Hello,
I’m a former employee of one of the wearhouses. this comment is more of a concern for inadequate policy. A certain policy says family can not work together. However, the policy never applied to anyone except me and my family. To say the least it’s an unfair termination of the company considering the families that works together there are considered “GRANDFATHERED” in it was only to affect new hires. Unfortunately, to say the least none of that is put into action in this particular wearhouse. With the exception of again me and my family member. I believe it should be fair I’m able to work there as well with everyone else seeing how there is alot of families there together. When the case is it didn’t affect the job either of us was doing and it was alright everything was getting done on time and the right way with no disruptive actions.
Thank you for your time.

Someone somewhere in this company should look into the favoritism at the Lincoln NH facility. The lockout tag out NO TOLERANCE policy is broken and the supervisor covers it up the guy still has his job and is being considered to fill the second shift floor manager position. This is absurd and unfair to those who are hard working and dedicated to quality and following the correct procedures. Which is often overlooked if your not a butt kisser. This should be an embarrassment to the company on its professional standing point. These matters NEED to be addressed before it gets worse. There are many more examples than this but this is the most relevant of all. Another subject another time.
