The founders had culinary experience and knowledge of ethnic pancake recipes, which they combined to make a unique and original menu featuring Swedish Pancakes, Sourdough Flap Jacks, Apple Pancake, Dutch Baby, and French Crepes, among others.

Due to the coronavirus crisis of 2020, many gym owners are building gyms outdoors so users feel safer.
