Hurley International was founded in 1999 by Bob Hurley, who spent years working in surfboard shops shaping the boards. Originally owning the rights to the Billabong name, his lease was not renewed, and Hurley International was born.
Today, the company designs and sells a wide range of beach items, including swimwear for men and women, wetsuits, clothing, sunglasses, hats, and backpacks. Hurley products are sold online and through retailers in both the US and Canada. Although the company no longer sells surfboards, they still maintain a surfing club.
In 2002, Hurley International was sold to Nike for an undisclosed amount. Headquarters for Hurley remain in Costa Mesa, California.

To who it may concern,
I’d like to lodge a complaint about the employee working for Hurley. He was talking with a friend or possibly a customer about surfing. It’s my birthday. I spotted a Hawaiian shirt that was hanging very high on the rack. My wife politely said excuse me? The employee replied, “I’m talking to somebody.” We immediately walked out. It occurred 2:30PM on 11 Aug 19. It’s now 2:42PM and the employee is still talking and eating chips with the friend. They’re hanging out. Two other couples left after the horrible service.
This guy should be immediately fired. Check the security cameras. The employee and his friend are hanging out in the store and blowing off customers. I never lodge complaints, but this occurrence ruined my afternoon.

Good day,
I recently visited a mall with one of your stores located inside of it on 7/20/19. And I left behind my AirPods at bath and body and somehow one of your employee picked them up, I didn’t noticed they were missing until I landed in Chicago on 7/21/19, I tracked my AirPod all week and they were coming back to the Hurley location in Arizona Mills, once I arrived back to Phoenix on Friday 7/26/19, I approached the sales counter and politely told the three gentlemen that I lost my AirPods and that they were in that location all week. The manager went in the back to look for them, I played the music to locate and he said they were not there, I said impossible the location is not off on apple products, he walked away and stayed in the back room. As soon as I left I went one way and my AirPods went the opposite direction. All the manager had to do was just give them back. I didn’t have security involved, but know if they get tracked to his home or anyone’s home I will press charges.
