*Worse customer service ever!* Ally if that is even cashiers real name was very rude and unprofessional at the Covina CA store located on Grand Ave. I waited 40 minutes for 1 salad and 1 hamburger patty while other customers who ordered after me were finished with there food and waiting for to go boxes. I asked where was my order and Ally rudely responded that the hamburger patty is what I was waiting for? I noticed a woman who ordered behind me had the same items ordered plus chilli fries. While this circus was going on my husband and dog were freezing in the outside patio waiting for our food. We came here to get a quick bite to eat, I guess not! There is more to say but I won’t. I dare someone to contact me. Farmer boys you have my email

I’ve just come back from my last meal at Farmer Boys Restaurant, Beaumont CA! I have been a happy, satisfied customer since about the late 1980s. But that’s over now. I just paid $18.09 for a Patty-melt, fried zucchini and a “regular” Dr. Pepper; my usual order. The patty melt consisted of 1 and 1/2 hamburger patties that were about 1/8″ thick with some melted cheese and onions between two pieces of thin white bread. The “regular Dr. Pepper was really just slightly larger than what used to be a small drink. I will admit that the fried zucchini were about the same and very good. I have always felt that Farmer Boys has offered good quality food in generous portions at a fair (although slightly elevated price point). That no longer seems to be the case, (although the price point is still elevated, but without the ‘slightly’ part). So, as stated, I will no longer be dining at Farmer Boys! If you decide to turn things around, please let me know. I would love to support the ‘old’ Farmer Boys again! Thank you. Tom Shelley

Please bring back the original farmer boys hamburger buns with the sesame seeds. This newer style bun is terrible and gets soggy by the time you eat it. I hate it. I won’t return to farmer boys until the change is made.

Tried to go to Farmer Boys at 1766 Kendall Dr, San Bernardino, CA 92407. Called at 8:52pm to place an order and was told they close at 9 and are not taking any more orders. We arrived 2 minutes later and pulled into the drive thru. The lights are on, there were two cars at the window, and the menu was lit up. We pulled up, and the girl voice in the drive thru told us they are closed. I asked what time you close and she replied, “9pm.” I said, “Ok, well it’s not 9pm yet.” She replied that the kitchen was closed. I told her, “So, uh, you don’t close at 9, you actually close at 8:55, is that right?” She did not reply. Does Corporate know that at this location the employees will close at any time they want, and turn paying customers away. I guess they had to someplace important to be. Unprofessional poor service. If these were MY employees, insulting and turning paying customers away. They would be fired on the spot.

We just visited the store on 17th and Tustin ave in Tustin. The people working we’re rude and it took forever to finally get our food. The biggest complaint was a homeless lady wandering around from table to table asking if they were done with their plates. She was taking their plates to her table for herself. She was also opening all the ketchup and hot sauce bottles and wiping with a napkin and replacing the lids on all the tables. This is not sanitary. She was touching herself and scratching the entire time. The employees were not asking her to leave the store or stop what she was doing. You really need to rethink who is managing this store and the employees

We visited farmer boys at 12240 Pigeon Pass Rd, Moreno Valley, CA 92557 on May 18, 2022 at 6:31pm. We went through the drive thru. We order one meal and then the lady asked if we wanted anything else and my husband replied yes and began to order his meal… during the process of ordering his meal the the lady cut him off and asked if we wanted anything else, my husband paused and verified with me that are order was correct. He then confirmed with associate we were done ordering. The lady then replied are you sure very rudely. We were shocked. We sat in the car for a minute questioning if that really just happened. We backed out of the drive thru and informed manager inside we were going to cancel our order due to the experience we just experienced. The words were exchanged from manager, just looked at me.

Lancaster CA location: When you go through the drive-thru, check your receipt and check what’s not in the bag. They will charge you for things that you will not get. This is not the first time! It’s in your best interest to hold the line up and check your bag. If they get upset for holding up the line, that is their problem, not yours. This location charged me 55 cents for the thousand island on the burger. The burger was so dry and didn’t have any sauce. There was nothing else in the bag to justify the over-charge. So why did they charge me for this? I contacted HQ regarding this behavior and they never responded. They bother, they won’t respond because they don’t care; this is their way of ripping customers off. They know that the customer will not want to drive all the way back to confront the cashier. Never again!! This is just one of the ways that Farmer Boys will lose customers. Farmer Boys – If you don’t take care of your customers, someone else will. You are not the only show in town.

