to attraction so that there are no problems. I know he would be fine on the rides, I just want to be there in case of any issues where he could not verbalize a question. To my shock, I was told that there are no spectator passes and that I would need to pay full price to walk with him around the park. I think this is ridiculous. When there are people with special needs/disabilities, there should be some special situation for parents/care takers to be with their child, and not be charged the full price as if they are going on the rides/attractions. I told my son that we could not go, I am unable to afford $90 to just walk with him. Other parks have made this type of exception and created a spectator pass. I am hopeful that there will be some. type of spectator pass so parents like myself can take their kids to enjoy places like Nick Universe. Please let me know if anything can be done.

Hi. I was wondering why Nickelodeon would air a commercial with a lot of different Nickelodeon stars that states “you have the right to be heard” you have the right to your opin” etc… then end the commercial with “Black Lives Matter”. Nickelodeon shouldn’t be just exclusively for one race. You air in America and we are Americans and ALL LIVES MATTER, not just those of color. My daughter has questioned me on that as we are not black. She’s actually asked why Nickelodeon doesn’t think her life matters.
My kids and I fell asleep last night watching nickalodeon & I woke up to my son awake (thank God he was still half asleep and didnt seem to notice) but you were airing FRIENDS and the scene came on when the conversation was being had about SANTA. While I like most of your cartoons and the actors on the regular shows I’d like to see an updated version of the old show “YOU CAN’T DO THAT ON TELEVISION”. I really liked the the comical skits on the show. I think such a show would be entertaining as much today as it was in yesteryear.

I am writing o complain about a paw patrol pills and blanket set I had purchases on 3-31-2017. My one year old daughter was sleeping with it on 4-9-2017 when I woke up in the middle of the night I realized it had ripped and the thread was wrapped around her legs almost to the point of cutting off her circulation. When I contacted corporate they told me I would have to return it and purchase a new one. I asked if they have anything better quality as I will NOT buy a second one and risk next time it being her neck. They refused to help me or even send me something better to compensate. Horrible customer service I’m just thankful it wasn’t my daughter’s neck it could have killed her. She loves her paw patrol so they could have atleast offered a replacement better quality

I wanted to complain about the new show “the loud house” Because that show is so disgusting and provocative I’m canceling nickelodeon all together! Like many viewers of ALL ages, I fall asleep with the tv on. I watch Nick at Night…watching my favorite family shows Full House, Friends, Fresh Prince (between 9pm – whenever I fall asleep). Last night, I was awakened by 2 loud beeping sounds that grabbed my attention. I looked at the tv to see the new movie “Lights Out” commercial on with an evil looking figure on the screen. I was instantly terrified!!! Now, I am 34 yrs old, and I shook it off, but I cannot imagine what would happen if my 9 year old woke up to that or worse yet a young child!!! And, the commercial played again later on. Nickelodeon SHOULD NOT be playing these kind of movie commercials on their station!!!! I will be following up to this!!!!
Seriously. I’m a little pissed off at NICK tv channel. You just showed a detailed informative commercial about Always pads. My 6 year old just saw it and wanted to know what they were. So I told him they were tissues. They then proceeded to demonstrate on a women’s hand how they are flexible. He said what is that , a hand tissue? so a huge thank you goes out to Nick tv channel for introducing this to my 6 year old boy….. Shame on you for advertising something so personal on a children’s tv channel.
DO NOT STAY HERE. We stayed 5/21-5/24My family was better off staying in a cardboard box next to a dumpster. Soon as we opened the door the smell or mold and mildew smacked us. We informed them about it and they gave us air fresheners. The smell was so bad that housekeeping didn’t wanna come in and when he did he said it was messing with his asthma. They gave me Lysol but I had to use it myself. The sink and shower leaked all night. They moved us to another which had the same smell just not as bad. They put us on the abandoned side with no population and the broken water park side. They took $125 out my account just in case I wanted to order room service. The towels had stains on them. When I called front desk about the extra fee she said she didn’t see anything and that I was lying. We travel all over the world and this is the worst “motel” in the world. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. AVOID THIS MOTEL. EVEN IF ITS FREE, DO NOT GO!!!!
My child watches Nickeleoden and they have a newer show that’s called GAME SHAKERS and in it one of the boys says they are never gonna be one of those bald children…. This is supposed to be a Childrens show and My child has kicked cancers butt, but now she has little to no hair ….. She gets teased at school and now it’s in television. I am writing because we have gone to Nickelodeon hotel a couple of times and have always enjoyed it. I made reservations last year for this April. I called yesterday to book the character dinner and was told that they can not guarantee that the renovations will be done for the dinner and the pool. I talked with a manager and she told me the same thing. Now I have to find a different place to take me family for my son’s birthday. I am very upset that I was not called and told that the things that we planning on doing may or may not be opened and the website is misleading because it states that everything will be ready by March 1st. I know that the holiday Inn is taking over but I just hope that the customer service improves. So upset about all of this. Now to tell my son the bad news. Thanks a lot Nickelodeon.
We booked ours for april and cancelled due to not being nick anymore because thats what we wanted the kids to experience. They were very rude and refused our deposit back. The worst customer service i ever recvd and Josh and Ney are Managers! They need class on professionalism. I guess thats a red flag on why holiday inn is taking over.
Not even one star! This hotel is absolutely disgusting and run down. It is almost like staying at a $35 a night hole in the wall. The water slide support structure is rusted, the pool area is dingy, the rooms stink(literally!), and there were holes in the wall by the towel hangers! The list goes on and on! I want my money back for this horrid stay! I have pictures to prove how bad it is!

