I will not shop with them either. Ordered large mirror and 4 candles. Got two boxes delivered. 2 candles each box. No mirror. Mirror had same tracking number as the box with the candles. Refusing to credit me for mirror and Apple Credit Card / Goldman Sachs backing Kirklands. I’m out 90 + dollars.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a centerpiece and in 7 months the tulips discolored to the point they look terrible. Smoke free home, no sunlight on the centerpiece. Customer service said we can’t do anything. I will not buy anything from this company. They didn’t offer to replace it or give me a store credit.

I contacted your online customer service and spoke to Terry Team Member and asked about an order I placed and about an item that was only showing ship to home and the shipping was just as much as the item if there was anything they can do for me the representative Terry stated Rudely she wouldn’t be able to help with shipping because I already used the coupon as I tried to explain it wasn’t about the coupon it was the shipping but Terry continued to not understand and stated she could help me with shipping just not the coupon as she continued to be oblivious and rude I asked to speak to her supervisor. Thinking that would be better as I explained the situation to Jennifer Sup she was not understanding that I had to explain it 5X and still nothing all I got was attitude and worst rude service . It wasn’t as if I was speaking a different language I asked if she was located in the corporate office as she stated no I asked her transfer me to speak to them as she rudely said I’ll Trn you so they can give you the same answer and transferred the call. I did speak to corporate not for shipping nor coupon just for the treatment I received so no other customer may get the same treatment as I did. There incompetent rude and provid you the worst customer service I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE! They don’t have the professionalism and quality of customer service that a customer should receive. BEWARE NOT WORTH THE STRESS!

I returned a table to the Downers Grove, Illinois store that had a small defect on the leg. When I contacted customer service they told me they would send out a new one and I would return my table to the store. I brought the table to the store and picked up the new one. No-one offered to inspect the new table and I assuming it was in good condition brought it home. I realized after unpacking it that the top of the table was damaged. I called the store asking if I could come back and exchange my table for the top at the store due to the damage. I was told they had thrown the table in the garbage. I was appalled and so disappointed to find out that is the company policy. When I called customer service they said they couldn’t find the table anywhere. I could either return the table or they would discount it. I asked if that table would also be thrown away and they did not answer the question. I think you should know before buying something at this store what their policy is and the disregard they have for the items they sell.

On March 24th 2018 I bought one of the large mirrors from the Kirkland’s in Melbourne Florida. When I purchased the mirror I did not have the room to take it home. I live almost an hour away so it has taken me awhile to be able to get a vehicle large enough to drive there to pick it up. Today I called to come pick up the mirror and the store has lost it. They have no record of it being stored, the have product stored back from January, and they found my order but have no idea where the mirror is. I called costumer service and received nothing but a woman with an attitude telling me it was not her problem. I spent over $100 on that mirror and would like something to be done. This is ridiculous. They have accused me of already picking up the mirror, of having someone else pick up the mirror, and saying I left with the mirror when it was purchased. I am extremely frustrated at the point. They said someone may have put it back and resold it to someone else but there isn’t much they can do. I am beyond fed up with this whole situation and need to start seeing some results before this turn into a legal situation. Thank you and have a nice day.

I was in your Port Charlotte store on Sun Nov.19th 2017 about to spend a lot of money. when I asked the saleslady about a floor lamp. She said very kindly I have the perfect man for you to help you he is the manager and he knows about those lamps. Well she asked in front of me and he said sorry I can’t help anyone I have not punched in yet. Well I was shocked and I just left I will never come back in any of your stores and I have told that story to all my family and many friends and put in on Facebook… wow I still hear him saying ..can’t help anyone… not punched in yet… customer service is dead in Kirklands…

order# 8195529 I order a carved dark wood grain framed very huge mirror Aug 3, 2017 and received it on Aug 16, 2017 everything was fine my husband and I hung the mirror up with a wire and a month and a half the mirror fell down on 10/4/2017 about a inch from my head and broke so I called the store and spoke to a manager I was told that the mirror was suppose to have stamp or a sticker that read don’t hang with a wire which was fine the problem was I didn’t have a stamp or sticker on my mirror I told her she gave me the customer service line number 877-541-48** had to speak to a manager she told me that I needed to take the mirror back to the store. How can I transport a huge 76x46in mirror with two small kids. I told her I put the mirror out for trash and I didn’t have it but that I took pictures and I have a picture of the back of the mirror It clearly have no stamp or sticker she said that there was nothing she could do if I cant get the mirror to the store. It was my mom and I favorite place to shop.

