I am very upset that I purchased VIP tickets to see Joey Graceffa on Oct.5th and when we got there. There was no actual VIP seats we waited for almost 2 hours to be seated where ever we found a spot. I bought these tickets as a Birthday present for my Daughter who is a fan of Mr. Graceffa only to have the whole experience be horrible and rushed. We along with 200 plus other people waited hours to do the meet and greet whuch was actually a rush and take a quick picture with Joey. I felt bad for him as he was sick and trying his best to keep up with the mass amounts of people. You should not sell VIP tickets without letting people know there is no actual VIP. I have health isdues where standing for long periods of timecauses me great pain. Thus another reason we bought the VIP tickets. I truly hope not all locations do this to the people hoping to actually meet the Author.
