Visiting the Hardee’s in Maynardville TN #1503742 and the employees can not see from the sunlight beaming through the windows – neither can the customers!! Please address this issue ASAP. They were rotating employees at the front counter just to get the line down. Come check it out yourself! It’s horrible!!! Also no hairnets- boys stringy hair flowing everywhere.

We went to Hardee’s store #1501140 Peoria 7, Peoria , Illinois on December 31st at 6:50pm. Well, there were no customers inside or through the drive up and the cashier was sitting down on her phone so, we placed our order ( I figured my order of Chicken stripes would take awhile) oh no! They came out pretty fast & I know why now, it looked like they had cooked it earlier & then barley returned it the fryer. They were so brown & over cooked & not hot! They were so disgusting. The bacon cheeseburger had so much lettuce on it & was not hot either. Needless to say, we won’t ever eat there again!

I used mobile app to order at the Bedford IN location. My card was charged. Upon arrival I was told that they no longer carry red burrito brand ( most of my order) and they were out of onion rings. They had one sandwich on the order. They were unable to refund my money. I called today and spoke with manager. Still unable to refund. Need to call corporate which isn’t open on weekends. Filed report online. It takes 3 business days for a reply. I’m deleting the app and will no longer patronize Hardees. Very poor customer service!

Just visited the Myrtle Beach location by a the family amusement park. Let’s just say, because they’re SEVERELY understaffed, they literally had 1 person working in the restaurant. I went inside to request news fries because they tasted very stale! Just so you know, I walked out WITH the stale fries because I felt bad for her! So let’s just say, either hire more people and increase wages, or shut down your doors! To have only 1 person doing 3 people’s jobs is DESPICABLE!

I visited your Sikeston Mo store. As a matter of fact I’m still in the parking lot. I ordered 2 orders of the your French toast sticks. The first order was so hard and greased soaked I took them back and they give new set of them and they were the same way I honestly think they were the same ones. My grand kids are are 2 and 1 and they couldn’t even eat them!!!

Hardee’s in Forsyth, GA needs an overhaul! Employees are rude, place is dirty, inside and out. This Hardee’s has got to be the worst Hardee’s in your chain! When a town only has a few restaurants I would think you would want to strive to be the best. Not these people here, they think they are doing customers a favor. They need to be reminded of where the paycheck comes from!! I will not go back, I will drive 20 miles away to the other Hardee’s that likes their customers!!

My hometown is Greenville N.C., The Home of the Founder Mr. Wilbur Hardee of Hardee’s. I have always been partial and loyal to Hardees. The burgers, fries, hot dogs with mustard, onions >AND CHILI, Delicious Chili! have always been great and still is but I was accused of hitting a pole in the parking lot of the Hardee’s in Franklin Virginia that I and my Fiance both know that I DID NOT HIT, and after talking with who she told me very Rudely, Hateful, Abruptly SHE WAS THE MANAGER. and acted very unprofessional, This type of attitude is not acceptable to me as a senior that I deserve more respect than to be addressed in this manner. I guess maybe I will still continue at loving and having hot dogs at Hardee’s but never again at Hardee’s in Franklin Va with a Management with this type of disposition and attitude.

I also live in Greenville NC, since 2016 and the Hardee’s here are ok, however I got high blood pressure and their food is so salty, if they would take some of the salt out of their food, it would be my favorite restaurant!! I loved their Mushroom and swiss Frisco sandwich, I believe that’s the name of it.

I stopped by Hardee’s in Perry Georgia today at 1:25p.m. I went thru the drive-thru. The girl informed me she was not taking anymore orders at this time. There were 3 vehicles in line waiting for their orders. Customer parking lot had 3 cars in it. Since when do you refuse to take orders during lunchtime. I could have even understood if they had been packed but they were not. Certainly no way to run a business and keep customers.

I live in Potosi Missouri. I am unable to drive so I have to rely on someone to take me wherever I need to go. Every time I go to this Hardee’s my order is always incorrect. No matter what it is chicken, beef & beverage. You call the store to complain they hang up on you and refuse to answer the phone when you call back.
They expected me to except a order they messed up and gave to another person inside there vehicle. Im sorry I have lupus and find that to be very unacceptable of a business to except that kinda of behavior with the world going thru the covid-19 virus!

I am sorry that your son was treated like this. I am a former employee of hardees from a different state and I was a shift lead. I was never properly trained. I have alot of years in the restaurant industry, but every restaurant is different and I was doing things I’ve never done before. I luckily could use my experience to fake it til I made it. I fear this is a company problem and should be addressed. Currently also with the national employee shortage you’d think they would take their time and make everyone feel welcome and train them properly so that they had workers and especially ones that really wanted to work. It’s sad that management that are allowed to be management anymore are not qualified and the people that are qualified are over looked because they don’t kiss enough a** or have the audacity to question their higher ups.

