Tis place was not one thing like they advertised. My boyfriend booked a room for a week at the Pittsburgh location. Locked his keys in his room on accident the first night which was Saturday and couldn’t get any assistance until Monday at 11? Who runs a hotel with no 24 hours assistance? So he paid for two nights he wasn’t even there. The room was disgusting and the TV was entirely blue. Will never stay here again it was awful and especially for what we paid.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience we had during a recent stay at the below listed establishment.
Location: The InTown Suites Extended Stay located at 3650 West 86th Street Indianapolis, IN-College Park/Michigan Road.
As a paying customer, I expected to receive a certain level of service and unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I would like to bring to your attention the issue I faced during my stay at your hotel.
The reservation dates: 08/25/23-09/22/23
I/Our family do not reside in Indianapolis, IN. We live in Greenville, SC.
My son who recently was medically discharged from the military due to a knee injury had to find a place to stay. Since we do live out of State, I had to rely on the internet to access Hotels in the area. That is how we are here today. I booked a 1 months long stay and do so regrettably.
Below I have attached from the actual website pictures of “what” the rooms should look like. I also have added reviews from the website of how the rating is a 5/5.
I know that those who rated this place highly were probably given a perk for the review because I strongly believe that no one in their right mind would rate this location as good.
I have read the negative and positive reviews online and I can tell you I am not ignorant. I get it, every Hotel has a disgruntle guest and may post a review based out of emotions and not the actual services.
I took the good and the bad from what the reviews from the website at that time offered and went with what I thought was the best location for our son.
I was completely shocked on how the actual physical location and the website is completely opposite. It is horrifying and a hazard.
I along with my husband and family visited my son this past weekend. Labor Day weekend 9/2/23-9/4/23 and that was of course the first time I/we laid eyes on the InTown Suites.
I have stayed in many Hotels/Motels/Suites but, this is by far the worst one I have come across.
I did call the actual InTown Suites on 9/5 @ 317-802-9844 and spoke with the “front desk guy” who refused to give me his name. I asked for a full refund and the front desk guy advised me that he could not do that. I tried to explain the living conditions and he refused to listen.
I have already contacted and filed a complaint with the Attorney General, I have also already contacted and filed a formal complaint with BBB.
I have also filed several complaints with InTown Suites, below are the responses from InTown Suites which are just baffling:
Please read below for your amusement. If “they” would have actually read the complaint, they would have known that:
1) I will never be staying at an InTown Suites and
2) I did call the actual InTown Suites front desk and spoke to “the guy” and refused to give me a full refund, and would not let me explain the horrendous living conditions and would not give me his name. That is why he is called “the guy”

I will also be contacting (OPHS) Office of Public Health and Safety, Marion County Health Department, State consumer protection office, the news outlets, police department, code enforcement and an attorney for false and fraudulent advertisements involved as well as leaving truthful bad reviews on different traveling sites.
I am now reaching out to you. ALL WE WANT IS A FULL REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF: $1525.44 to be able to afford to move our son to a safer better kept location.
The amount of $1525.44 to our family has caused a great financial burden in that we are a middle-class family who works hard, pays bills, and tries to do the right thing all the time.
We are not seeking a greater dollar amount compensation; we just want what we believe is owed to us.
I also attempted to contact Headquarters/Cooperate Location based out of Atlanta, GA @ 770-799-5000 and was unsuccessful in speaking/leaving a message to address my concerns. I am hoping to send an email to the Regional Manager or Senior Executive as well.
I will also be reaching out to Starwood Capital if the issue is not resolved in a timely manner.
Pictures were taken and will also be attached to the end of my complaint. The pictures taken will show the value of the conditions of this Hotel.
Below is a description of everything that is not acceptable.
1) The carpet to the suite is filthy.
2) The microwave quit working 2 days after arrival.
3) The microwave has not been replaced.
4) The refrigerator was/is dirty, filthy & rusted.
5) The door, walls, base boards, ceiling, floor, AC unit, window, restroom, oven vent are all still filthy.
6) The air vent to the stove is not working.
7) The sink in the restroom is clogged.
8) The knob to the tub is broken.
9) The Knob to the tub is filthy and appears to be covered in mold.
10) The headboard was filthy.
11) The restroom doors frame was broken upon arrival.
12) The cabinets are still filthy and full of crud.
13) The elevator, hall, floors, exit doors are all filthy and disgusting.
14) The foul smell throughout the halls is unbearable.
15) The smell of marijuana emitting from the moment you walk in the front doors.
16) The trash scattered throughout the property.
17) People camping out in the parking lot under a shaded tree yelling and cursing.
18) The signs that warn against smoking within 150 ft from the building which is not being adhered to.
19) The run-down room.
20) The Absent amenities.
21) The health and safety of guest.
22) The false reviews posted on the website which is deceiving.
23) Main door left ajar.
24) No Hot water since arrival date.
If I could put the smell of this place in a picture I would but, I can’t.
I am trying to relay as much information as possible so those on the receiving end of this email can get the full effect of what a horrendous place this is!!