Farmer boys Lancaster Ca sucks, employee’s attitude sucks yes even the Mgr son does not know HOW TO INTERACT with mad customer. Placed order at 11:am, people behind me were served while I was still waiting…. 35 minutes later, I asked where my order is because most the people ordered behind me ate and left! Well I went to ask where the order was and was told it was never put in!!! Order taker Andrea got a smart mouth and attitude as did the owners son Pedro jr. None of them knew how resolve a situation, only to have A BAD ATTITUDE!
Spent over 31 bucks for 3 people to eat and we got the food 45 minutes later, only because the lady serving our table coffee went to find out what was wrong! This place is horrible I don’t recommend it!!

I picked up dinner for my family last night (3/9/2020) at the Farmer Boys located in Eastvale, CA on Limonite Avenue. At the window, I was told they were out of salad containers and that my salad was split between two small containers. When I got home, I noticed there was mostly lettuce in both containers and hardly any chicken. I called the restaurant right away and explained this to the employee who answered the telephone. She said, “We have to do what corporate tells us when rationing out food. You get one chicken breast. Don’t expect it to look like the picture.” I asked to speak with a manager because her attitude was all wrong. She told me the manager was not there. I then asked for corporate’s number so I can let them know that there was no manager onsite. Her story changed to, “Well, she’s on break. She does get one!” I asked for corporate’s number again. She gave me the number and when I asked with whom I am speaking with, she rudely and abruptly hung up in my face! I was shocked to say the least. This is unacceptable and a true sign of disrespect. I will not tolerate anyone doing that to me, especially at an establishment where I spend lots of money.
After I calmed down a bit, I called back. A female answered the phone and said, “This is Chris.” I asked for a manager and she put me on hold. Someone picked up and said, “This is Christina.” I asked if she was the manager and she replied, “Yes.” I told her everything that happened, including how wrong it was to hang up in a customer’s face. I asked her again if she was the manager because when I contact the corporate office, I want to be sure I give the correct manager’s name. She put me on hold, came back on the phone and said, “The manager is busy with a customer.” So, clearly, she was NOT the manager and totally lied. I told her I would hold for the actual manager. Finally, Marisa (not sure if she’s the manager or not at this point) picked up. Again, I explained what happened. Marisa said that she didn’t know who hung up on me or who was rude to me (I highly doubt that), the employee probably didn’t know how to handle the situation, and that they are not allowed to give out their names anyway. She said she would try to speak with the employee but wasn’t sure who that might be. I told her I would take it up with her corporate office.
If giving a name to a customer is not allowed – the alternative is to hang up in their face!?! Is that Farmer Boys’ policy? The company is okay with this type of behavior? I will NEVER visit and give my hard-earned money to this establishment again. I’m not sure what kind of operation is being run in Eastvale, but it’s extremely unprofessional. I am not the only unhappy customer as shown on my community’s Facebook page with regard to this location. This type of treatment is horrible and maybe the employees/staff need to be trained on common decency and customer service – with emphasize on the use of positive language.
Jessica Jones says
I believe there are a lot of people working in the hospitality industry who do not belong nor understand the true meaning of customer service . Many take these jobs because this is all they can get. I agree that corporations need to do a better job at training their employees in how they want their customers treated. After all, the customer is their bread and butter (no pun intended). There appears to be a lot wrong at the Eastvale Farmerboys and it apparently starts at the top. There is a reason why the employees felt comfortable with their deception of who they were and also who the manager was. There is no excuse for their behavior. They sound childish.
A key word that was used in describing this behavior was unprofessional and we must remember that these types of jobs do not require one to be professional.