We tried to place an order and and we made a simple mistake We asked for cheese curds instead of curly fries and the lady that was taking your order told us to leave the drive-thru we thought she was joking so we proceeded our order and she threaten to call the cops on us and then they shut their lights off to make it look like they’re closed and they still haven’t turn the lights back on I know they’re standing in lobby and not taking anybody’s orders and it is only 530 and they talk a lot of crap but customers I would not recommend eating at the Hardees in Spencer Iowa.

My son was hired by Kim the manager at the Hardee’s in Vonore Tennessee who promised him 32 to 38 hours a week . He worked for a week then I think one day of the next week but they quit working him period. He had to work the whole line alone the second day of working there he told her that he never worked in a restaurant before she never trained him but then come the complaint he was too slow for them but when you don’t have any idea what you are supposed to be doing what do you expect but this is what makes me feel like they do people who are trying hard and showing up for work wrong when he went to get his first check they said he couldn’t get it until he brought his uniforms back so we went to get his uniforms brought them back and he said they didn’t say anything about getting fired or why they fired him. People who have learning problem get discriminated against that’s why they fired him he was slow trying to do his job but he didn’t have proper training and to put him on the line alone for the second day of him working my son was upset that he heard other employees talking about him and that he was not trained right he was treated like sh*t by hardee’s in vonore Tennessee and he is thinking about getting a lawyer if someone could contact us from hardee’s corporate office they have certain people who have favorability over other people that stand around talking about other employees to get that person fired also at that location.

I placed an order at the drive-thru at Hardee’s in Hannibal Mo. on 8/26/20 for two strawberry milkshakes and a small fry when I got to the drive-thru I paid for my order and the girl proceeded to hand me my drinks upon receiving the second drink the glass was slippery and sticky I handed it to my passenger and as he grabbed it or held on to it the lid popped off and strawberry milkshake went everywhere the girl apologized and said they were having problems with that lid and she would get something to help clean it up she handed us a few napkins and a brown paper bag to put our trash in she admitted that it was their fault and handed me a wet blue little towel to wipe everything down place all the trash into the bag including the strawberry cup and I handed it back through the food window to her it was everywhere in my purse on our phones she had no other solution to our problem than the small brown bag the few napkins and the wet cloth. My concern lies with the fact that we were not given adequate supplies to clean up the mess that was their fault we should not have handed trash back through a food window there was three employees I believe in the store and maybe one customer she handed me my fries and that was pretty much it I don’t feel like with the pandemic going on that everything was handled accordingly. I mean the young lady was very apologetic but only gave us a new drink because she admitted explicitly that it was their fault and no other recourse was given. I do feel at that point when she seen the mess that she should have had us pull to the side brought us some cleaning supplies and had us place our trash into a plastic bag outside of the building not at a drive-thru you don’t hand trash back through the drive-thru window where people receive their food I also believe that since it was strawberry milkshake and it was a large that we should have been given more than a couple Brown napkins and a brown bag and a little wet cloth I do not feel like any of this was handled properly I don’t know what the solution is to your problem and I say that it’s your problem because it’s probably going to happen again because there was no management to take over the situation but never ever should trash go back through a window where food is being handed especially in a brown bag and she took it from us and if she was going to handle it that way she should at least held out a plastic bag to put our trash in and set it outside her window whatever but now the truck smells like sour milk you can’t get it out I’m going to try today again my purse my phone everything smell like sour milk I’m usually eating out a complainer I never complain I understand I work in customer service but at this point I think I’m just pissed off about it.

The Hardees on Village Road in Leland NC (#1503536) cannot seem to keep their ladies room toilet fixed so the ladies can flush it. I have written Hardees Headquarters several times to no avail. All you need to do is purchase some new guts for the toilet tank. Cheap small chain will not stay attached. The employees are running in there and trying to attach the chain all the time, but never get it fixed correctly so it will stay attached. Beside they do not get paid a plumbers salary to fix the toilet and need to stop in between customers to go fix it the best they can in a hurry. They say they have told Regional Managers but they won’t get anything done. Surely Hardees has enough money to buy the guts to the toilet and hire a plumber to come fix it correctly. I have even taken the back off the toilet tank to flush with my hand. Should not have to do this all the time or at all for that matter as I am a customer. We go there at least 3 times a week, so do a lot of other regulars. We are tired of the broken toilet tank and also very tired of the (ONE Stall) Ladies Room. No privacy. Please do something about it NOW. Been going on for months with the toilet issue.