Hotel reservation I booked my room for my family to spend the night on Saturday August 15th checking out the 16th. The fire sprinkler head in the unit was leaking a Large amount of water. I informed the front desk and a maintenance tech inspected the leak and stated he was going to return, which he never did I have photos of the incident. I was able to determine the leak due to my son 6 years old falling on the floor. The water leaked all night my wife and I did not sleep worrying that one of our children will get up at night to use the restroom and slip and fall and hurt them selves this was the worse vacation ever. I informed the front desk during the incident that I would like to check out and get a refund she laughed and stated that will never happen. This was very unprofessional and was an embarrassment. I would like a refund back, and this will be the last time I visit this place also your email does not work

This “resort” that cost $200 a night is more like a rundown motel 6. Room smells like mold, the furniture is dirty, the bedding horrible, the floors feel sticky to the point you have to leave your shoes on. The pool area is falling apart, the elevators are something out of a horror story. At 1:30am a fire alarm went off, causing my children major distress. Apparently this happens frequently and there was no remorse or empathy shown by the staff. Overall we spent our hard earned money to gain only disappointment after disappointment. I would expect compensation for the horrible experience my family has gone through on our only vacation we are able to afford this year. I hope corporate responds better than the staff at the “resort,” because this is terrible for your brand.

Your hotel in Orlando, FL is disgusting and I will be reporting you to the health department, better business Bureau, and wsvn channel 7 news. I stayed in room 531 which was infested with bugs, was in filthy condition, smelled like mold, missing a closet door, dust on walls from top to bottom! I had my room switched to rm 632 to find that room was infested as well. Holes in the sheets, holes in the curtains… Probably from all the bugs biting it. Disgusting! Absolutely disgusting. Every employee, Robert day manager, Angela night manager, Phil housekeeping manager, in the nickelodeon hotel knows exactly what’s going on! Just to name a few! This place Is robbing hard working families of their hard earned money by false advertising and improper maintenance of the facility! Now whenever I see the nickelodeon channel on my TV, I will be reminded how disgusting your hotel and employees at the hotel are! I will never return to this non kid friendly filth and will be sure to do my part in making sure this place shuts down!
I tried to go to the Nick hotel to purchase from their merchandise stores. Any parent who has ever been in pursuit of a toy for their kid (that is not Disney or Universal) would sympathize. I was told by the security guard that for the safety of their guests they only allow people who are staying at the hotel shop in their stores. I am a mother who was with her three young children just looking for a power rangers toy. I even called the front desk and said they could follow me around. Alas, I drove away with an unhappy child. Most resorts in central Florida welcome people who want to spend money. Good and friendly service begets more patronizing. I would avoid the Nick hotel and reading some of the reviews above, seems they have a pattern going.
I am a big fan of Jimmy Neutron and Nickelodeon. I was hoping you could put Jimmy Neutron episodes on more often. I am 9 years old and in the third grade . I like Jimmy Neutron so much, he’s my hero. I have 2 games and I play them a lot but I would really like to watch the show.

