Hello! My name is dejah and I mad a account today being so my daughter talk about this place all the time. So for my birthday she brought me some boots there account. My kids are 13 and 15 both girls already had account and has used my credit card to make purchases! We live in the same house so of course the address would be the address they use and I get on and make me and the say no I can’t because I’m black listed I said what do that mean you used your address and card to many times at one house with different name I told him I have daughter yes the would use this address and my card the are under age to have any of that!!! And the boots still are in the box brand new never worn just tried on. All I wanted to do wa exchange for the items I was getting ready to get and send back the boots that I can’t fix and get something else they said no the were rude all 3 of the representatives and when I asked for corporate number the gave me some bogus number that don’t work! They were very nasty and rude because I didn’t know we all could have our own account and use the same address! ThTs something that should be bold not in the tiny print at the bottom where nobody can see it! Then under my account that I made today because I was a new member I was supposed to get a 10 coupon it never shows and he tells me that’s whT happens when your black listed bee rude! I asked him to send the coupon to my daughter email he said no ! I put a lot of friends and family on to just fab and shoe dazzle and I will have the boycott! After me saying I’m gonna call corporate he was like well I can send u a Label to return the boots but then u can’t be a customer any more all because I didn’t know multiple people in your house can’t u just fab that’s crazy now I have these boots I can’t fit when all I wanted was the money applied to my new order and get my 10 coupon so I could use it for becoming a new customer,I’m very disappointed and at the customer service reps talked to my and acted like the could fix it ! And he told me if I ever wanted to order from y’all again I have to make a new name and address and card number that’s to much just get shoes I’ll will bring my business else where! And have my friends and family too! I just want my order in my cart and my coupon and I will send these boots back! I was charged on my account and when I asked why I was given an unintelligent answer and couldn’t receive my money back. It is frustrating because I was randomly charged and they did not have the kindness to return my money. The customer service is trashed and I had no luck trying to contact their corporate office either. I will never order anything from Justfab again and will info my friends and family to do the same. They lost a customer today. Not worth the headache.

I can see that there are a lot of issues with refunds I have been trying patiently to be cooperative with this company and it is not working. they say 7 – 10 days for a refund here it is still 15 days later and no refund they are trying to tell me it was refunded with my bank on a three way call and the bank telling them it is not in my account so not in so many terms the bank and myself are liars. I spent numerous days and time and here it is still not resolved. I will and recommend that you do not do business with this company. They started out by taking 39.95 2x’s out for a membership that I have not authorized. Now I cannot seem to get it back. I will NEVER order from this company again. To be called a liar is appauling

this company is a scam. they keep your credit card information so you either have to it or get a new card so you don’t get charged randomly. they owe me 89.99 and ive been waiting now for 7 months. they have lied to me constantly telling me the check was sent out and then it wasn’t and now its not being processed because of the way they refunded my account on a return apparently. i was promised several times i would get my money back and the check was sent out. 7 months later no resolutions and I’m basically being robbed for my money. i want to file a police report and take them to court just for stressing me out so badly. horrible company, tell everyone you know to never buy from them or use them at all because they are all snakes,

I ordered a skirt and a pair of shoes from JustFab. I got the shoes for free, but paid for the skirt. They sent me an email telling me that they couldn’t send out the skirt because they no longer had it in my size, even though they had already charged me for it. They told me that I would get a refund, but that was a month ago and I still have not received a refund. Not only that, but I got charged $40 for no reason! This is rediculous! I gave called them multiple times and each time they hung up on me. Never order from JustFab. They charge you for things and then you never get them.

After being on hold for over an hour with no one coming to the line… finally an hour and a half later i get someone to only tell me they might habe delivered the wrong package to me… umm yup you did.. and after requesting a refund, and asking to speak to a supervisor the agent hung up on me… so now as i sit here on hold again furious, i am on hold again 23 minutes and counting .. all i want is a refund and you can get your damn shoes back that are ugly and cannot wear because they arent my size or style for that matter. Ughhhh never again.

I called for a refund and was told I would see it in my account 5 to 7 days. It never came. So I called to talk to someone and got an employee named Nicole. He (not she) was very rude and abrasive. Honestly, I don’t think he understood what I wanted. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told his supervisor did not have time to talk to me. He then told me he refunded 1 of my credits. I checked my account and realized he refunded 2 and didn’t refund all of my other credits. I called back and talk to a different employee. Her name was Angela and she was fantastic. She told me she refunded all my credits and apologized for the previous employee. I was considering returning to Justfab but not only will I not return I will tell all of my family and friends to never purchase any from Justfab.

DO NOT order PS justfab!! EVER!! I returned my items well with in the time frame bit through the website (telling them what I was returning, keeping, etc) and at the post office. They still charged my card . They even charged me more then my receipt I received with my box. When I called the guy (David) kept talking over me and told me I could only receive a store credit . I now have to dispute with my bank and reach out to an attorney. They are nothing but fraud. How deeply disappointing! You should be ashamed of yourselves. What terrible customer service .

I was on the phone for two hours and the customer service was absolutely horrible. Their promotions are a scam, BEWARE! As a VIP.customer I should of received the promotion of two pairs for 39.95 instead I was charged double now they are refusing to refund me the 39.95 which totally upsets me. This company is nothing but a scam and by the way the corporate phone number doesn’t even belong to Justfab it’s an electrical company. Don’t do business with this fraudulent company.