I don’t get how people would complain about this place. I’ve seen worse and honestly the place doesn’t pick and choose the nasty people that come to places like this. As for this location, I’ve been staying for a couple weeks already and the staff is always nice and they keep building clean. I keep my space just as clean to help, as a whole. I enjoy the laundry room and location near by. We got pizza, Chinese, Chick-fil-A, and walmart all near by plus a super target down the road. I have no complaints. The GM here is always doing her best and I’m happy to live/stay here.

My name is Jessie Belle and I live at the Intown Suites in Atlanta off 17th street. As it can be seen above I have filled out several customer concern forms yet no one has responded nor as the issue be resolved. The site manager has instituted a time frame in which mail can be picked up, which present a major problem for me. My work hours are Monday-Friday 7am-6pm which is outside the time frame when mail can be picked up. I have explained my work schedule to the site manager on multiple occasions and his reply has been I need to pick up my mail on my day off. However this further compounds my problem, seeing that at least 2 Saturdays out of the month I work a 12hr overtime shift. I have been with Intown Suites for over a year, my rent has never been late nor has there been any complaints concerning my room and I would think that I am a valued customer. How is it that when other managers work this particular site I can explain why I cant make the slotted time to pick up mail they never have an issue giving me my mail. Even the front desk clerks issue me my mail if the site manager isn’t in the office. I have expressed to the site manager that I understand his reasoning for doing this in order to cut down on everyone coming into the office all throughout the day asking for mail. Yet I asked him in my case could he show a little consideration and at least allow me one day a week to pick up my mail between 6-7pm which he refused to do. I find it odd that there are signs in the site office that says Valued Customer and as well as on the website. But how is that true in my unique situation? The only reply I have received from filling out the customer concern form says that I should contact the site manager which now makes me wonder is anyone actually reading them. How can I be told to go to the site manager when the problem lies at that point. I shouldn’t have to look in the office just to see if the site manager is off so I can pick up my mail. I have expressed to the site manager that his attitude and lack of consideration is very unprofessional and his customer service is terrible. From day one anytime I have gone into the site office if I received a receipt or picked up mail I always say THANK YOU yet this sit manager has NEVER SAID YOUR WELCOME!!
Can someone please contact me with a resolution to this on going problem, even if this lack of customer service is shared by the company as a whole then tell me maybe I need to thinking about moving.

