Hello,
I am a former employee of the Troy, Ohio operation. While employed there, there was a number of illegal,” under the table” activities going on that corporate was unaware of. The management was being very dishonest with you because of you being out of state and did not know any better. I know for a fact that the Troy, Ohio ITW management were engaging in fraudulent activities. ( including inventory and Tax fraud). If Mr. Santi only knew the have of it.
I have photo’s of inventory and way’s that the engineering are instructing the service tec’s of the commericial food equipment to ” rip off” customers who call to have a food machine fixed already in the field.
