Burgerville Corporate Office

Burgerville, originally called Burgerville USA, was founded in 1961 in Vancouver, Washington, by George Propstra. While this burger chain might sell the usual hamburgers, French fries, onion rings, and shakes, this chain is very different from other burger restaurants. The company is well known for using local resources for their food ingredients, including eggs from free-range hens, locally grown, organic strawberries for shakes, as well as local, seasonal items such as hazelnuts for coffee and sundaes, and fresh pumpkins.

The company is also unique in that every location uses wind power to operate, including the corporate office. The trans-fat free oil waste is donated for biodiesel, and in 2009, the company changed their policy to allow bicycles to use the drive-up window, the only fast food chain to do so.

Employees have stirred up controversy in September 2018 by wearing controversial buttons with slogans such as “Abolish ICE” and “No One Is Illegal”.

Burgerville currently has 39 locations and has approximately 1,300 full-time employees. In 2013, the company had annual revenue of $75 million. The company has plans for expansion in the coming 5 years.

In June 2020, employees began wearing Black Lives Matter buttons in support of the movement. Initially, the company banned the buttons but later changed its policy to allow it. 

In March 2022, the company once again allowed dining inside the restaurants after being closed for 2 years.

Blue 32 Sports Grill was founded in Gilbert, Arizona, in 2008 by Kenny Rea and Steve Conrad. The company operates a chain of sports bar/restaurant locations in Arizona.

The name of the restaurant comes from a football play call.

The company currently has 3 locations, each featuring between 28 and 40 television sets, some as large as 65 inches. This ensures a good view from every seat in the house. Blue 32 Sports Grill features American cuisine in a casual atmosphere. The menu includes items such as hamburgers, salads, steaks, and seafood dishes.

Blue 32 Sports Grill features beers made from local breweries, including Sun Up Brewery, Four Peaks, and Sleepy Dog, as well as a wide variety of other beers, both imported and domestic.

The company maintains a corporate office in Gilbert, Arizona.

Rock Bottom American Pub offers rooms for larger parties with advance notice. Rock Bottom American Pub has been voted one of the top 101 best sports bars in the US and boasts more than 30 televisions, and  three 110 inch large screen televisions, for easy viewing from all parts of the restaurant.

Green Burrito began as a single, private fast food restaurant in Hawaiian Gardens, California. It was purchased in 1980 by Ruben Rodriguez, who began expanding the chain into several locations. CKE, Inc. who owns Carl’s Jr. restaurants, bought the chain in 2001.

Green Burrito, along with Red Burrito, offers fast food, Mexican-American style food, including beef, bean, and chicken burritos,tacos, taquitos, and taco “salads”. The company currently has more than 3,300 locations overall, including the Carl’s Jr., Green Burrito, and Red Burrito brands. Some locations incorporate both a Green Burrito menu inside of a Carl’s Jr. restaurant.

The company does allow franchising, but since it is private, it is unknown how many of the Green Burrito locations are company owned or franchised.