I am currently staying at the intown suites in Baton Rouge 11616 Sherwood Forest Court rm 106 I’m paying 361.76 a week for a room that floods every time it rains my refrigerator went out like 3 weeks ago for two days before being replaced by an older nasty one that doesn’t even belong in the room I’m paying for not to mention the food that was lost during that transaction I have discussed my issues with the front desk in which I’m told when the new refrigerators come in they’ll replace this old one that’s honestly roach infected my rent comes out my account faithfully every week however when it comes to doing what’s legitimate right by a guess such as myself this is the step I would love to have the appliances that I’m paying for along with the floodgates fixed at least give me some type of relief for staying in a room that’s not suitable to the standards that’s advertised I would take compensation as well for my food lost and paying 361.76 in a room that’s worth maybe a 100.00 a week

Most recent experience was Marietta, Ga….
Booked my room online, booked a traditional room… got to the hotel at at 3pm to check in and was told the manager wasn’t there yet so I had to wait, he didn’t get there until 4:15pm and than told me, he doesn’t know why they allowed me to book that room because he doesn’t have any Traditional rooms left, all he had available was premium rooms, and they were like 50 dollars more plus a 50 dollar deposit, he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, didn’t try to offer me the premium room at the traditional room price or anything he had the attitude of f**k it, we don’t have that room this is what we have available, take it or leave it…. And I had booked my room for a week, the room was super tiny, and service was just horrible on both of my experiences at the Intown Suites, I wouldn’t recommend, pay the extra money and sleep else where! Only stay here if your tight on cash and only need a place to stay for a day or 2!!!

Anytime I am asked to do a survey or report how well service was I am good to do so. Being in business for myself I know how important comments are. I have started traveling with my husband for his work. Our children are grown Married and has families of there own so traveling and seeing our country has been God sent. Austin TX research blvd. This has been our home since oct 2021 to present which is feb 2022. Love it here The rooms are all redone and brand new to the parking lot being all redone. Very classy and very up to date. However, they make sure the rooms do not get roaches or any other bugs Since covid getting people to leave there homes and actually work is hard. So I get the fact this location is under staffed everywhere is The manager here is spread very thin I get that too but when the orkin pesticide worker knocked on my door at the end of the day to spray. Mmmm let me see my husband has been up at 3:00 am to 4pm 7 days aweek 12 hours a day. When he walks through that door it’s shower dinner decompress. Nobody wants to come home to housekeeping wanting to clean or orkin to spray when they have all day to do there job. Now brings me too this I WORKED ALL DAY ON DINNER ITS ON THE STOVE WHERE ALL MY EDIBLE ITEMS ARE. THE ORKIN NUT KNOCKS AT 5:15 COMES IN AND SPRAYED ALL AROUND MY REFRIGERATOR TAKES HIS WAND AND PUTS IT OVER MY FOOD ON THE STOVE STARTS SPRAYING IT GOES OVER MY UTENSILS MY FOOD MY SPICES I MEAN I WAS LIKE……PINCH ME I AM IN THE FREAKING TWILIGHT ZONE. I SAID OK STOP WHAT ATE YOU DOING. HE SAYS. OH SORRY THATS GOOD ENOUGH THANKS TURNS LEAVES I AM BOUT TO LOOSE CONTROL I GO UP TO THE FRONT TELL THE MANAGER SAYS OH I AM SO SORRY I WILL HAVE A TALK WITH HIM THE ORKIN NUT. Hi I just wanted to start off by saying I have worked in hospitality for 8 years as a housekeeper but I recently wanted to go for something different in my career so we moved to Hattiesburg been staying in in town suits in Hattiesburg ms temporarily I must say this is the worst of the worst very raciest and unprofessional I have ever seen in a hotel ! Here’s little things that we had to deal with well we paid for a week thank god I had receipt because I went to room my key was not working had to go to office and the office is always locked finally got the lady to come to door went I. To explain key was not working she said when did u pay I said umm excuse me we lottery just came in here an hour ago I have my receipt right here and lady looked surprised then said hold on let me look in this computer and it said the same thing my receipt had said then finally she had said okay it’s in here but we can’t do it till your husband come when we were both on the room so had wait another hour for him to show he had to leave his job just to come to take care of what was goin on . 2 here is another problem we have we were out side maintenance man came by told my husband to switch his clothes he needed something different on First off this isn’t a prison and if my husband was half naked I could understand but he was fully clothed but they sure don’t have a problem with the half naked women walking around here and the drugs and everything else ! 3 problem we have and thank god I have been taking pictures and recording everything that has been goin on and have full proof to back up everything I am saying but any ways every time we leave the maintenance men come in your room dig threw your belongings I got it all on camera then they even walked in my room somehow the door was fully locked they came in while I was in the shower! I feel so violated as a women that has been sexually assaulted and still goin threw therapy because of it and now I have server ptsd because of this hotel ! 4. Lady The manger whitch we were told we could have our own chairs to sit out side then lady came next day yelled at me told me you can’t do that excuse me I got told it was okay if it was my chair and it was I bought the little lawn chair from Walmart just so I could sit outside and then she told me I had to go way down stairs to smoke a cigarette I don’t think so because first off all the people around here smoke near there room s and even some smoke in there room s but I am not walking in freezing weather way down stairs to smoke a cigarette that’s crazy ! 4 when we first got to this hotel they gave us the most trashy room I have ever stayed in it was not clean had roaches to bed bugs and I had to spray take care of everything on my own had to pay for everything out of my pocket thank god I have all of this on camera also and the blankets had pub hairs all over it and the tub had pub hairs all in it and the toilet had pee and cigarette burns all over it ! This hotel should be shut down and also the mangers need to be fired they abuse there Authority and the maintenance men also !!!! Very very racist also at this hotel !!!! Intown suites is not accepting the rent relief program payment I have been here since May 19th at the crossways Blvd location in Virginia and I am pregnant and have 3 other kids I’m having problems working due to my pregnancy and I became behind in rent but even before I became behind in rent they gave me a 7 day notice and I wasn’t even late yet I wasn’t late until the 3rd of November and I had made a payment on the 1st but on the 2nd they gave me a 7 day notice. So they said it was due to non payment and that they were going to work with legal aid and rent relief program but then told me that they would not do so and that they can’t accept a payment for 3 months in advance for me to stay here. They make me have to go up to the office each day to get a key and ask me about a payment and I keep telling them that I’m working on it but if they would just take the payment offered they’d have a payment. Someone from the corporate office please get in touch with me asap