Planned a weekend trip to Nickelodeon Hotel and it was the worst service ever. Upon arrival with my four year old son we checked in the room which stink horribly from the old carpet on the floor. They even placed to the back of an empty hotel, I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND ASKED IF I COULD HAVE ANOTHER ROOM FACING THE FRONT. The person said to me NO there are new rooms available in the front I then asked if i could speak with a supervisor she said she was a supervisor, I explained to VICTORIA the supervisor that you do not tell your guess NO but see how you can accommodate them she did not care. She told me she would have someone come and spray the room. My family and another family were the ones in that hotel building facing the back of the hotel they didn’t even open the Oasis pool because the hotel was empty. My family had to walk over to the Lagoon side just to enjoy the water and nice view, and once again that hotel building was 1/2 full. I don’t know the attitude in which Veronica would not service me or change my room for $350 for 2 nights I had to go and buy air freshener and smell wet carpet and view the the bushes in the back. I’ve vacationed all over Orlando ans stayed at many great resorts, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NICK HOTEL TO ANYONE NOR WILL I STAY THERE AGAIN. THE CHARACTERS WERE FUN BUT THERE GUESS SERVICE ARE HORRIBLE.
I am a grandmother whose daughter came from Vermont for a family vacation. Arrangements to stay at the Nickelodeon Hotel months in advance with my son in laws credit. Because of this big snowstorm, my daughter had to travel a day earlier to beat the
Storm out of Boston. Her husband coulden’t leave early because of business. She arrived at the hotel and they would not let her use the credit card she used months ago because her husband wasn’t there. The room was already paid for, yet, they would have left her stranded
with 3 kids. My sister and her family were there to vouch for her identity. These were cirXXXXstances beyond her control. What kind of a family hotel does that????? They made
her jump thru hoops to get the money together in order to stay there. As far as I can’t believe this hotel was that uncaring of my daughters situation!! I’m putting issue on Facebook so people can see you are not what you make yourselves out to be.

My kids have their TV Nick all day. This is a kids channel. This damn commercial is NOT Appropriate for a kids channel, my boy is not a scared type but in the last two weeks I hear him scream from his room to come and shut the tv. He can’t finish the full house Xmas special or any other, Then he wakes screaming and running around like someone is chasing him crying screaming. It’s is like nothing you have or I have ever seen, it takes him at least 10 min to come out of it. Squeezing me and so scared running and then breathing heavy. When he comes out… He says that commercial has scared him. Shame on you people so desperate for money you will traumatiz your viewers to get the add money. My poor son is afraid to sleep in his room now. Something needs to be done, it looks like I a m not the only parent with an issue about your advertisements. As I am watching cartoons with my children before their bedtime, a commercial with a bunch of cartoon dogs comes on with a very disturbing song being played in the background…..” Before this is over I will taste your blood”…..in what way is that in ANY manner appropriate for a children’s TV station. I highly suggest that Nickelodeon Corporate do something to change this commercial or I will be taking matters into my own hands to see that this is deleted or changed for good. It is by no means okay for a child of any age to hear that disgusting, horrific message a children’s TV network is playing. Absolutely appalling and infuriating.
I went with my sister to Nickelodeon hotel here in Orlando for my nieces second birthday on November 8th. We are residents of central Florida. I work for Disney so I know the value of Hotels and amenities. When I first got to the gate to enter the premise the guy purposely put the arm down to hit the hood of my car because I needed to reiterate I was with the guest in front of me. I get that I had to tell the guy I’m with “them”, however my window was down I was going 2mph he could have said wait and immediately put the arm down, not wait till I approach the arm and attempt to hit the hood of my car. Of course I gave him a nasty look. When we entered we were treated much better, the workers took good care of us. I immediately noticed everything was extra charge. While I’m okay that for a little over 200 I only got the room and pool locations… that was it. There was no real park for the kids. It was a room and some slides. To get slimed was $45 dollars a person, to do the 3-D experience about the same per person. To do anything would have cost a minimum of $25.00. So when you add up cost, it is more expensive to do anything at Nickelodeon than it would cost you to spend a day at the Magic Kingdom. The “slim package deal” was $99 per person versus Magic Kingdom for $99. As for our room, they were decent. I know the hotel is green, I’m all for it. However, our reservation said 6 guest, there were only 4 pillows. We called in advance to say we needed pillows and a crib. We were brought a play pin and no pillows. We had to call again for a REAL crib and pillows again. The pillows did not arrive till well past 11pm. As for our dining experience; It was both awesome and terrible. Awesome part: the ninja turtles, I love them. They are worth it. The “buffet” was cheap food for $35 a person NOT including beverages (separate charge) and I got one plate of food. Why? Because the queue to get food took 15 mins and the turtles were going around so you would miss one if you got up to get food. My brother n law got pictures with 2. Also, the cooks were cleaning up and not replacing the food; I don’t know if it was because we were the 9pm dinner or it’s what they are suppose to do. However, its rude to guest who paid and very inhospitable to make guest feel like they have overstayed their welcome when they paid for a buffet and it was only an hour into the event with meet and greets involved. To top it off, our server showed up once, my sister n laws drink was never refilled from her first drink and I had to ask for my beverage refill or else I would have been stuck without a drink. We were dissatisfied with our server so we talked to the “manager/supervisor” Maria. She informed our party that gratuity is REQUIRED and that company policy states she CANNOT remove it. She can only reduce it from 18% to 15%. In the state of Florida if you feel gratuity was not earned you do not have to pay gratuity. I work in hospitality now and I’ve worked for Landry’s Seafood house before Disney. I know how gratuity works; it is a tip given to a server when they have performed their duties. Ironically the server came over and apologized for bad service and said he would have it removed and he took care of fixing the bill. Funny how a MANAGER can’t remove gratuity but the server can for poor service. We even felt bad for him because we knew he was trying to fix a situation his manager could have cared less for because its not her check being affected. When we left the area to go back to our room this apparently means that after 10pm there is no care for the perception of guest. What I mean is that I perceived an area manager reprimanding a guest service manager by the name of Mohammed in front of guests and other managers. The area manager seemed to tell him what he may have done wrong while the guest service manager had his head down, hands behind his back, not wanting to make eye contact with his boss nor his equals next to him. I’ve never worked for a company that thinks its okay to do anything in clear view of guest. Nor do I think its okay that other GSM’s have the right to know what happened to the other GSM. Anything that requires “discussion/reprimands” are to be done in private with no other workers or guest around. I must say, the only redemption to this Hotel was the Turtles; we were here for them and they delivered. The hotel side was average. The food service terrible.
I CAN NOT believe what I just saw on Nickelodeon! Coming Out?????? WHAT? Have you LOST your minds???? My children watch Nickelodeon frequently. This was rated TV-Y!!!! I have my TV blocked for certain ratings. In NO WAY should this have been Youth rated!!! I am completely appalled!!!
I wanted to know where I can purchase tickets to the KCA for this upcoming March in California. My kids are dying to go, and haven’t been able to find them anywhere. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

