Sad when you treat the men and women who are the backbone of your business, like they aren’t worth it or their time is only worth 1/10th of the average value.
I’ve been sent on dozens of calls, that are Gone on Arrival. Spend over $75 in fuel, to be told by active roadside support dispatchers that I need to request for a FULL GOA on honkrequest.com. Towing and Roadside team or the Audit Desk will email typically 2-4 days later and tell you you’re request was “reduced” from (ex: $100) to “Honks standard GOA of $20”
$20.00 doesn’t even buy 3 gallons of DIESEL FUEL!!
I’m not trying to profit off a GOA but your costing me money to take your calls!!

As a provider it would be helpful if humans were available to talk to! None of your numbers get a live person. We complete jobs and have zero payment from your company. We get to the vehicle location 1.5 hours away and the payment card is cancelled and we only find out once we try to run payment. Very poor service for the providers that your company is hiring jobs out to if I could give a negative 5 star review, I would!
was a provider and was cut of for asking for fees for extra equipment requested call back on the 4th still no call back very poor provider care