The Intown Suites in Jackson, MS is the absolute worst. There are so many bugs in the rooms, including roaches. The doors to the rooms all have huge gaps in them that allow all types of bugs, frogs and snakes through. The rooms are missing many of the amenities the guest was promised as well. The office manager is the general manager. She takes extended lunch hour breaks and is gone from the office for hours. She has the office calls roll to her cell phone and is either rude when she answers or she doesn’t answer at all. If she does not like a guest she pretends something is wrong with the system and she is never able to process that specific guests payment. Requests are ignored. And there is no one to complain too. Intown suites only allows this location to be ran so poorly and the guests abused because the majority of the guests are black and then manager is white.

My key was deactivated I assumed it was technical then I was told by the front desk “she saw I left marijuana out” and I said I’m disabled veteran and it may have been CBD or another supplement. She said Erica the manager wouldn’t care and to just hide it or I’ll be asked to leave…I tried to save some dignity because it was very intrusive they can violate your privacy and medical rights . But was told to move out of the way she had people waiting . And the impression is that I wouldn’t want Erica involved in this anyway . I wrote to customer service to try to lick the salt off the wound but probably won’t get anywhere according to these horror stories I’ll try to swallow my lump and mind my own business:

I lived in the intown in Houston IAH area I lived there from October until June my mom and daughter both was hospitalized due to all the mold in the room while I was moving I took pictures of mold all over the wall and bed bugs I uncovered the mattress and the was full of stains!!! During the big Winter freeze we had in February the lights was out and the manager told me they not required to have a generator and it was my day to pay and he came to my room and made me give him my card number so he could go to another location to make a payment or my family would have been out in the winter storm!!! That was illegal and pipes burst and they never cam to fix anything!!! I paid faithfully from October to June… I have pictures and I am going to get the news media involved because I got no response I feel that I need to be compensated!!!

