I have attempted to get help from your payroll people on three occasions. They are rude, do not return phone calls and offer zero help. I imagine they are a reflection of the corporate folks at your company,
I will find the regulatory people who have jurisdiction over you and see if I can bring pressure to bear so that I may obtain my payroll data.

Mr. Carrr,
I would like to comment on the deplorable service that I have received from your company for the last 6 months. Prior to that your employees who are assigned as payroll account managers, have not returned phone calls not followed through on emails & drop the ball all over the place. Most recently I have been unable to receive my payroll reports. They have been just deposited wherever the delivery people chose to put them and I’ve even received other companies pay roll with my payroll packet. Your employees have taken it upon themselves to not deliver my mail next day as originally requested And I think that was Denise Pinion’s doing to dropping my payroll in the mail without getting my approval. I submit payroll weekly and have not had proper reports for the last 2 months!
I have spoken to Denise Pinion who says she is a customer service manager, useless! Poor excuse for a customer service manager. I have also talked to Bryan Pesini & Mike Dozal, neither of which were any help at all, they made promises to correct the issues and never did, all they could do was say “I’m sorry”… yes they are very sorry!!! I have a small company and the treatment that I have received is beyond deplorable every week it’s something when I try to submit payroll now I write manual checks because I am not assured that my information will be received in a timely manner for my employees, sad excuse for a payroll company!!!!!
Heartland must be going out of business because no one should handle this type of important information in the manner that your company does And other companies and businesses that deal with you are saying the same thing word gets around fast of bad service!!
