Just wanted to let you know I have never been lied to so many times by a company. I first started talking with Tom Knobby on October 18th we signed all the papers got approved with Greensky and was told everything would be installed before the first of the year so we would get the state and federal rebate money. In December I was told that the solar panels were on order and because they (Legendsolar) would give us $2000.00 to help with the missed rebate the check was (In The Mail) ha ha. Then January went by February went then I was told any day now March went by then April we will be there everything finally got installed and hooked up. I was sent a rating paper to fill out I was not happy about the way I was lied to I received a email from a Carlo Garcia and a phone call he said they were had been in contact with you. Tom called me my loan expired and will have to get a new loan the interest was 1% higher than the first loan so Tom tells me I will get 2 more checks @ $2950.00 each to help with the interest No check again then a check for $2450.00 comes in the Mail. Not what I was told so I try to call Tom he won’t answer any of my calls so I call the person that Mr Garcia tells me to call Lance Balley so I call him and leave a message please call me No call so I call back finally get to talk to him he tells me it’s nothing to do with him I need to talk with some one in the finance dept. and gives me a number to call again No answer I leave a message call me back I get a call we will have a 3 way call with Tom,Kivalu and myself again No call. I call and ask to talk with some one that can help me but again No help. I get a text from Kivalu I will call you back about your second check again No call. But I text back telling Kivalu that the first check is wrong and what I was told by Tom again No answer. I really don’t expect to hear from you or to get any help but I just wanted to let you know how I feel I probably would not be a good person to refer someone to your company right now.
