Talitha offered me a job. I worked 15 hours for free. Three weeks to train, when she did shotty work and had little equipment. Basically she got free labor with little hope of receiving pay. It’s a scam. I want my personal information deleted.

I have now reached out to Jan-Pro’s corporate office again.
No response. No follow-up. I’m guessing no interest in resolving this issue.
The issue is with our dissatisfaction with a local franchise and their response to it during a critical time in the world – where cleaning and sanitation is paramount to the health and well being of our employees.
I will attempt to leave my information again.

I’m being lied on and told I’m not allowed at the office. I reach out to the owner of the office i franchise through and get no response. There is no one else for me to communicate with at the office. So it’s like I’m stuck. I feel my only option is to leave Jan-pro and possibly find someone else to franchise with.

I’m a franchise owner. I would like to speak to someone in charge of complaints. Having an issue on getting paid for an extra work order. It was a job of over 1000$ of which we put a lot of time into stripping and waxing 6 apartment buildongs.