Has anyone order from their PS justfab? I am disappointed beyond! I sent a package back and just wanted a refund on my account and they advised since it was after their 8 day return policy they could not refund me back my money and it would be in store credit. What kinda return policy is that? I don’t even want to purchase anything from them anymore but if I don’t then they get to keep my in store credit. That’s not fair!

I am very disappointed with the services of PS justfab!!! This company is a rip off. I order my box and sent the items back before the postmark day as requested but since the box did not make it to their warehouse they said im not entitled to my refund!!! I am super pissed!! I have been a member of just fab for years as a diamond elite member and now they have just lost a customer. I will not let this stand, I am going to take this as far up the chain as I can go, and if it has to get legal so be it. I will not stand by and let this company rip me off!!!!!

I am very disappointed with Justfab, as well as confused. This is an Iconic company. They won the hearts of millions of customers because of their products. I am not understanding this misleading marketing scam, their presenting. It feels as if I bonded by someone who is desperately seeking business, with a force to make their clients VIP, by not allowing them to just browse the website, with a freedom of choice. Their allowing someone to act as if they’re a personal stylist, to which the presentation is not always what someone wants, not even given an option to say no, then offer a special product at a low cost, to get them to buy something, only to discover that it’s a invisible contract, which gives them the ability to go into your personal account, to withdraw money, forcing you to buy another product. When you try to dispute, your given the run around without an option to get your money back, after they tell you that you can purchase another product, but if you close your account that their withdrawing from, they can’t help you…… THIS IS A MAJOR NO, NO…. A RIP OFF…. I want help, and If I don’t get my money, I will be going to the news, and blogging forever, to tell the world how horrible JUSTFAB really is!

Shipping say (7-10 days) so I placed my order 4 days later I receive an email stating they are backed up and it will be another 1-2 days before being shipped, by this point I’m irritated but I let it go. 3 days later the label has been created not shipped just created. 8 days after ordering I cal to just cancel it all together by this point I won’t receive my items in time and no longer want them. I call and for 20 mins “chad” the manager argues with me telling me that I can just wait and return the items which would take another 2 weeks after I finally receive them to get a refund and then proceeds to hang up on me as if that’s proper customer service. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. What a scam.

I tried purchasing a pair of boots that were listed at $30 VIP price. Once I tried checking out the pair was ringing up at $49.95. Every time I order something the website gives me problems so I have to leave the items in my cart and call their offshore customer service. I called and even offered to send proof of the VIP price listed on the screen and they insisted I must get two pairs because that’s what’s listed in their terms and agreements somewhere. On top of this, every time there is a promotion it doesn’t allow you to use the $40 dollars that have already been paid. They prefer you give them a whole new charge on your card. There is no actual perks to this membership. Save yourselves a pain in the butt. Also, one of the representatives raised his voice at me and he was supposedly a manager.

I’m in the UK and my item was sent via a courier service. However, the courier failed to follow protocol by leaving me a card because I was out at the time. The tracking system failed to inform me of any other details or specifics of where my item had been left so called the JF offices who at first confirmed that the item had been delivered to a neighbour.
I check with the neighbour who denied receiving my item and as the courier hadn’t left a confirmation card I could only go with what customer services had advised.
Anyway, I have been all round the houses to establish what the courier did and what has happened to my item! JF say they are investigating the matter and the courier head office have referred me back to the retailer. Its annoying as the Item is now out of stock and it was a gift too. The correspondence between JF and the courier service is so ‘matter of fact’. I have lost out on the special offer as well. I’m just raising the matter here because I was looking for the home of JustFab to raise my concerns for poor representation and my time had is far from being JustFab. Its a real shame and pity and hope that I receive some resolve if any one cares!
So to reiterate – I’ve contacted the UK offices and thought I’d bring the complaint home. If anyone cares – I look forward to you contacting the UK to on my behalf. It would be JustFab if one of the following CEO: Adam Goldenberg & Don Ressler
CFO: Heidi Crane or COO: Anton von Rueden took a moment to follow this up. I’m not looking for heads to roll but for someone to sit ups and take notice of the customer and really car.

The service is horrible , to say the least. When I click the skip this month button and receive the confirmation email stating I will not be charged the $39 fee.I was still charged. You all are crooks! That was stealing! I did not authorize that charge and the customer rep didn’t help much. I’m going to report this business to Federal Trade Commission. I’m very unhappy, because I skipped the month on the 1st of the month and justfab gives until the 5th to skip and even after I was sent not 1 but TWO emails stating I would not be charged I was still charged on the 7th. Which means you all did this purposely trying to deceive me, hoping I wouldn’t recognize the charge. Well I did because I was hit w/ an overdraft fee. I should be refunded more than just the $39 I need to be refunded the overdraft fee because I did what I was supposed to. Which is skip and you all stole my money any way. I will be reporting Justfab to the Federal Trade Commission.

Just found out that I have 2 VIP accounts and they have been billing me twice a month. I tried to speaking to the customer service rep. Who obviously doesn’t speak or understand English. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by any business. I asked to speak with his supervisor? Apparently, there aren’t any. I am in the process of disputing all 14 charges with my bank. They owe me $560. At this point in time, I would NEVER recommend that anyone purchase anything from this company. They obviously do not care about providing good customer service. I asked that the two accounts be combined and was told no. I asked for a refund and was told no. I asked how to access the other account and was told that they couldn’t provide that information. Well, I can provide information regarding who to submit my complaint to and what I intend to do about this. My next stop is Facebook, from their Twitter etc…..I intend to do everything I can to keep anyone from going thru what I have gone thru with this company.

If you didn’t outsource your customer service reps overseas maybe there wouldn’t be so many miscommunication problems.
