I have been on the phone with a Health Net rep for 1 hour, 10 minutes, who could not resolve my billing problem (being overcharged despite a letter from Health Net stating the amount would be less) and could not reach a supervisor. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I am a satisfied Health Net customer. I had a curious situation come up recently involving the relationship between CVS Caremark and Health Net involving payments for packaging errors. Due to some recent errors in my medical records I decided to start double checking incoming receipts. My 90 day order of Xarelto was 3 pills short but the issue was promptly resolved. My copy of the invoice showed a charge of $60.29 for the processing of the 3 pills
and the charge is to be paid by Health Net? CVS Caremark confirmed this arrangement.
I’m unsure who made the packaging error, . probably Xarelto.
If this agreement to pay for another companies’ errors is in your contract I might consider finding new counsel.

CEO Jay Gelbert,
I’m a Member of Health Net who is being DISCRIMINATED AGAINST due to your Company Policy Not To Address The Consumer Complaint. I’m a DISABLED SENIOR WOMAN who has Special Medical Needs & Medical Devises in My Brain Health Net Claims to be Understanding in My Medical / Health Needs YET, Continues to DENY ME MEDICAL NECESSITIES dur to POLICY CHANGES. I’m covered under the American With Disabilities Act & Health Net has determined they DON’T HAVE TO ALLOW FOR THE RIGHT OF MEMBERS UNDER THIS ACT.
All Health Net does is continue to Allow Me To Pay Out Of Pocket For Necessary Medical Needs & Wont Honor My Reimbursement Claim.
What does it take for Health Net to PAY ATTENTION
Thanks Alot

It is 03/10/18 and I set aside time to file my 2017 taxes this week-end, but, because I’ve not received my 1099 from Hn I can’t complete the process. I called Broker Services and was told that many 1099’s were returned to Hn because they were mailed to the wrong address and I would need to be patient and wait until my 1099 arrives. I’ve been getting mail at the same address for over 10 years and receive many other Hn mailers. This is a great inconvenience to me and I don’t like being at the mercy of Hn’s ineptitude.

Contrary to the wording in the application re: the canceling of your present insurance I was advised I needed to cancel my insurance in order for the application to be processed. I did and then was denied coverage by HealthNet. I have had insurance all of my life, never a day without and had prior to speaking, for months and months, with the sales rep. Now, thanks to HealthNet I have been told to go and apply back at my former insurance company! I was also issued a welcome pack, id and had paid the premiums through April. I have never heard of a company who proceeds so recklessly.

Healthnet call continuously. And wants to ask the same care questions. So far I have been pleasant but today I hung up on them. Tel days ago I made it clear that I did not want to be called once a week. Bbut no one listens. I guess I need to start recording and file a harrassement charge.
Even this message will not change things.

My Health Net monthly premium costs are reimbursed by my company. In order to receive this reimbursement they need a letter from Health Net with the following info: My name and id #, my wife’s name and id # , plan name, effective dates and monthly premium cost. Apparently no one at HN is able to transmit this info to my company. Have been trying to accomplish this simple task since Jan . It is now April and the term : Customer Service has become a cruel joke. Please give me an e-mail address so that I can send you a sample letter.