I was recently terminated from hardee’s in liberty,ky. Ive been a crew member there for every since thay have opened the doors(2yrs). I feel like i was done unfairly, and unjustly, and they was definitly favoritism going on.. just bc everytime something was said to this certain crew member about her job, she would go whinning to the GM and i would get dragged i to the office everytime.. well this incident happened 11-21-19 that i said something to her about leaving her post without saying anyting to anybody and that if she needed to leave her post again to notify someone so we could cover her position. She went and whinned to the GM saying i threatened her(which was a lie). Sso whhheeeen i was terminated and was going to hrab my things and clock out that certain crew member looked at me and laughed. Like she k ew she got her way.. WRONG!, i think its pathetic and something needs to be done about this cause its happened several times i just got terminated this time. I was done unfairly, unjustly, and they was definitely favoritism going on..The hardee’s in liberty,ky is becoming a joke and going down hill fast and they just dont realize its the GM bringing it down, losing crew and money… i just want something done and it to be investigated cause this is so wrong and im not the only one that got something said them over this crew member.. its wrong !!

Im writing because I think someone needs to know about the Moline, Il location on 16th Street. I came to this location around 9 pm last night (10-16-19). I ordered 2 sandwhiches both with no cheese (we are lactose intolerant). I waited for 10 minutes, then I was pulled for another 10 minutes after the shift leader took my money. I got home with my food I opened up the box and one of my sandwhiches had cheese on it. By the time I got back up to the store it was 940 pm. All the lights were shut off. The lobby door was locked. I had to honk and scream through the window to get help. Even though the manager clearly seen me and heard the honking from 3 feet away as she put away all of her cookies away that didnt sell. By the time I left Hardees it was 10pm (the original closing time) and my sandwhich was made wrong, AGAIN(a cook should know bacon comes on a monster burger, not just 2 patties. I am unhappy with the service from this location. I should not have had to make 2 stops there and still not be able to eat. By then I had lost all appetite. Corporate office should really get a handle on this store. Everytime we are here there is some sort of mix up. This Hardees is going down hill fast.
Breakfast is tore down by 930 every morning. Food is always cold. I think from now on I’ll eat somewhere else which is disappointing.

Went to the following Hardee’s today for lunch: 1729 1st Ave SE, Moultrie, GA 31768.
Worst choice I made. I paid $28.00 for 3 meals. One of them was the $5.00 All-star meals, the other was a #3 & the last was the Garlic burger and added $1.00 for the cheesy garlic fries. Here’s the problem! I paid $30.00 for 3 small sodas and a greasy garlic bread, upgraded fried with very little graded cheese (VERY LITTLE, MAYBE 4 TO 5 PIECES) & a ton of garlic sauce (Awful)!. I have pictures, but I can’t add to this. Which I feel is a must see.
Hardees is the king of breakfast. But sick at lunch & dinner.

I paid with a 20.00 and she gave me change for a 10.00, when I said something the manager came and said that he counted the til and that I have them a 10.00. I worked for almost 3 years at the Merrill, Wisconsin Hardee’s. I lived my job and the customers and remain friends with many of them to this day. However I was wrongly terminated by Carrie, the General Manager for posting pictures in a group chat that she herself had created and calling the night shift out in net doing their job. I had 70+ pics the day B4 that I sent directly to Carrie but she said and did nothing about it. So the 2nd day I took it on myself, as a Shift Lead to tell nights that leaving food in the Prince Castle overnight, floors unswept and not mopped, trash still in the receptacles, amoung so much more, was now unacceptable. To which Carrie replied that I was being petty. Out of 96 pictures she saw one with 1 piece of paper on the floor and that’s when she said it was just pettiness on the day shifts part. Well my front liner got so angry she took her headset off, and walked out leaving only myself and the cook there to run the store even though I was making biscuits, I we!t and put on a headset and kept things running until Carrie arrived. I thought she would be glad to see we did what was needed to be done to keep store operations moving forward but instead, I got her screaming at the top of her lungs at me so close to my face she was spitting on my glasses and face. She literally lunged at me with her fists clenched as if she were going to hit me screaming “if you don’t like how I run ‘my store ‘ you can get the f–k out too!” All of which was happing on front line in front of the registers and cameras! I literally got out of the store of fear of bodily harm, immediately called Nate the district manager and left a message saying I did not quit but left because I was threatening by Carrie and I was fearful she was going to hurt me physically. Nate never responded to my messages, Carrie blocked me after I asked for HR’s number. A bonus check that was there in my name just disappeared and I never have gotten it even though 6 employees there knew they saw it there! It is now April 6th, and I still have not received my W-2 so I can do my taxes where most of the other employees there have filed and recieved their taxes back already. I have tried calling the store ad left messages for Carrie, I won’t call her personally since I still fear her, but I even have sent Nate 3-4 messages about the W-2’s with no response. And I live directly across the street from them so if Carrie sent it to an old address I do believe she did it intentionally just to mess with me more. And eve if that’s the case she and Nate are fully aware I have not received them so why are they not doing anything about it? I want my check that disappeared and I want my w-2s and that’s it…she told them I quit it “abandoned my job” when I ran out of fear that fa from her. She knows that’s a lie, but the real kicker to this is that the employee who actually did walk out that day, well she was back at work 2 days later without any sort of write up or warning! And I know that for a fact since that employee is my daughter whom Carrie then targeted after she no longer had me, and after my daughter she ran my 16 yr old grand daughter out of there by her constant belittling and her constant picking on her and letting other employees stand around in their phones but ride her butt if she stood around not doing something for too long.
Carrie is going to cause a law suit eventually, or going to hurt some one with the temper she has. Ive witnessed her yelling at customers, slamming drive thru windows in customer faces, I witnessed her throwing fry baskets at employees!!! But Nate would rather protect that behavior than actually investigate as I begged him to when I left that day out of fear of Carrie! I literally begged him to look at the cameras where everything I told him could have been proven but he did nothing . I don’t know if I’m even in the correct spot to be reaching out for help right now! I have sent messages all over and never get any responses and Carrie and Nate won’t help me at all but those are the only contacts I have access to and I don’t know how to contact whoever I need to in order to get answers to receiving the W-2’s and my paycheck that has been MIA now for months.

