No issues with his supervisors on the record after excelling in all of his certifications and any tasks assigned to him. He was let go after a work related injury as he did the job of 4 people in an unsafe environment. Desert cities region safety lead nick violated hipaa law on record called the hospital asking if Gerardo seym was under the influence with no proof. Mr Gerardo Seym is a military veteran with all above and beyond record on him since he has been working at 16 years old. Records on mr Michael tallion and Gregorio diaz as his supervisors seem backwards to the positivity of a workplace.
My name is Christopher johnson.my complaint is about a supervisor in the valley Neabraska office.Is what the problem is me and another employ where sent out to a job in Kearny NE.The job was done on thersday befor memorial week end so that thersday around 10AM on way back they had a emergency come up putting 10inch caseing in 400 feet in iowa.So that was fine we would not be back tell friday night late I was heading out Saterday morrning.But when i ask to run home get change of close and get a freind to take my truck in and get tiers put on that i had set up for thersday night after work.Becouse now plans had changed that was fine I just had to get some clean close for two more dsys.Becouse thersday we would be at the shop working not out of town i could have done what was my plane so it changed i dint mind going.Justin the supervisor told me that i should have had close for a week well he dint have us scheduled to go any where but said i new about this new thang that came up i had no idea about it are i would have made different plans.So he argued about me taking a hour of 30min of it was my lunch time to go get new close and make arangments for some one to take my truck in so i could leave sat we would not be back tell late friday.Any way he said i should have none that we where going to other job now he said at first it was a emergency how would I no are him no.Than he told me to take the rest of the week off i had only been there 3 weeks went to get my check he than kept pulling my check back like he was playing with me i finally grabed it and than he said it wasent going to work out and fired me for what.if it was a emergency like he said how was i to no this.So I should have been allowed to go get close.Are he new about it and dint tell me witch was rong on his part.They can’t seem to be able to get are keep help and i thank I no the reason now.There is another supervisor there Brad talk to him first ask him he was the one who told me we be back thersday and no other job was booked
