Halo Top Creamery, founded originally as Eden Creamery, makes all-natural, low-calorie and dairy free ice creams. The sweet taste is still preserved, only Stevia is used, rather than traditional sugar. The company also uses erythritol, which is another all-natural sweetener found in fruits like pears and grapes.
The company markets their products as containing far less natural sugars, making it lower in calories and higher in protein. Products are marketed around the US, Australia, and Singapore. In July of 2017, Halo Top became the best selling brand of ice cream in the US, surpassing all time favorites Ben & Jerry’s and even Haagen-Daz.
Halo Top Creamery is listed as #5 on the 2017 Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in America. In 2016, the company had annual revenue of $49.1 million and a three year growth rate of 20,944%. The company took the #1 spot on the Inc. list of Top Food and Beverage Companies, the #2 spot on the list of Top Los Angeles Companies, and the #4 position on the Inc. list of Top California Companies.

Are all Halo Top Mango Sherbert containers gone in the world?
Has the company thrown away the best flavor without realizing it’s potential?
Trader Joes has come out with their own brand to compete with yours and guess what? IT’S AVAILABLE AT ALL THEIR STORES.
Halo, your reputation is slipping.

I go through about a pint a day of Halo Top and/or several boxes of Enlightened ice cream bars a week.
Recently, to my dismay, I found six pints of Halo Top Cookies & Cream had only about a vein of chocolate ranging in size of 1.5″- 2.0″ in length running through it. Not my idea of Cookies & Cream…not by a long shot. Even when your C&C is at it’s best it doesn’t come close to that of Enlightened’s C&C bars which really give you “cookies” to experience.
To be fair, Enlightened’s Vanilla pints do not come close to the far superior Halo Top
Vanilla Bean experience.
My second gripe is not being sucessfull in reaching customer service (i.e. Ryan) by phone. My calls have neither been answered nor returned. You make a first class product…you should provide first class customer service.
I’m anxious to hear and/or see how you respond to my plaints.

Archie,
You are correct, no Ryan and lately I noticed poor quality control on certain products. Shady filling procedure meaning less ice cream in the container. This might be an oversight in a few containers but multiply that by millions of containers and Justin and Doug are saving and making money at the same time. Flavours have changed as well.
The deep delicious flavours are not as present as they once were. When a vendor won’t take the time to address my concern, the next step is to speak to the store where purchased, and if that means calling headquarters and trying to reach a VP of sales or the products buyers I know how to do that as I was in retail for over 50 years. A very simple task. Then there are the health concerns and perhaps samples should be pulled from the shelves to test consistency. This normally makes the local news or ends up on the Howard Stern Show as fodder.
Don’t worry Archie, we’ll find out who Ryan is one way or the other.

I wonder if Ryan is real. He never answered or returned my phone call either. I purchased 4 Halo Top Red Velvet pints. Two pints were great the third did not have any of the chocolate bits in it. Fourth pint only had three chocolate bits on the top with none in the rest of the pint. It seems like Halo Top really doesn’t care what their customers has to say. So the only thing I can do is stop being a customer.