Today we had four spanic speaking maintence floor men at 10477 metric dr. Garland TX, from around 8:30am on & off 5:40pm. During this time they maintence crew came 4 times the 4th time is the only time they knocked on our door. With them was an English Housekeeper. Who knocked on our door as though the hotel was carrying out a fire evacuation emergency.
After i asked the hotel housekeeper to inform the front office, at create a future notice to its guest. They housekeeper called the front deck person who came & started baging on our door, after opening the door, the front office manager began shutting on top of her voice, threatening us “you disrespected the maintenance workers, ‘am calling the cops on you right now to come drag you out right now”. All because i strongly felt that the intown suites 10477 Metric drive shoud be able to provide a notice for room or door maintenance to its guests. So they can know who is bagging & drilling on their doors. In the front deck managers own words “this is not your home to expect a notice for maintence, we do not give notice for our maintenance men to come without knocking on your door”.
She went on putting threats on me, “you can not stay in our hotel”.
All this because, i requested a knock on our door & a notice for coming to perform their work orders.
For prospective guests at this location, be aware. The front female manager is very disrepective, arrogant & liar.
At no point did i speak to these four maintenance men. According to her i disrespected them.
I need the excutive office & others concerned to know about her behavior. She need to be put away from interacting with guests. She has no customer service relation. She is not trained.
I personally served with Hotel services. All hotel staff members are required to know in a respectable manner before they start conducting they work orders. Whether it is simply on the hotel guest front door, or before getting in the hotel guest rooms period.
That how hotels operats globally.

Me and my husband and 3 kids has been LIVING at in town suites at 4790 Hilton corporate Dr. in Columbus Ohio, long story short being there for 3 months now we have fell under new “management”… NIGHTMARE me and my husband suffer from disabilities and have a services/companion dog have papers for her doctor wrote a letter gave them the papers that she is legally a companion dog, the staff proceeds to come inside of our room with no reason at all not for housekeeping or maintenance just because they feel like they can forcing us to have to put our dog in a cage all day because we work me (6 hours) because legally that’s all I can work my husband 12 hours we have never had to put our dog in a cage. the staff then proceed to come inside our room again noticed my dog in a cage and tells us she cant be in a cage all day we either leave or get rid of the dog I have missed almost weeks of work and is going to the hospital today for high blood pressure and chest pains I cant eat and is very depressed worrying that I will have to give my dog up because were homeless, and will die not having her. This is my last step contacting “The corporate Office” before I set out for a lawsuit against the whole company legally this can not be right. I pray I hear from someone soon.

I am staying at the intowne suites in Columbia on two notch and the Property Manager MS. SHANNON IS THE LIVING TRUE devil. I PLEASE ANYONE DONOT STAY HERE. The property manager Ms. Shannon blames everything on him. When he tells her the truth she is still so evil that she still thinks he is lieing. And he may be because he is mental because of drugs. Sometimes my neighbor weed scent would come thru the wall go to the office to tell them and the House keeper said that it was normal thing.She told me that weed is not consider illegal. So with my son being a mental and drug addict, I know he was getting drugs from the drug dealers, that she allow to stay there. I know this is probably not a good place for him to be, however I have no place else to go, I was staying there for 3yrs and now all of a sudden it is a problem. I pray the right person see this and do a thru investigation on this place. Because like I told her before she is putting things on my son when she Knows these people are coming in with DRUGS, HOOKERS, and ETC. MS. SHANNON IS VERY NASTY AND I ADVICE THE REAL CORPORATE OFFICE TO SEE THIS, AND DO AND INSPECTION, SHE HIRES EMPLOYEES AND THEY LEAVE BECAUSE SHE IS SOOOOOOOO NASTY. I PRAY BERNARD COMES BACK TO THIS PLACE, BECAUSE WHO THEY HAVE THERE, MS. SHANNON IS VERY VERY NASTY. ME AND MY HUSBAND PAYS OUR HOTEL PAYMENT ON TIME, WE ARE NO PROBLEM TO THE PLACE AND SHE MADE UP A LAME EXCUSE TO KICK US OUT. Intown suites should be ashamed for displaying false pictures of their property in Corpus Christi Tx a/c unit was broke they gave my daughter w/4 children , told her they would only refund her money if she left! Management not realizing it was Memorial day n there were no more rooms anywhere, rooms had cockroaches, spiders, lots of mold n damm stairways had husky straps to hold it n place! Now how does city inspectorsn not close this place down? Manager smelled like alcohol, geez I will never and I mean never recommended this place to anyone

