I bought the Diamond brand of strike anywhere matches and found they did not work as they did in my distant past. I bought a second box from a different store and the result was the same. The matches did not ignite “anywhere” as they should. They did not ignite well on the box either. I intend to use these matches as an emergency source of fire as we have recently had storm damage. Electricity is one of the first things to go and we need a way to start a fire to cook our food. I also want to store strike anywhere matches in a water tight container in case our house caves in.

Just finished canning 125 pounds of tuna. It has been so flustrating not to mention disheartening to have over 3 dozen jars have the bottoms separate in the canner. What a waste of time and effort, not to mention the expense! Until you come up with better packaging I will not buy another jar. I am sure boxes get dropped during distribution and in stores. Even a sheet of bubble wrap in the bottom of each box would add some protection. Or there is a fault in the way the jars are made? I will never recover my time and expense but I will never buy another jar!

Who manufactures your Ball canning lids? I find the new supposedly improved lids are inferior than the old ones. They take forever to seal. I have followed the online advice and still they are the same. The old lids sealed tightly fairly quickly. The new ones do not and I am not satisfied with them.

I am trying to resolve a problem. I ordered 2 express pots on Thanksgiving Day. One was delivered the next week. I have emailed crock pot through the normal customer email with no results. MY order number is JST0000002678927. I checked the fed ex site. It showed only one package was sent. I have come to this website because I am upset with the lack of contact from your end. The crock pot response was that they would be in touch within 3 days. That must be a joke because I sent emails on Dec. 5, 8, and 11.
Nothing from your corporation—very disappointing

I would like to know if your company manufactures the following item titled, Rink Tuff HD Universal .95in/830ft weed trimming thread. My kid did his very first lawn mowing job with trying to start his own lawn mowing business. I am very proud of him for stepping up for he is now learning the value of work ethics, adulthood, and a job. I purchase for his weed trimmer Rink Tuff HD universal / universal Harvey Duty .095 in / 830ff 2, 4mm / 253m with the bonus quick Line Cutter. The line cutter is a very small yellow lift and cut line cutter made for trim line cutting when reloading the heed on his weed trimmer. He was so afraid to tell me that he lost it because he wanted me to be proud of him for he has started with four regular clients for his services as rendered when called upon n to now their lawns every two weeks. I would like to know if I can purchase one or two of the bonus line quick line cutters for him. I looked in all local Home Depot and Lowes but you can not buy the Quick Line Cutter separate. He has plenty of trim line for now. I would be willing to pay for one or two for I know there are two kinds and the one I am looking for you can place a string or thin rope in between to keep on a key chain or in a way on a belt loop.
I know that this is a very odd request from a satisfied customer of your products that I honestly stand by. Once again I know this is a very strange request but the bonus line cutter for him and I as as a dad find it very safe to use for you can not cut nor hurt your self because where and how awesome it has been manufactured. Who ever in vented the bonus quick line cutter is a true gem in my home. Could you possibly help me. I would love to surprise him with a replacement with out spending extra money on more trimming thread when we already have plenty.
Thank you