We planned our vacation with time and made the mistake to chose the Nick Hotel. As soon as we got off the car and enter the hallway we saw the nastiness on the walls and the floors. The elevator had a broken floor, the front door to the room was disgusting full of beverage stains and dirt. The room smell like a dump, the carpet had stains in it, the sofa was so dirty that we had to take a blanket to cover it so my baby coul seat on it. The chair next to the sofa had spots of dry food stock the the side arms. The bathroom tub had mold on the side, the sink had dirt around the stopper and the drain “NASTY”. The bathroom floor, groud, had not been clean in years. It was black. To top the story I bought a cake for my wife at the store in the hotel and put it in the freezer so my daughter and could sing happy birthday to her, the cake had melted and I notice that the refrigerator had mold all over the door “WAO”. I called around but could not find another hotel to go to. I went to the office and told them all the issues. They offered me to go to another room but I said no since they all look the same to me as I walked around the hotel. I also notice the rooms where the ice machines are in all the floors had nasty floors, black with dirt. I decided to cut my vacation short and leave. On the 3rd I wnet to the office in the morning and they told me someone will go by around 11:30 am but no one came. I spoke to the manager on duty and she did not care. The only person to seem to care was the last customer service agent that helped me at check out. OVER ALL MY FIRST AND LAST TIME AT THE NICK HOTEL WILL BE THE WORST EPERINCE I EVER HAD IN THE MANY YEARS OF TRVELING. I went to the Nickelodeon hotel with my daughter. The room smelled funny. The room looked dated . I realize that they are a green resort but the sheets and bedspread was dirty looking. I paid over 200.00 to stay here. Everything was extra nothing was included. Everything was way over priced. To be slimmed it cost 45.00 dollars. To do kids shirts they cost 20 each. I felt like I was in the ghetto. I kids fighting at the basketball courts and little kids starting arguments with my kids. I was very unhappy . This place is nasty will never go back there.
It was the first visit there this past weekend with my 4 grandchildren. I schedule this visit in March. I had finally saved enough money to take all my grandchildren. the first night I notice the room look dingy. But when we sat on the couch it smelled. The t. V. in the kids room did not work. Then my grandaughter went to get in the bed and there was hair in her bed. I did not sleep all night there was a mid smell in the place. The next day I lost my voice and my
sinus were acting up. I lost my voice. When I went to the front desk I was feeling awful. It took 1/2 hr. for them to get me in an other room because they had to ask the manager the young man who help me seen I was not feeling well and was trying to rush but the manager was busy. The young man got authorzation to move me to an other room and the it cost me another $100 a day and then$30 more dollars a day for resort fees. The next day I was so sick I slept the whole day and miss everything with my grandchildren. I have been sick till today which I still have congestion in my chest. I heard one of the employees stating that some of the rooms had gotten damaged from a storm they had. when the bell man help me move I notice that there was mold around the door frame. It was a terrible trip. I also got a room for my daughter she stated her room look bad and the sheets where dingy yellow. She stated she could have gotten a better room for less at the holiday Inn. It was not a good visit.
I look my family to the nickelodeon Hotel Orlando.we had the worst experience with the management staff. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone I have three kids and I was up set the whole time I was thare.thats no fun for kids.u guys need to teach customer service to your staff.
