AWFUL experience. Applied for a job at Mouser, after arriving at my interview 30 mins ahead of time I was not greeted at all. The HR assistance Starr pointed at the computer 1 and told me to begin to take the test. After the test (2:45P) I sat in the HR lobby for 45 more mins as the few that were seated had already been seen and left. At this point, I’m the only one left in the lobby, so I ask Ms. Starr was everything ok, she replied “oh let me get your scores and I need to send an email- yes that really happened after I had been sitting here for 45 mins. So after she sends the email then I’m asked to take a survey- of course, I asked why hadn’t I been asked while sitting? She didn’t respond. Finally, I was seen by “Barb” she apologized because the lady who was supposed to interview me had just LEFT FOR THE DAY. So I was asked if I could come back Wednesday because no one was going to be available the following day Tuesday. If the company culture is ANYTHING like their HR/ Recruitment team I totally understand why their turnover is as high as it is- They are ALWAYS looking for people!
