How to get started, Internationally with L-3 Communications
Dear Mr. Michael Strainese:
I appreciate your time and attention. I have attached the instructions that will enable us to undertake RFP for your company. These doXXXXents are industry standard and authorize Unified Energy to work with all pre-qualified retail energy providers (REP) in your market for current and competitive pricing to win L-3’s business. This is not a contract, and you are under no obligation and may rescind the authorization letters at any time. It costs you nothing but a few minutes of your time.
In return, we will provide you with a benchmark and comprehensive market analysis that will clearly highlight your pricing options and permit you to determine whether or not you are currently receiving the best rate and price structure possible in your market. Our goal is to simply partner with you to lower your energy costs and fully address your energy needs and risk appetite.
Please follow these four easy steps to complete the process:
1. Fill out and sign the attached Letter of Authorization (LOA).
2. Complete and sign the attached Letter of Representation (LOR) on company letterhead, if you are currently under contract. This form simply authorizes Unified Energy to fully explore ALL your pricing options and to receive updated pricing from your current supplier.
3. Scan and send ALL pages of a recent Electricity Bill for each account to be priced.
4. Scan and send ALL pages of a recent Natural Gas Bill for each account to be priced. Additionally, we are required to capture historical usage by month for 12 months. This can be provided either by providing the last 12 month utility bills or providing a spreadsheet showing usage by month for each account.
Please email all the requested information and signed forms to my email address below.
Please ensure the person who signs the LOR and/or LOA is the person authorized to sign on behalf of L-3. I will help facilitate the process and make sure the RFP flows smoothly from once all doXXXXentation is received. When the request for pricing has been issued to our retail energy network, I will contact you to schedule a conference call to review results and address any other questions you may have.
I appreciate the opportunity to assist your company in reducing your energy expenses. If you have any questions, you can reach me anytime, toll-free at my number below.
Please advise to a time and date according to your C-level Management Staff that is appropriate to complete and Introductory Call for L-3 and move things forward for all the locations of L-3?
Cordially,
Julie Standing
