I have took a urine test and do not use drugs illagal drugs because I am on medication. The young lady who took the urine test look at it and then as a co worker who was with her in the drug test to look at it. The young lady then as him did he see any lines he said no. she as him again he said no. HE turn around started doing what he was doing. Then she as him you do not see no lines even a litte fade line right there poining he said no in which she directed him to a spot on the bottle. He said again I do not see no lines so there was no lines on the bottle and it was being sent to the lab for what I do not know for a negative test. I am willing to take a lie detector test on that. because now drugs found in the urine for cocaine. This is not the first time thta this happen with people who are clean and African American that took the test in clayton North Carolina and Rod Oneal is a part of this and want give me the human resource number in clayton for me in which I need for the eeoc.

Y’all have cover up, retaliation, discrimination, verbal abuse and straight up breaking the law in the job at chevron in Baytown. The laydown warehouse superintendent should not be allowed to get away with cussing out employees, forging doXXXXents, covering for his friendsfrom trindad, like I said I will continue to fight for my rights.. it was straight up retaliation .
I worked for fluor in the warehouse (pipe yard).I was there a year and a half. Was let go because I told gf about a coworker showing his friends ( also who was his formans) that he was a video of him and the co-worker having sex. The guy for fired but his best friend (a forman) said he was gonna get my job. Well his dad gave me a very bad exit review. After I already moved up in my position two raises. The supertendrover the warehouse is from Venezuela. He hired the formans from Trinidad whom have never been anything but firewstch. He said he loves his island people. The formans did not loose their job for watching the video. The girl in the video. The employees that admitted to hr they watched it still got to keep their job. My 2nd exit review was forged. My Forman never signed ur never put me on the layoff. Not sure who did. I was layed off and i wac the only one on on a Thursday when the general Forman was across the street for class. I was not on the layoff list for the following day. I was not put on any list from my forman. This was retaliation was. .I .and and i do plan on fighting for my rights.

I went to work for your Crystal River Fl.project on 10 26 16,From the moment I went on the job site from orientation the so called job foreman started threatening me with my job,telling me that I had to work his schedule which was 7 days a week 10 hours a day,when I told him I wasnt able to work those kind of hours the harassment started,and was told that maybe I should rethink my job at Fluor,I was able to make it for another day until the bullying and harassment got so bad I had to walk out,I did not know that your company used bullying and harassment tactics on your job site,
Your packet that contains the unethical codes is an absolute joke,one of the people who hired in with me is going out with a Duke Energy Safety person and she was immediately shown preferential treatment by Fluor Management,I noticed that anyone who is related to a higher up is treated differently than everyone else.
In 30 plus years in various managing positions I never once threatened and employee with his or her job ,treated them any different than anyone else simply because they was related to someone in the companies I worked for.You have no Leadership but you do have people who like to bully and harass employees.
I can see now why you go thru so many people,but I dont really expect this to change because this has been going on since Fluor came onto the job site and I am sure it will continue.

Sat. eve;10-8-16, I injured my leg on the chevron phillips project in Baytown Tx. When I went to report my injury, the night medic and saftey gave me the usual drug test after the injury, When I gave the medic my sample, it only had appox. 20ml of sample in the cup. The testing requirements call for at least 30ml. After about 5 minutes of the tester tilting the cup to get a reading on his stick thermometer, he said I had a cold sample. The temperature in the room was below 65 degrees, and when he gave me my test paperwork at first he marked sample ok, then changed it to cold. I feel I was unjustly terminated, I should have been given a chance to provide a sample that could have been tested properly;Thank you for your consideration;

Hello im sorry to have to go as far as going over everyones head i didnt know what else to do. My tube welding partner and myself started this job. OGnE Sooner Power Plant in Red Rock Ok. On the 14th of Jan. Terry Brewer the recruiting specialist informed us both we would get paid 8 hours weld test time and 8 hours orientation time and also per diem for both days. The following week we checked our check stubs and we did not get paid for those 2 days. We spoke with our forman and wrote on our check stubs what we were short on. The paperwork then went to Mr. Perry the superintendant. Now here it is the next following week and we still didnt get our money. Please call me asap 580461XXXXX
