Like many before me, I have tried to call every place and number in Hearst Communications as well as Help line number for Town and Country Magazine. We have been receiving T&C for over 20 years. Last issue received was Sept 2019. Calls to T&C go to call center in Phillipines, they tell me Hearst contracts with DoorFrontDirect to deliver the magazines. DFD’s are contracted with main newspaper in almost every city….in Tampa, FL that is the Tampa Bay Times. I cannot get TPTimes nor Door Front Direct to respond to phone calls or emails. PLEASE HELP ME AND MANY OTHERS. WE ARE PAYING FOR MAGAZINES AND NOT RECEIVING ANY. Brian F. Wells, COL, USA, Retired

Hello Hearst Corp I am a simple man from Colorado, have been searching the Rocky Mtn’s now for years and finally found one great lode of a silver claim I am trying to sell as there in from what I know and can find clearly on the serface many tons of mineral Gold is there too, just harder to get at, I have set up a registered BLM Mining Claim and it is in my small business name R E, Enterprises Co, I am asking around $100,000,,oo USD for this find, and I know this is very cheap too, I would like a great American Company such as your’s to get it and develop it, as I know it would last many years too

Aug. 20,2019. one hour spent trying to talk to Human Resources about my retirement check. Hearst recording, “no department by that name!” I tried 5 times with same results. Tried other departments to talk with a live person; everyone is away from their desk. Must be a whole building full of deserted desks and phones. PS this includes the Express News in San Antonio, Texas, a Hearst paper. Phone calls to them are as hopeless as trying NYC. Can Hearst Corp. spell Commmmmmunnnnicccation????

PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE Have someone who knows what their doing about billing to contact me. I have been on phone with different people at least 5 different times with numerous people starting with Rose,, Gio, Casey Johnny and MORE. I have spent at least 4 hours time trying to order and then straighten out the orders and get them paid for and I’m still getting notifications almost daily that my account has to be paid. I’ve given the visa card number to ALL OF them and tried to pay but something is clogging up system on your end. I think you just want me to drop and not get the special deal I was offered.