Most horrible food ever. The general manager (Danielle)was rude as heck. Store manager (Misty) was really nice as well as the young cashier. I think her name was Gracee.. The store was out of a lot of things be cause of their truck not arriving on time .. the drive thru cashier (who had hickies all over her neck ) was cussing customers. There was a young rude dude in there that insulted us.. by saying we were drug users ..and was running his mouth. I thought he was a employee but he wasn’t.. we were informed he just hung out there to use the Wi-Fi. The hickie neck cashier thought what the rude dude was saying was funny.. he was not asked to leave by the manager. But the young cashier told him he needed to hush and leave . Never In my life have I been in a situation like that. I will not ever eat there again. Oh and by the way my friend and I both got sick as dogs after we ate. SO HARDEE’S FANS BEWARE..

I find it incredibly frustrating that at 11:04 on a Sunday morning I’m refused a breakfast order. Frankly it’s the only thing y’all get right. If you have any prayer for staying in business you might want to rethink your model of ending your best seller so early. I went across the street and got Bojangles, I could have gotten McDonald’s, Subway or several other choices. Most companies realize the people don’t want to hamburger at 10:30 in the morning. They didn’t want to hamburger at 10:30 in the morning when I worked for you 35 years ago and guess what they still don’t.

On December 23rd between 7-8am Tazewell TN 37879 Location..I just got finished taking an order on front line and I went to check my hourly schedule and notice my hours had been cut down to just 2 days which was odd because I usually work 4-5 days. I asked my manager why. She proceeded to berate me in front of other employee’s and customers in the store about how I was caught on camera pouring soda on her car and if it happens again I was going to lose my job permanently. After I denied doing it several time she then threatened to fire me again. She had me so upset that I was in tears and went to my mother who was also employed there to console me on what to do about the situation. I was so shaken that I could not work and just wanted to go home for the day which also made my mother upset. I was so shaken and upset my boyfriend who also works there put his arms around me to try and console me and was also threatened that he would lose his job also if he hugged me in front of the cameras again. My Manager said “If your going to act like that you need to go home” I told her ok, I am going to go home. I will not be accused of vandalizing your car when I never did anything like that. She then asked me if I wanted her to get the main boss in to pull up the video of me vandalizing her car. I told her to do it because I knew she had no video of me doing something I knew I did not do. After that my mother was shaking and so upset she could not take anymore and told My manager she could not work anymore that day because she had to be with me so we could both calm down and my mother also clocked out. My manager then asked my mother if she was quitting, my mother told her “No” .. That she needed some time to calm down and console her daughter who was also in hysterics about being accused of a crime she did not commit. I do hope someone from upper management see’s this and an investigation is done. I am and will never be accused of being a criminal or doing criminal acts by someone that has it out for me or just needed someone to pick on that day. Now myself and my mother are out of a job and no one is willing to listen or help us. I have at least 6-7 other employee’s that witnessed this happen on that day and I am getting a petition for them to sign and send to corporate. This was all uncalled for and now I don’t know who to turn to or what to do. Please someone investigate this and make things right. I worked my way up from cashier to shift leader in 6 months and I really enjoyed working there as well as working side by side with my mother.