I stay at the Intown Suites on 3200 Cloverleaf Pkwy and have been treated unfairly by management even went to them with safety concern for my two daughters due to the room not being updated or fixed where the screen are broke and falling where a child can fall out the air and heat don’t work properly and I mentioned this when I first moved in and been here over 90 days paid my rent on time and told issues would be fixed and they have not been and asked to be moved to a room worth what I pay and safe for kids and was told they would have to see if one was available there also is a guest with a service dog that has tried to attack other animals and even the guest and no service dog can be mean or trying to attack anything or one nor allowed continue to stay here and I have not felt like the customer service was fairly to me the manager even held a conversation with me in the middle of the front not in a office or privately and I’ve been talked to wrongly and treated wrongly but other guest do not deal with this and then you continued to let my children live in a unsafe room and broken your contract by not making repairs and making me feel discriminated against and my rights and kids safety not important cause they did not do what they said nor would move me rooms but have people selling meth and heroin and fighting in halls I’m fromt of office in parking lot even offering to pay guest to drag someone and they do not get treated like I do not made to leave but I was told I could get kicked out and leave and none of my issues resolved and then the manager treating me differently and wrongfully and continued to pay on time and I don’t think it’s fair to pay that and not have anything fixed and there is a lot of illegal activity going on and these people got updated rooms and treated right!! I feel discriminated towards and lied to and cheated out of my money for 3 months cause nothing it says online is how I was treated or done!! I never done anything to the manager for her to treat me unfairly nor should a dog be able to be here that has been trying to attack me and my small dog for no reason at all and Manager speaks to this guest properly and basically let’s the guest try to tell other worker she will have my family put out for nothing allowing me to be treated unfairly by the guest but all is said to her is she needs to stop doing what she doing and nothing said about the dog trying to attack me and my animal but manager and I have never had a conversation without arguing and my issues not being resolved even had people that was banned getting in due to doors not being locked and threatening my kids safety and came in rooms just by walking in but I’m told if I try to protect my kids or do anything on property I can get kicked out but got people shoot meth and heroin and people selling drugs used needles where guest or kids can be subjected to and fighting in halls by office and in parking lot and they don’t even get treat as bad or unfairly as I have a lot of stuff is going on that should not be allowed and I really want to call whistle blower 9 or file a law suit and want everything I paid back cause of this treatment and condition of my room and I have kids

The manager here at the Montgomery Alabama one is always having an attitude with me and my family we used to live on the 3rd floor and the lady under us was always making a fuss about my kids tye new room we staying in not bad besides the bugs that been here they behind my fridge then they don’t even wash the blankets ghwt belong to this place she has an attitude when i asked housekeeping to wash them she said they never wash the blankets only the sheets she been nothing but rude to us to the point we don’t even wanna come home that how bad it is cause i dont like checking the mail when she is here she never in the office she always on her phone or smoking i want something done about this