Justice was not served by my filing a charge with the EEOC.
On that note, I am contacting our local Congressmen and Senator’s to appeal this.
I faxed 18 pages to Kirklands showing undeniable proof that I was forced out. I was in fact working in a Hostile environment.
If they cannot resolve this in a timely manner I will go public with this and request an interview with our local News.
Its unfortunate that our government hires employees who do not advocate for victims rights nor do they do a thorough investigation.
I have given the entirety of this claim to the Washington EEOC office.
I will not be a victim to your company’s deplorable treatment of employees.
And neither should anyone else.
I have written proof, signed by the former manager of what transpired leading up to my signing a resignation statement.
Perhaps, you will realize that a person living with a disability in poverty is not necessarily an ignorant person.

I used to love Kirklands! They have terrible customer service. Their sales associates need to be trained better. They sell gargage mostly made in China. It is cheap, put together like crap and I am DONE with this store!

Order # 6968946 placed on 1/3/2017. Got the 2 pictures but not the Scrolled Metal Salaets Plaque. Called 3 times and was told they would send info it to Corporate. Never heard back and still have not received my refund. This is sad because I really liked this store but will never shop here again. They take your money and never send a refund when you don’t get your Items. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Now reading the complaints above, I guess this is your mode of operation. Horrible customer service…they’ve already charged my credit card. I will get my order cancelled and contact my cc company. Order number 6977480, I ordered a bookcase on 1/7/2017. On 1/21/2017, I called and inquired about the order because I had not received it. I was told that a label had been created and that I should be getting in within a week and that I would be reimbursed shipping. I called 2/1/2017 and spoke with the supervisor, Jennifer. I told her to cancel my order because it was taking too long. I received an email today, 2/6/2017 notifying me that my order has shipped. On top of that, I was charged shipping! I called customer service and spoke with supervisor, Brenda. She informed me that the order was unable to be cancelled (without notifying me of such) and that they could schedule a fedex pickup of the order for Thursday 2/9/2017.
Now how come on 1/21/2017 I placed an order and received it within 3 days?
I am done with Kirklands! I have unsubscribed to all emails and will be cutting up my Kirklands card!

Order # 6959884-1 Placed on 1/1/17, partially delivered on 1/9/17. I called on 1/10 to speak with someone about a missing piece (sku# 144785). The packing slip showed that there were originally to be 2 boxes in the delivery, but then it was crossed out, and “1” was written in by “LJ” who apparently “checked” the order for accuracy. The lady on the phone on the 10th told me that she would have a claim submitted, and the item would be express shipped to me. I called again on the 10th, as I had still not recieved the item. The lady on the phone told me she saw where it was submitted, but it could take an additional business day (even though it should have been “express shipped”, so call back on Monday. Called back on Tuesday the 24th and the lady took my name and number told me she would get an update on the order and call me back. By Friday the 27th, I had not heard anything at all, so I called back yet again to try to get an update. I spoke with Jennifer who claimed to be a Supervisor in the call center. She told me where she saw that it was submitted to the distribution center four times, and then stated “So I don’t really have an update at this time”. I told her that was an unacceptable answer, to which she replied “I know, I can transfer you over to them if you’d like”. I told her I’d hold while SHE called them. She returned to the line after some time to let me know the reason for the hold up was the item was out of stock, and they did not intend on stocking the item again. Are you kidding me? So all four of the times I called there, all it would have taken was a simple phone call to the distribution center for the rep to update me on the status, – especially the one lady who offered to call me back with an update. So now I have to get the other two items I ordered, and return them to a local store so I can get a full refund, as all three items were ordered as a set for my wall. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. A month long runaround all while you were holding my money with no intentions of fulfilling my order. And now I wait yet again, to get my money back. Shameful!

I bought three lamps mid-december. I received the lamp bases. Missing was the shades, harps and finials for all three lamps. My order# is 6933087. I would like to have the above missing pieces. Also one lamp base has a damaged finish. Sent pictures 3 times of damage. I have called 3 times and emailed customer service 4 times. I just want all of the product I paid for. No one has responded back to me.

I had purchased 2 tables from your store in Louisville, Kentucky (outerloop), payed cash for them. I brought them home and opened the box, some of the metal were not totally sautered together, and the metal legs did not line up with the holes on the wood to assemble it. We paid $297.00 for both tables. I tried to return them today at the outerloop store and they said they didnt have enough cash in the drawer to cover it? and wanted me to take a gift card or find other tables in stote…I have been trading with your store for a while now and so has family and friends…im very dis satisfied as a consumer in the furniture and the that the fact they took my cash but wouldnt return it for complete refund. What is my recoarse, I still want to return them because they cant be put together.please help
