I agree. The service is horrible. Waiting over 30 days. DHL tracking is a joke. The tracking does not work. Hire reliable people.
I had the worst experience with Glasses use they promise glasses in ten days. 4 weeks later the glasses are finished and haven’t even arrived at the shipping to be sent to me. they have given the run around. This was suppose to be simple but was an absolute pain in the a**. Don’t ever use them THEY ARE THE WORST!. There customer service is pretty much non existent. With virtual assistants in other countries. Asking for a supervisor is point less!
