I have ordered a few times from NewFrog. Every single time the delivery is LATE.I ordered some items November 4th, it took FORTY FIVE days to arrive in 3 separate shipments. Each one in a Tyvek BAG! i am waiting on one order now thats been in San Francisco since 12/12/18….thats right..it’s been 2 weeks and it has not moved any closer and I am 350 miles from it.I ordered a T7 mini computer, it came loaded with a bootleg copy of Windows-10…so I can’t register it. Newfrog’s online help is a complete joke, stupid stuff…like call my post office and talk to my neighbors to see if they have my crap! I was going to have the LARGE company I work for buy a lot of supplies from Newfrog (they have 29 hotels)…but why bother? If they treat a $178 order like s**t….what would they do with a order of let’s say 7500 pieces? Frankly I am so sorry I had any dealings with this god awful poor excuse of a import company.
I placed an order about a month ago for a Fortnight shirt for my son for his birthday I paid your company $32 I got an order number no tracking number please contact ASAP I want a full return or I will be calling the Better Business Office immediately. Funny you can send me emails about products everyday but can’t send my order. I wish I had read reviews first before giving $32 to thieves I have read nothing but bad contacts. Please email me tomorrow not with more XXXXX your fake selling telling me I’m getting a return I’ll be calling the office tomorrow and speaking to who ever is in charge if there is an office you all are fake as hell!!!
I placed an order a week ago, I received an email back that said that you received the payment & that the order would be shipped within 48 hrs & I would receive an email stating so, I have not heard anything more from you, nor have you sent a tracking number, order # NF2018031507351652455
I ordered a tv box with kodi installed a month ago, and have not received a tracking number,or if it has been shipped. could you let me know if it was shipped? my bank account shows you as receiving payment.
