Comment on Singapore Corporate Office support
Dear Sir,
I was very enthusiastic about the unfrancise Business Opportunity and signed up as a UFO on the very 1st day been introduced by my friend on 23rd Nov. And very zealously registered for the earliest available NUOT on the 28th Nov 730 pm (after work). Of course; I still have to keep my full-time job being a new UFO.
However; I was very surprised by this unhelpful registration staff:
I was rushing toward the training room, 2 Sr. Partners saw me waved at me to speed up so I can be registered for the NUOT credit
but the staff did not give me a chance she turned her back, took the laptop and went into the office straightaway ignored the 2 kind Sr. Partners’ appeal to register me since I was slightly past 730pm due to my official work; rushed from a customer meeting which ended late.
I was very disappointed and lost been rejected at the doorstep, especially being still very new (4-day old) to the registration & credit system. And the Sr. Partner helped to call the office immediately to request that the staff should register me. The staff replied that I can proceed to attend the class and get my sponsor to write in to appeal for NUOT credit. Thus; I attended the class as per advice and sought my sponsor to write-in the following day.
2nd disappointment, the appeal was rejected, reason been I am still within the 28days grace period, which I think is not at the best interest & motivation for UFO.
– the Singapore Service Department is not gracious to consider that UFOs need to secure their full-time job as a primary income 1st, whilst trying their best to build UFO at an entry-level, believing the latter will become a future residual income
– the staff did see me at the corridor running toward her, thus; I was not very late to reject my registration.
– the staff did not practice/abide by her advice to the UFO to attend the full class thereafter can appeal for credit
Last but not least; this encounter has greatly impacted my confidence in joining Shop.com. I am very concerned with such Customer Service would affect the image of Sg.Shop.com, especially; for our guests, new UFOs.
I appreciate the HQ would look into this customer experience matter and accept the appeal for NUOT credit. Looking forward to hearing from Market America reply soon.