My Son and I went for dinner at your La Habra location on January 24th, 2020. We ordered(on two separate checks) a cheeseburger combo with zucchini and chocolate shake. The service was bad the minute we walked in. Sarahi took our order gave us our total. I tried handing her my credit card. She wouldn’t take it. I then placed it on the counter next to her. I was not aware at this point that I swipe the card myself as my Son was on the other side of me so the machine was out of sight. Finally, she said I need to swipe it myself. After that, I asked if I could please have my drink cup. She informed me that it was on the other side of the machine which was yet even further out of my sight. Again, finally, a few seconds later she picked it up and handed it to me.
We sat down, place wasn’t too busy. 13 minutes later my Sons chocolate shake arrived. “25”minutes later our combo still hadnt reached iur table(Yes, we were given a number to place at our table) I asked the man who was working at the front(I didnt get his name as he never was an issue. He also apologized several times through this)”How long is the normal wait time ro get an order?” “7 minutes” he replied. “It’s been 25 minutes for us.” Then verified the time on receipt with him and the other two girls working Jackie and Sarahi.
One of the girls told me we called your name and you never came to get it I stated “How could you call my name when I never gave you my name?” “We called Big Cheese” she stated. I told her “We obviously didn’t hear you.” Then I asked if the food had been on the counter for that length of time which was almost half an hour. Why they never brought it to our table as they did with all the other customers is obviously an issue. Yes, the burger had been sitting there for nearly half an hour. They did send it back. We kept the zucchini as they informed us it was just cooked.
The burger was sent back and they brought us a new burger. We had originally asked for it with cheese and pickles only. This one had everything on it. I told Jackie it has everything on it. She then took the liberty of taking the burger herself to get a new one(or so I thought) and as she proceeded to give me the Burger I noticed the wrapper around it looked somewhat crumpled, not as it usually does when it comes from the kitchen. I asked “Is this a new burger?” She mumbled something about “A new bun” I just wanted to eat at this point so I sat down at our table and open the wrapper.
OMG!!!!!!
There were still remnants of onions, dressing and whatever else was on the burger previously still on the inside of the wrapper. My Son and I at this point are thinking this has to be some sort of joke. She had to literally of taken her hand and wiped off the onions and dressing and put on a new bun. That’s where I know now that she what she meant when she mumbled the word bun. Once again I bring it back to the front and confront her. She he says “I told you I gave you a new bun” Once again she took the burger and proceeded to take it to the back
At this point afraid of what I could actually be eating when the burger came back I asked the other 2 if I could talk to the manager. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! Jackie is a manager of this store??? (I hope all your Managers are nothing like her.) Keep reading, it gets even better… I asked if I could please have a refund. I went to sit back down at the table with my Son who is 12, hungry and wants to know whey they keep being mean to us. Jackie brings me two one dollar bills and change. We argue back and forth a few times and was concluded I was only getting refunded for the burger since we had sipped from the soda and the zucchini was already given to us(cold and soggy, was not freshly made as stated earlier)
Now it was a good hour since we ordered for the first time. On our way out I asked Jackie to please write down her name as the other Girl. I had to ask her three times to have hers written on the paper. I took the piece of paper and let her know I will be calling management about my experience. Jackie said “I’m sorry what did you say?” I repeated “I will be calling Management on this ordeal” “Are you threatening me?” said Jackie(my Son is still close by and watching.) I replied “No, not a threat just a heads up” She then procedded to ‘Come at me’ Again, this is really your store manager??? I couldn’t believe She came at me to fight-right there, right then in your store!!!!!! I stayed calm and collected the whole Fiasco. She didn’t feel she needed to do the same. I was close enough to the door so I walked out. As I left I looked back and I could hear her telling the other employees “She is threatening me!” over and over.(this was loud enough that I could hear from the outside your business)
My Son and I eat at your restaurants approx. two times per week. This is our second time at your La Habra store and our last. Our main one is Brea. We rarely have had any issues at Brea. Nothing that at least compares to this story. Your employee, not to mention your “Manager” of all people want to fight, and all over a cheeseburger.
I feel the need to post publicly on the Nextdoor app for The Neighbors in the area to be aware of this uncalled for behavior, service and everything else. However, I will wait a your reply from you guys today as it is possible your employee has some issues that need to be addressed. I always give the benefit of the doubt to hear the other side of the story.(As to her behavior, maybe she forgot to take her medication, maybe she’s under a lot of stress or that you have terminated her and there will be no more issues.) As to Surahi, she should also be spoken to with her attitude and lack of customer service skills.
I’m just so upset as is my Son who should ever have had to see this happen nor should any of the Customers. Two separate customers approached my Son and I after all of this asked if my Son and I were okay. Also, one of the cooks came out to empty the trash and stayed the whole time and watched us while we get ourselves together before we took off. He stood by the trash and kept looking back at us the whole time. Hopefully he was just making sure we were okay, but that still made us feel a little uneasy.

I received a survey invitation from Farmer Boys’ marketing firm at 5:16pm on April 9 2019 and completed it 3 minutes later at 5:19pm (I have screenshots with timestamps to document the completion of the survey).
The email promised a $10 VIF Reward for being among the first 2,000 respondents to complete it – I’m pretty sure I was.
But I haven’t heard from FB or their marketing firm about the VIF Reward yet.
I am sure they intend to live up to their word and reply with the VIF Reward in exchange for my completion of the survey, as promised by their email.