so I worked at hardees in potosi mo and they are hateful some of the managers n staff they use them headsets too talk about other staff and pick on them I don’t think that is right they call you the trah boy or girl laugh n tell u to take out the trash as they are calling you the trash boy n laugh about it n then talk about you too other people on them head sets and also I was suppose too get paid Tuesday nov.6th.2018 and its nov.8.2018 and still have not got paid I have 4 children I have too take care of one is still in diapers n I cant even get things they need cause these ppl haven’t paid me don’t get me wrong my kids have what they need but still that isn’t the point. and also they have this thinh were u get 50% discount n ur family get 20% discount well they fussed cause I gave my husband n kids the 20% discount but they go around and give ppl they aren’t even kin too the 50% discount so tell me how that’s right and I’m wrong this hardee’s needs better management and better staff because they suck they are rude too there costumer’s and too the new hire’s someone need’s too do something about this and they also don’t use gloves ever nor do any of them wash there hands after they have touched trash and stuff like that that causes contamination and can make people very ill sick so please someone that is high up over this hardee’s please do something about this its all wrong??????!!!!!!!!!!!

The manager at Hardee’s in Cuba MO named Natalie was very rude and inappropriate to the new employee. The employee was trying to put our order in on her first day and the manager didn’t want to help her so the girl had to figure it out herself. The new employee was nice but the manager was rude to us too and slammed the cup down on the counter . We will not be back there .

I used to like going to Hardee’s but the last two times I’ve been there service was not good. I go to Hardee’s in Waynesburg, PA. I was there a couple of weeks ago and it was not busy but service was so slow and then the food was not very warm. I was given a receipt that said I could get a free order of fries or hashrounds with my next order but the clerk said the receipt was hard to read and threw it away. I left and then I went back today because I wanted onion rings and a sandwich. I went through the drive-thru. There was one vehicle in front of me and you could hear the driver repeating his order over and over and if I had been him I would have left because the clerk was giving him problems. I was getting tired of waiting and almost drove off but I ordered onion rings and a sandwich and the clerk said to drive to the window and she would tell me what I owed. She told me a price then changed it to another amount so I paid her and someone came to the window and told me to drive forward while they prepared my food and someone would bring my food out. I was not given a receipt and when I did get my order I left because I needed to get home and when I got home I got the onion rings and there were only four onion rings in the paper carton and I hardly call that an order of onion rings. When I bit into my sandwich there was so much mayonnaise on it it squirted onto my blouse., too much mayonnaise on it. I wasn’t happy with the service and I don’t know if I will go back or not.

I ordered 2 of them had to drop one off at the hospital to my daughter and now she is stuck with a nasty Dr peper and they missed my hash browns !!!! My husband and I are ritual Hardees breakfast eeaters from the day we met ☺ I love how miss Sarah makes the biscuits at biltmore Hardees. But there’s a manager out there who is so rude she talked about my two year old baby girl making a mess she slung a chair over a older lady eating in a certain area of the dinning room cuz I reckon it had just been cleaned but there was NO Closed sign any where! A friend of ours lost their cell phone there she called the restaurant and it was there. While it was there though her sister called the restaurant and “big daddy” answered someone else happened to call my friends phone while it was at biltmore Hardees an a girl answers we stopped the next morning and no one can find the cell phone! The general manager said he would revue the cameras but never did anything! Come to find out 3days later a girl on 2nd shift put it in her pocket took it home, when my friend finally got her phone back everything had been erased off it and the settings changed ? the employees are rude as heck but there are some good ones if biltmore Hardee don’t get them some customer friendly employees they want have any business! Oh and get this when I asked for corporate number no one would give it to me nor would they tell me their name when I asked ?

Went to Hardee’s in Metropolis, IL this morning and got the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich with ham. Bread was not toasted, egg was so old is was literally dark yellow and hard. Just like rubber. The amount of ham that was on the sandwich was probably equal to what would be on a slider if that. To top it all of it was also cold. What i received this morning was not a almost $5 sandwich!! I went through the drive thru on my way to work and did not have time to go back.

I went to Hardees in Perryville, MO yesterday. I was late returning to work because the order for the car in front of me was wrong and the lady in the car was clearly upset. Then when I arrived, my sweet tea was hot and not sweet. When I asked about the hot tea, they cashier was shocked I didn’t want it that way. I gave the same Hardees another chance today. I was in line for 22 min. When I arrived at the window, they handed me half of my order. I asked where the sweet tea was, and the cashier asked me if I ordered the tea. Then I had to ask for my spicy chicken sandwich, which again I was asked if that’s what I ordered. Seriously, it was on the receipt just handed to me. As I left the drive through, my tea was cold but not sweet. I am done with this Hardees. The good employees should be paid better and the bad employees need training or a new job.

