Today I finally received the 2 Kate Spade purses I purchased online at the Kate Spade surprise sale. So when I opened the box first thing I see is BLOOD on the brown packing paper that was shoved inside. That is just gross!!! Also the purses wasn’t protected by anything! So when I get the purses out to look at them I immediately noticed glue was all over both purses. One of the purses also had something embedded on the front of it. It was tiny but very noticeable. I contacted Kate Spade about the issues I was having with them and I was informed that I couldn’t get an exchange on either purse because they were both out of stock. Only thing they could do was refund me or send them to there repair shop. which by the way they said would take about 4 weeks. I am not a happy girl right now. And they didn’t even acknowledge that there was blood on the shipping paper inside the box. This is a huge disappointment from such a big company!!

I recently went online and found Kate Spade purses on sale at 80 percent off. My granddaughter saw one she liked and it was ordered. After approx 3 weeks the purse arrived and it was packed in a flat plastic bag. I opened the package and saw a horrible piece of junk. The purse was not even the color that was ordered and the quality of the plastic of the package was of equal if not better quality of the plastic in the purse. Where the name Kate Spade was stamped on this purse was so,poorly done that it more like Kate Spa. Now this package came from China so a e mail was sent to them and this purse was mailed back. Several more emails were send asking for a charge back to my credit card company but not response. I did go ahead with filing a dispute with my credit card company and hope to get this matter resolved. I will not attempt to purchase another Kate Spade product and can only hope that you care enough to assist with getting this matter resolved since I will go out of my way to inform other possible customers about this situation.

I have been a faithful Kate Spade client for years and heave spent and exorbitant amount money on purses, wallets, jewelry, shoes, scarves, hats, and clothing. I purchased a bag a year ago and the strap broke where it clips onto the bag. I reached out to customer service with an email and pictures of the bag. I was asking just to have the strap replaced not the bag. I sent pictures of the bag, the strap, the little tags inside and that was not sufficient and said the little white tag was the incorrect code and need the receipt. I expressed in 3 emails that this Is the only little tag with the bag code as well I didn’t have the receipt for the bag as I purchased it Vegas and used to travel home to Canada hence the receipt staying in Vegas. I am not sure what more I can do next to selling my soul for Kate spade, I am extremely disappointed in the customer services for the amount of money you pay for the bag and apparently they don’t read emails and as I should not have to explain every time I sent a response. As much as it pains me I will never purchase from Kate spade again. All I want is the bag strap replaced and it is one that clips on and off the bag, seems pretty easy to me from a billion dollar company.

My daughter loves Kate Spade products. She has clothing, wallets, purses and just recently eye glasses. Today we stopped at Katy Mills Mall and of course went to shop at Kate Spade. My daughter purchased a purse. At the register the sales clerk, Kayla P. showed us a wallet that was on sale. It was very nice so I purchased two. But when I get home, I have two EMPTY boxes! Yes, two EMPTY BOXES! So I call the store and I’m told they’ve sold out and I can go back and get a refund. That’s it. That’s the store managers response. :/ Nothing else. My daughter and I will seriously reconsider shopping at Kate Spade, again!

I have recently purchased both a purse and wallet for my girlfriend for Christmas. I was shocked and disappointed when I had opened the box and saw that both items were wrapped in foam and plastic wrap, and there wasn’t a storage bag or box. I contacted customer service to send a box which I had agreed to pay for if need be. I was told that I could not get a gift box or even purchase one. I cannot believe the lack of pride this company has for their product, it’s a disgrace and I am embarrassed to present this gift. I expected to receive better customer service, I am only just looking for a gift box and your company cannot accomadate my request?

I wear sizes between 8 and 10, but this size 10 did not fit me at all?. It’s enough, that you overprice your garments, you misleading Customers! The dress I bought on E-Bay for $170.00 dolars, and not usable? Because the size is incorrect?! It’s shame on Reputable Company like yours! I purchased a coat in October from the Kate Spade store in the Millenium Mall in Orlando, Fl., as a gift for my mom and was told by the sales women that it could be retuned for a full reimbursment if it didn’t fit.. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit so I sent it back. At this time I have been in contact for months with the customer service department and have been told that Kate Spade has lost the coat and is refusing to give me a refund. As of now, I have NO COAT and NO REFUND! I am very upset and disappointed as a loyal customer and will never be purchasing from your store again. This is absolutely terrible customer service and I am demanding a refund. I need to be told by the end of the month that I will be getting my refund or legal repercussions will be taken.

