I have to say that the customer experience at Leesa has been utterly horrible. I can’t get anyone on the phone. I just get disconnected after waiting a long time. I’m calling during business hours. I have sent emails, but they don’t get answered. My order number is#175903 and my phone number is 908 902 ****. This experience is making me think that I should have gone with Casper. That should embarrass someone at Leesa, but based on the customer support I have received and the total lack of care, I doubt it will.