I have been on Dialysis for 25 years, I go to Hardees every Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning to purchase my breakfast for the last 10 years! I was treated so bad on yesterday 12/18/17! The staff was so rude! I called from my last visit & let them know they did not give me what I paid for & my biscuit was burnt as well as the sausage, grits had lumps for days! They were so nasty cause they messed my food up! Told me the manager was out, had to go out of town! Well the staff members on hand should have been more professional you would think, but hung the phone up in my face! I’m done-that was my last visit!!!!!! Ten years, NO more of my money & I will let others know how I was treated so rudely; this is bad business for Hardees!!!!!

Went to our neighborhood Hardee’s for the last time yesterday evening. Purchased the 2/3 lbs Monster Burger only to discover that it’s a pressed-and-formed burger, not even freshly made. Paid over $7 for that burger and it was a total waste of money. Never again.

Which she attempted to charge me $0.60 Cents per slice of bread for a non-premium bun, I told her that’s incorrect. A friend and I went to Hardees in Sanford N.C. At Southside Plaza #1636 on 10/28/2017 placed our order at 3:39 We order the $5.00 special # 4 after waiting 30 minutes I had noticed that 3-4 customers came in and order their food and left. Then I needed to get a refill on my sweet tea and two other customers came in and placed their order and went and sat down. The restaurant was not busy at all and I looked at my clock to see the time 30 minutes had past so I went up to the cashier and had asked if our food was ready. I was asked by one of the cashiers behind the counter where was our food she asked me what we had order and I told her and she asked to see my receipt so I showed it to her and about 5 minutes later we received it. It was cold the whole 2 meals I had asked her if we could get our meal on the house after all this and she went and asked the manager and the cashier was told no so the cashier told me the manager said no! I told the cashier who was constantly apologizing to me I let her know that it was not her fault that I would just get ahold of the Corporate Office when i got home. By this time the other 2-3 customers that came in there to eat after we got our food also realized they had been waiting for their food and they also complained to the cashier and she once again was apologizing to them she finally brought their food out and it was cold chicken and mash potatoes so returned their meals and the cashier brought them out hot fresh food once again apologizing to them and like I did let her know it was not her fault The manager and a male order cashier person where being busy in the bathroom together when they came out they both where bouncing off the walls as if they snorted some drugs!! The managers ride came she gave him a free drink and they left.. We basically through all our food into the trash cause it was cold including the fries the chicken and the double cheeseburgers we did eat our cookies and drank our drinks cleaned up our table and left.. Now I am soon to be 61 years of age and back in my twenties I tried drugs but they were not for me so I stopped! I am not a stupid woman I did not just fall off a turnip truck and I can bet my life that her and this other male employee were doing drugs in the bathroom!! When she left the girl that kept apologizing about what had taken place had informed me that the manager and this other employee were in the bathroom she said she didn’t know what they were doing in there and I told her the same thing I told you above. My friend and I will never go back to Hardees as long as this manager is working there! which is a shame concertering Myself have been eating at this Hardees for over 17 plus years! I thought that the corporiate Office needed to know this is going on in this Hardees!! P.S. The place was flithy with trash and food on tables and floors. My wife and I ate at the Hardee’s #1506222 the evening of 10/18/17.The first couple of weeks after they first opened the new restaurant it was fine. But since then it’s gone downhill. I was trying to order a big bag meal with double cheeseburger and hotdog and told the girl no onions on hotdog. And want to substitute fries and get onion rings. I was told I couldn’t get onion rings in the place of fries. So when I get my meal I ate the double cheeseburger and opened the hotdog and there was nothing but the dog and a bun. Took it back to the counter and spoke to the manager and she says she’ll put mustard on it at no charge but the chili was .50¢ extra. I worked at Hardee’s 40 years ago when you actually cooked the burgers on a charcoal grill. 200 burgers at one time on the grill was normal. That restaurant new how to treat customers. The ones nowdays don’t. They can’t even get you order right. They want to sell you what you don’t want. What happened to the customer is always right? Need to get people to work in your restaurants that actually want to work. And fix your meals to satisfy the customer. Or you’ll drive yourself right out of business!

