We had a roof installed on our home back in 2019. A week ago during a storm, my roof started leaking in the living room. I called Homestar and left a message, No Response, called back the next day spoke to someone and someone was to call me back, NO Call Back! Then my husband call, left message, No Response, called a second time, someone was suppose to call either him or myself back, well a week later STILL WAITING FOR A CALL!!!!! So today, while writing this email I finally received a call back 3 week later while I have a leaky roof. Someone is suppose to be at my house on Friday, 10/6/23 between 4:00-5:00; I really hope they show up. If not, I will be contact the Better Business Bureau and submit a complaint against your company.