My Son is A U.S. WAR VRTERAN, Released due to numerous Major Injuries. After 4 years of surgeries, etc. He can t live alone due to Head Trama. I am his live with care keeper, along with Chunk, his Mil. Service Dog whom has saved his life by Alerting me to call 911, while having a Major Seizure. We are here in In Town Suites,Gulf Port, Miss.The Black Lady in the office came to me while accompanying his dog, demanding to leave the Property.She said My Sons Military Dog, isn t allowed here. Than she ssys only He can walk him. If I do not get a call from Ranking Office Psrson, The V.A. here along with a Team of T.V., Lawyers are coming Wed. A.M., as she said she would throw us out. We have paid Cash, and will not refund our money, both on limited income.My son goes to the V.A. for Medical Purposes hete for 2 plus months.She should be RIRED.

Job laid off until next assignment. Stayed Only ONE day. So I went to the front office after and I was trying to get the remainder of my money back but they wouldn’t refund me my money back. I was advised General Manager Andrea was out but would give me a credit or voucher for another property. Never received callback from Andrea in fact just spoke to her and she claim she was not aware of this incident. I was transferred to her through Paige at Reservations. However, she advise only Mark Toby could authorized the credit. So she was semi rude (Andrea) and really did not want to give any assistance. My new job is in Orlando and I would like the credit (1st choice) or a voucher as I was instructed. I will continue to call the Corporate office until I get a resolution.

Contact me also. I’m owed over $1,000 due to being told I couldn’t rent by the month…then when I did, they switched the price bc, “taxes have changed”. Really? Taxes haven’t changed in over 25 yrs. they’re telling guests they won’t get their taxes back until they stay for 6 wks, which is against the law. Filthy property, no security, no cameras, no lighting, old, old They charge different prices according to who they want to mess with. I have contacted a law firm that sues hotels and would like to have a class action. In Town Suites is owned by Starwood Capital out of CT. The CEO is a multi Billionaire….and won’t spend any money to clean up the property. They rooms are NOT cheap at all. I’m paying over $1,100 for a small one bed w/ a moldy AC that smells and drips water on the carpet; refrig seal is so old is cracked broken and roach eggs in it when I first got here; refrig gets so much frost on it the door won’t close; the walk ways are filthy and full of bacteria that is tracked into the room…the walkways have urine, feces, spit, vomit and God knows what else and haven’t been cleaned in yrs. My door looks like someone kicked it in and the lock doesn’t work half the time, there is no seal around it so I have to stuff the half inch gap around the door w/ plastic bags every night; cars are stolen or broken into regularly; druggies big time; windows broken all the time; crazy management…literally, one would literally evict guests for no reason and yell in Spanish, call guests rude names…it is of my opinion, the staff management is stealing money from the hotel guest and corp, that’s why the kick people out for no reason, they keep the deposit, and the rent. Starwood needs to be held accountable and should be liable for the filthy and unsafe conditions…not to mention the rude and abusive staff.

My husband and i are always here when our lease is up and we come to intownsuites for the past four years. But i never had a problem with other until we came to 6625 bandera. Well its very clean. But never in my life i had a rude maintains guy knocked at my door wish we just came in late from moving. I open the door halfway asleep and gave me a firm voice and a threat about the parking and i couldn’t believe it were i got upset snd bit my tongue. I believe he could of approach to me correctly and what we can do or cant do. I believe he should of came and said sorry but the management came and that was not right or fair for doing somebody’s else mistake.bit the management was told very late but he was a nice sweet man and hes friendly. Pkus this past sat. 7/18/14 i was up early and caught a worker at my door sweeping the trash to my door and pushing it in. It was rude and disrespectful for doing that at my door. Never in my life i saw a lazy worker. Sad he didnt think i would see. Please have better employees with better experience. Ut was very rude and disrespectful and seem not to care. I believe yall need a. Better. After hours security officer because he or she never answers the phobe to handle the noise or banging late at night all until 500am. I haven’t been resting nor my husband. My husband works 7 days a week and needs to sleep because hes has to be at work at 6am. The problems are not being solved.