I have worked for your company for a little over a year now and have recently been promoted to crew leader. That alone should give you the confidence that I work hard and do my job well. I work in the kitchen and my hair is in a hair net all day so the color is barely noticeable to anyone. I have a Hugh complaint about the store and higher up management, not the general manager, but Beasia ?? And Jack Swecker…they had one of the most dedicated male general managers you could ever want working for them, and treated him luke a work horse…he had worked everyday since December 8th except Christmas day, with an hour off here and there…went on at 4 a.m. and sometimes didn’t get home until after 8 or 9 at nite to turn around and get up at 3 to be to work at 4 in the a.m…he had no help and half the time employees wouldn’t show up for work and he would go back in if he did get a few hrs off…Basis hired priscilla as help in management and when the existing manager met her, she made it very clear she wasn’t going to open or close…which left him no relief for some much needed rest…he asked that she be put in another store because she was reaking havoc on his store and a couple days later app. June 16th, Beason and hack came in and told he he could handle the store it was too much for him…now this man has work for 6 months with Christmas day off only and he can’t handle the store…REALLY..when he was hired he was promised a new store on clements ferry rd. In mt. Pleasant sc and they gave it to someone else, which is a breach of contract…I really think he was treated unfairly at this store which JACK had and was a total diasterm when he took it over…Bobby Medlin if you read this I hope you do something about the way your best manager was treated…so unfair…this man is the most hard working,dedicated,trusted manager you will ever have had….I hope he gets all due to him for all he gave to your store on ashley river road, charleston sc. .I will never eat at Hardee again…

I work or I did work at Hardee’s in Leesville Louisiana on Entrance Road and before they did fire me I was threatened buy one of my managers because for the simple fact that I was not doing what she wanted me to do and apparently I had an attitude so she was going to pull my drawer and I had an hour left and I asked her I said how come your pulling my drawer this early she lied to me and said that labor was high and I told her that was a good excuse and she told me the real reason why I’m sending you home and I finish her sentence I said what because of my attitude she was like yes it’s like okay so I went to go finish packing the order so customers didn’t have to wait any longer and then she comes over there and snatch the bag out of my hand and tries to get the headset and I told her I said please don’t snatch nothing out of my hand and she told me the manager on duty said I will snatch whatever I want so I went shaking and my heart racing I went to the register to clock out hoping that she doesn’t jump on me and she was right behind me while I was trying to clock out and she said if she wasn’t on the clock she would punch the f*** out of me and she repeatedly kept on making comments about she don’t need this job as bad as other people here I’ll tell you like this I went to my manager my manager in charge of that Hardees as soon as I got off the clock and I told her what happened clears day everything every word she said to me and you know what my manager my boss told me she said that she was going to talk to everybody else and get their statements and so on so forth so I said okay which I had nothing to worry about I knew what happened I know I was threatened and lied to and abuse so I wake up the next morning to make sure that I was safe to come to work and my boss ignored me so I texted her again and I said I know you see my messages please let me know if I’m okay to go to work so she text me and told me that I no longer have my job and that I’m a good person but they have to let me go I’m confused on when does the person that was being threatened and had their lives at harm because of Hardees management how come I lost my job? Went to the Hardee’s store #1501258 in Wausau, WI. Went thru the drive thru placed our order,arrived home to find that my loaded hash round bowl was not even close to what it was supposed be. We called the store to let them know and the manager said “well, we don’t know how to make those” after a few more words the manager said I have to go and hung up on me.
I then went into the store and the manager again told us that they don’t know how to make them and there is new staff in the back. (Shouldn’t they have been trained on the menu?) We then asked her to refund the hashround bowl and she said she doesn’t know how to do that. (Again you are a manager running a store and you don’t know how to do your job?) she then went back to the kitchen and yelled at the staff to make another one and we could hear them telling her that they don’t know how to make it. (We could have told them we’ve been getting it for a long time.)
The manager then told us that we would have to come back at noon. This was at 10:15! The order number is 382963.
This Hardee’s has always been one of my favorites, the staff has always been friendly and kind. Not sure where this group came from.

I live in Hollins, Va. I wasn’t going to say anything but after thinking about it, I need to inform somebody of the horrible treatment I received at the Hollins Hardee’s. I used the drive thru to order. The signs in the menu board were fallen or missing. It was hard to read them. When I went to order my drink I could not read the sign. I wanted the lemonade…I couldn’t read that it was strawberry. The clerk fussed with me about it but we finally got it. When I pulled up the two black women were making a joke about me and my stupidity cause I couldn’t order right. It was about 1 pm. I felt humiliated because they were on the other side of the building behind the service counter. It was loud enough everyone could hear. I drove away in tears. I will never go to that Hardee’s again.

