Sorry to learn of too many dissatisfied customers! I’m a happy one!.
In 1995 I bought a model ET 7810, 3 ATM in San Antonio Texas. It has an Indian-type design around the main body. After all these years the inner workings are finally gone, and I’d want to replace it, BUT want to retain the same “Indian” design.
I called a Fossil service number , and was told that the inner workings might be too old to replace.
Is there any way for me to be able to still have the “Indian” design and replace the inner mechanics?, etc.
    Please advise,
    Thank you

On Dec 13, 2017 I purchase online Fossil watch 2 Rose Gold Gen Smart watch it arrived on Dec 15, and it’s was the wrong watch that I order I was out of town when I got in on Monday Dec 18, 2017 I call Customer service to let them , that they sent the wrong one. The lady on the phone told me to call UPS, and for them to come it up at my house.. and once that was done the process will keep moving and that I should be will receivinh my watch on December 21st 17, oh I forgot to mention I also paid $11.00 for UPS to Come
Pick up the wrong order that your company sent .Well guess what!! December 21 came , and my package is not here!!! Just to find out that my order was never processed..your “awesome” customer service rep, never order my watched to be sent to me and to have it here by December 21st. I paid the $11.00 to get this process started with UPS. we’ll that didn’t Happen.. onto the next “awesome” customer service rep..I called on the 21st the gentlemen said if its not there by the end of the day wait until December 22.. well guess what!! 22nd is here and STILL NO WATCH!! I spoke to a lady that evening she was actually very helpful and understood MY FEELINGS!! She told me that I shall be receiving my watch on December 27th, she transferred me to a supervisor but nobody ever answered!! So that didn’t happen , so at this point I’m HIGLY upset .. waiting for almost two weeks for this watch!! Well it only gets better .. somebody actually called me to tell me they longer have the watch in stock!!! HELLO TO MY KNOWLEDGE ITS BEEN SENT OUT SINCE THE 18th!! So I been lied to through this whole process!! If they didn’t have it in stock all the customer service rep had to say was we longer have it in stock would you like a refund … not like to me and say I will have this December 21st to find out it was never ordered and to find out your out of stock!! Awesome customer service!! Then to have your rep to tell me I can go pick it up at a store that is 50 miles away from me hahaha!!! I spoke to a supervisor today finally!! And let’s see if I receive my watch in 6 days!! Because I’ will make sure I receive this watch and make sure your customer service is horrific!!!

I bought a rose gold Cecile Malfunction watch January 7, 2015 and the finish is starting to turn. I do not wear this watch hardly at all despite the price I paid for it. I’m extremely disappointed considering I have another rose gold, Fossil watch I paid considerably less for that’s completely fine. I took it to a Fossil retailer and they told me it’d cost $40 to send it off to be refinished. I refused the service considering I’ve already paid $220 for the watch already. In my opinion, the watch should not be turning. Please help!

Being a long time Fossil fan I am somewhat dismayed at the lack of retail Fossil stores in the Austin, TX market. When we first moved here five years ago from Houston, I shopped at the Fossil store in the Domain Shopping Center and never left without at least one or two watches. It gave me the opportunity to see all the new watches and and styles coming out. Now that the Domain store is closed I am limited to the outlet store in Round Rock or the local Macy and Dillards stores. The problem with the outlet is the inventory is of the older styles with little or none of the current models. The selections at the authorized dealer locations is just as bad. I don’t know if they don’t keep up with your latest product or your local rep is not introducing it. If I want to see new products I have to travel to San Antonio to one of your two stores there. My question is since Austin is surely one of the fastest growing cities in the US, how can Fossil continue to ignore your potential customer base here. I live in Cedar Park and they are in the process of opening a new mall called The Parke which when I first viewed the plans thought this would be a great location for a Fossil store. The current tenant list includes Dicks Sporting Goods, Field and Stream, Nordstrom Rack, DSW, Old Navy, Michaels, Marshalls, Ulta and Whole Foods. It is 400,000 square feet of retail shopping on a 42 acre plot right in the middle of a bustling Cedar Park. Costco, is right next door and it also offers many top restaurants. So as a loyal Fossil fan I would like nothing better than to see a Fossil store right of the middle of all of this.

    Thanks for your time

I purchased a watch from Fossil for my wife for Christmas and I was disappointed when she opened the box to see that the watch that was sold to me was not even working. So I took the watch to the local Fossil store and they sent it to Metro who they sent it to repair the watch and when it came back the engraving on the back of the watch was deeply scratched but this would not have happened if I would have received a watch that was working in the first place. She was very disappointed that a very reputable company would even send a customer a watch that doesn’t work. Now I have to send the watch back to the same placed that scratched the back. This is not my first watch I purchased for her but it may be my last.

My Mom Christine Rossi has been diagnosed with Leukemia. As part of her battle with this cancer she will receive aggressive chemotherapy starting this Friday and possibly a bone marrow transplant. As you can imagine, this is devastating news to her & all of us. Nothing in the world can prepare you for this type of news. The physical diagnosis & mental anguish is horrible enough, but to make matters worse, the financial burden that she will now undergo is devastating in itself. The aggressive chemo will require that she be hospitalized for minimum of a month and a return to work is not foreseen until she is completely recovered. My mom now is not only battling for her life, but now has to worry about her finances along with an extensive medical bill that has just begun. We are asking for any help that you can possibly give. Long story short Cancer Sucks!!

With all of this going on I am having a beef and beer on Saturday November 7, 2015 to help raise as much as I can to help with the financials. My main focus is on donations of baskets, etc for raffles. I need her main focus to be on getting well and not worrying about bills etc. With this being said I am reaching out to ask for any type of donation. Thank you so much for reading my story.
