MaggieMoo’s Ice Cream was founded in 1989 in Kansas City, Kansas, by Juel and Katherine Tillery. The store is named after a cow that the couple’s daughter liked. Franchising started the next year and the business expanded quickly.
The company is different from other ice cream shops in that they serve ice cream in a fun, light hearted environment. Today, all company stores are franchised operations of the Global Franchise Group. The company currently has about 400 locations, with plans to expand to 1,000 locations, but no date is set for achieving that goal.
MaggieMoo’s Ice Cream offers a premium brand of ice cream containing 14% butterfat and is known for their wide variety of items that can be mixed into the ice cream or served on top, including crushed candy bars, fudge, sprinkles, brownies, and cookies.

I just left the Sugarland, TX location at First Colony; the server was very dry and short tempered. I ordered a shake, and two small icecream cups. The guy made a mistake and added peanut butter cups to my milk shake, but when I caught it he seemed annoyed to remove them, and he just put them right out the milk shake and back into the peanut butter cup container with the milk on it I stead of properly disposing of them; thats cross contamination. I went to my car, took one sip and the milk in my shake was a little off with that tell tail metallic taste of bad dairy. I returned it and the guy was again rude and frustrated after he tasted the milk he said”what you want me to do?” I got my money back;It was my first and last visit. Very bad experience, and I will be reaching out to my local board of health.

I just left from this Maggie moo’s location in Jackson and the server is very rude a lady with glasses and short hair. I ordered a strawberry regular cup and a Oreo milk shake she handed me my strawberry cup. I asked her can u put chocolate chips on it and she said I can’t take it back since you touched it I felt that was very rude and unprofessional, I have never been told that ever and I’m very furious and I feel that something should be done about that kind of behavior. I didn’t eat from the cup or anything she handed it to me and I asked her could u put some chocolate chips on it an I got a sorry we can’t take back anything you touched.

I have a gift card for Maggie Moo’s. The store locations in Utah are no longer open and so I cannot use the card. The Card # is 8100354700656692. When purchased, it was worth $20.00. It says on the back that $2.00 per month will be deducted from the card for non-use. However, it is illegal to do so in the State of Utah. I would like to know what you can do for me since Maggie Moo’s is no longer available here in Salt Lake City, Utah or for that fact; any part of the state. You can contact me by email or by phone at 801-842-XXXXX.
Thank you, Joan

Sugar Land, TX 77479) order the banana pudding flavor. I’ve tried to get it twice now and was told it was “seasonal”.. Not sure what exactly that means. Lol And it’s on your menu. Thanks!:)