My family loves hardees breakfast and it has become a regular tradition that once a week normally on Saturday we will have hardees breakfast. Every single time we have gone the workers have been unnecessarily rude and snappy we normally just brush it off because we know how much it sucks working in fast food. But this morning I can not believe these workers are allowed to treat their customers this way and still have a job. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker at 10:58 and tried to order breakfast and yes I realize that breakfast stops at 11 so I was partially expecting to be told that breakfast was over but for the cashier to yell at me through the speaker and say ” MA’AM BREAKFAST IS OVER! IT IS 10:58 BREAKFAST IS OVER!!” At that moment I had to drive away without responding to the truly disrespectful and hateful way this woman spoke to me. There is no reason to treat a customer this way. And I will be letting everyone I know know how much Hardee’s “values” the hard earned money their customers hand them. Thank you for curing the little bit I tolerated this restaurant for my family. And since the advertised time is 11 but it truly is a few minutes before or whenever drive thru cashier feels she is Iredell of it I will let your other customers know as well.

What the heck is going on with Hardee’s 38 minutes in the drive thru. I waited this time to make sure it wasn’t me being impatient. Cars behind me customers yelling and some driving off. I notice an employee using her hands (no gloves) moving fries around on a tray. I’ve been a long time Hardee’s customer since the 70’s. It has never ever been this terrible. You are losing customers. I also heard two men coming from the inside complaining about the slow service inside. I taught customer service for 19 years I’m for hire. Please get Hardee’s back to what it use to be. I went to the hardees yesturday on the Boulevard in Colonial Heights VA and when i got home i bite into the burger and it was so hard and old i almost hurt my tooth. I literally spit it out. Then i drove there to tell the staff and they didnt care! No apology, nothing. They were the rudest place i have ever been to. They replaced the food but the guy seemed like he was acting weird like they messed with my food so i didnt eat it. What a waste of money. This place needs to be shut down. I will NEVER go to this place again!

I work at the Hardees in conway, ar and I mainly work dinner and late night shift. I come into an uncleaned working environment from Morning and midshift. When I started working here I never had this problem until a few months ago and it has progressively gotten worse. Stop in our local Hardees in Carthage Tennessee last night and received the worst ever. The Lady at the drive thru was rude and the one who was supposed to be the manager was worse. They even told me if I did not like it I could leave. Then when I said I wanted to talk to the managers the one lady said she was the manager and if I did not leave she was going to call the cops.
I loved this Hardees up to this point and have never had a problem with them. I don’t know if they just didn’t want to do there job or what. But if they keep talking to people like that People will stop eating there again.

Stopped in at our local town Hardee’s in Lincoln Illinois, Last night 12/27/2017, at approximately 5:30 pm. The lady at the drive thru kept calling my fiance, hunny, sweetheart, at least 10 times, I explained to her that this was affending me, to please stop. She came back with her manager, and she also started, saying hunny, sweet heart to my fiance also. I mentioned I would call corporate, managment said replied, I dont care, go ahead. Never been treated so bad by a person in authority. Up until now , I loved going to Hardee’s, now I feel like I can not return there. No respect for their customers or consideration, just lost a good customer.

I got a $20 bill from the ATM and went straight to Hardees. Got change for $10. Told them I gave them $20. Refused to give me change. Called the local district manager Brandon McCann. Promised a $20 Hardees gift card. Nothing. Called. Promised again. Nothing. Six weeks and NOTHING. Called corporate. Very disappointed in the Indianapolis ownership of this franchise. Visited hardees in taylors sc today n got 2 big chicken sandwiches at the drive thru, waited approx 25mins to get food, gave them my debit, he said it didnt go thru, so gave card back to me, i told him to try again cause i know money is there! He would not n demanded cash, i gave him cash, while waitng on food, i checked my bank acct, n seen n showed him n manager where it did go thru, manager was ruled n did not give me my money back, i will not ever eat there again, that is called robbery!!! I don’t really have a complaint I just want to know why you discontinued your Pretzel Breakfast Sandwich. That was one of the best sandwiches you ever had. I went to my local Hardee’s this morning and when I ordered it they told me that it had been discontinued as of yesterday which was 8/23/16. I, along with countless other women, find your commercials depicting women in provocative clothing and poses quite offensive. I don’t know any woman who dresses or poses like that while eating a burger. I know sex sells and that Hardee’s is probably desperate to boost their sales since they lag behind most fast food restaurants – but really!!!! Is your marketing department not professional and talented enough to come up with any better marketing strategy?

Your manager Debbie and one of your cooks named Taylor at the Hardee’s in redbank Lexington SC were making sexual comments and jokes and made a penis out of the bread batter and Debbie was acting like she was sucking it it was very disgusting and made.me feel offended and made me never want to eat there again

I want to tell who ever is in charge of Hardee`s commercials that as a woman and a Mother as well as a Grandmother I find your use of women offensive I will not ever take my family to Hardees ever because of them , I find them distasteful and nasty , so need I ask who you are reaching with them , no I think not , my grands ask me why are those ladies eating on a car and what are they wearing ?