1) There are strike was occurred dated 19 Sept 2015, due to the worker grumbled about the unfair and illegal to calculate their salary. At that day, all the department, included Police, Social Insurance, Labour and Local government, also come to FF to care the strike case. (Details please see the “attachment 1(1 to 4)”);
2) FF was compliant by fire enforcement that FF violated the rule of fire and was asked for improvement dated Apr 2015. (Details please see “attachment 2(1 to 2)”) However FF hasn’t to improve accordingly and FF was found out the fake Fire Certificate for the building of factory and dorm, it is very dangerous and serious violate the Social Compliance. (Details please see the “attachment 2(3)”), those doXXXXents are also been submitted to your company;
3) Social insurance are not fully pay for 100% workers, FF have 2,200 staffs now but FF only suffer 1,600 staffs. (Details please see the “attachment 3” for the data from Jan to Oct 2015), you can find out the lower level at the beginning of this year, due to enforce by social insurance department to increase the level in this few month.
4) FF always orders by force the workers working on Sunday. (Details please see the “attachment 4”);
5) One building of the dorm is dangerous housing, which cannot get the building safety certificate from government up to now;
6) FF hasn’t follow Social Compliance Audit requirement half year ago that ask for add the Fire escape stairs in dorm, otherwise you will not further give order to FF;
7) FF hasn’t follow Social Compliance Audit requirement half year ago that ask for change all the workshop door into Protect Against Fire Door instead of Shutter, otherwise you will not further give order to FF.
8) Your two station QC Michael Zhang and Nancy He get money RMB2,400 and RMB1,350 per month from bribery of FF from 2013.

1) All the workshop supervisors are come from China and illegal. They are no social insurance; no pay taxation, no medical protection in case they suffer the Work-related accidents or injuries.

I am a big fan of Kate Spade and own several Kate Spade handbags. The quality is outstanding and durability is exceptional. Unfortunately, on this past Labor Day weekend, I attempted to shop at the Kate Spade Outlet at Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Florida. The temperature was close to 90 degrees and it was hot and humid. The store was half empty and there was no line at the cash register. If it was a busy Christmas season, I might have understood. Yet, for some odd reason, the store chose to create a roped off line outside the store which required that customers stand in line for an indeterminate amount of time in order to gain entry to the store (like a night club?). No other store found it necessary to “create a line.” Unable to tolerate the heat, I ended up spending my money at another handbag store instead. I conveyed my feedback to the sales associate managing the line, but she used the excuse that they were having a special sale today. I think Kate Spade may want to reconsider this marketing approach as it will cost them many sales in the future.

I would like to start by saying I have been a Kate Spade fan and customer for many years and fortunately I never had any problems with the product quality. Which leads me to write this comment and complaint about the poor customer and unprofessional way they have treated me. My handle bag as lovely as it is, is defective, the leather handles are cracked and frayed after 8 months. I contacted the customer service department via email providing the photo of the handbag defect, proof of purchase, email, phone and address as required on their website. This was on August 5, 2014, I received an email response from Nichole customer service 2 days later on August 7, 2014 informing me I would receive an email containing their return rma number and information on how to return the handbag. I waited until August 9, 2014 and had not received the rma as promised, I checked my spam as directed, still nothing. On August 9, 2014, I sent another email and left a voicemail at their customer number requesting the status of the rma (it was the weekend so I did not expect a response until Monday). Monday came and went Tuesday and Wednesday came and went still nothing. On Thursday August 14, I contacted the customer service office via phone, Nichole answered.. I explained my frustration, her comment was “that’s me working on your request it’s been busy here, so I’ll get that out to you today. I thanked her and hung up and waited for the email containing the rma number as promised. I want to bring attention her promised of getting me the rma on the same day, which did not happen, I received it 24 hours later… To my amazement, they requested for me to send the bag at my expenses and the repair would be to paint the handles??? How is that possible when the hands are cracked and frayed as shown in the photo that they required me to send?? How much attention to detail was given to my problem when the incorrect repair was offered..? I am so sadden by lack of follow up, oh then I called the corporate offices not once, not twice but three times, it went to voicemail, then I called their return department and spoke with a very uninterested young man by the name of Anthony he did not care to listen to my concerns and had an attitude as if whatever lady, just get off of the phone, I can’t and won’t help you. I will NEVER purchase another Kate Spade….

This morning on Good Morning America I saw Rwandan women making beautiful and interesting products for Kate Spade. I was so impressed! Rwandans are lovely, hard-working people and what a great economic opportunity for them. Thank you for selecting Rwanda.
My 22 year old daughter, Jane, and I have been to Rwanda. During her junior year at Occidental College, she had seen online that Rwandan women were trying to raise money to build a women’s center in their country. She was able to get some beautiful Rwandan baskets donated for a very successful silent auction. It was the first time that her college had ever sponsored an international fund-raiser.
In 2005 we met 3,000 weavers in a church in a small town outside of Kigali. They all knew what Jane had done and stood up and sang when we entered the church. It was absolutely beautiful! (Have you considered recording their music?) This was also the day that Macy’s representatives were at the church and signed the contract to sell Rwandan baskets online.