Visited Farmers Boy in Loma Linda off of Anderson street. We will never go back. My wife and I ordered your fish/ fried zucchini, since you keep advertising on TV how great it is. It was the worst dish we have ever eaten. Fish was so oily we had to use 8 or more napkins to soak up . Breading on zucchini fell off and was also soaked in grease. As a business owner and prior chef I was shocked with the cooks lack of knowledge on simple prep and cooking techniques. Not to mention is unconcerned attitude when I addressed this issue will him. Farmer Boys has certainly gone downhill . Advertising may get customers to your restaurant, but I’m sure they won’t go back.

I am VERY disappointed with the service and quality of products at the Rainbow, Las Vegas store!
More importantly, I’ve made contact with customer service who said, we will have someone call you. It’s now been several days and no-one has called or reached out.
I’ve tried calling several times this am and there isn’t an answer. What? No answer at the main company line?
I am VERY displeased and am appalled that no-one has taken the time to reach out to me.
I’ve also sent several extra emails to customer service and they’ve not replied.
I will wait for a response for one day and then I will take to the local media and social media.
ABSOLUTELY, UNACCEPTABLE!!

This mornings visit was horrible ! My husband and I ordered an omelette (we share our meals ) , hash browns and sourdough toast . The omelette was just flat eggs folded over with some chopped onion and bell pepper . The hash browns were almost burnt so they were dry as dust and my slice of sourdough had no butter on it yet it was soggy . I had also ask if they have iced coffee , the cashier said yes and then handed me an empty cup . When I questioned her she told me they don’t have iced coffee – well the problem with this is she lied to me , the menu under cold drinks states ice coffee , and the small refrigerator close to the drive thru had many cups sitting on the third shelf down . The Farmer Boys we visited was on Lincoln in Buena Park , close to Cypress . We will never go there again and I will make sure everyone we know will hear about this awful experience .

After reading some of the complaints I guess I should be happy my food orders came out correct. What I was asking about originally was why I only had 25 loyalty points after 4-5 visits (spending about $10 per visit) and have NEVER received a reply after 3 emails, a phone calll and ANOTHER email over a 6 week period. Not a good way to do business. You’ve lost another customer.

Judy says
Are your Farmer Boys going down hill? I was reading other complaints from other locations. You need a serious teaming of your employees and serious proper training! Each time we have visited the 17th St. in Santa Ana .CA, it has not been good. Napkin holders were not kept filled and we would have to take napkins from other tables that might have a few. Then the tables weren’t being kept clean. We would have to ask someone to come over and wash the table so we could use it. It’s like they take no pride in their restaurant! And then the food issues! We were in for breakfast and the bacon came out limp and was swimming in a puddle of grease. Upon complaining to the manager, he said anew person was training but an experienced person shouldn’t have let it go out that way. Another breakfast occasion, one plate came out with limp bacon and another plate came out with such crisp bacon, it was almost burnt. Upon complaining about that, the manager said. “Well, if you want crispy bacon, you have to order that way. We told him neither of us had put in a special order for bacon, but it came almost burnt and the other order limp. He said, well, that’s how he eats his bacon. Well you can’t serve bacon to your customers good the way you like to eat it. So he brought out new bacon that had beencooked properly. On yet another occasion, we were in for lunch. It took a good amount if time for the food to come out,and when it did, it came out one plate at a time and came out cold. When the server was asked why the food was coming out one plate at a time, the server said it was because they forgot to make a sandwich that was ordered. Then the chili cheese fries were completely cold and the server was told about that and tewuedtef she feel one of the fries. The server took them back and remade them. Then a little while later, the forgotten sandwich came out and it was the wrong sandwich and had to be taken away and the proper one brought out. Upon complaining to the manager, he said there was anything they could do about it. So we said we would contact the corporate office and let corporate know how they were doing things in there. He then replied, “Well if you contact corporate office it’s just going to come back to me, so what’s the point?” They seem to have a careless attitude in there, like they don’t really have to answer to anyone and can serve the food any way they want to, like they just don’t care. Hopefully, corporate will care enough to do something if they don’t want their restaurant going to pot.

6/2/2017 around 3 pm. Drove through the Farmer Boys location in Chatsworth, CA on De Soto. Very long wait behind a line of cars. Got to the window and handed the worker three five dollar bills and received $2.40 in change. This for the fish dinner with side salad and onion rings. Rolled home to eat while checking my mail. Surprise! No side salad, no onion rings. Oh, and no receipt either. Phoned the store and spoke with the manager who was nice and apologized, but I’m not going to drive back to retrieve a side salad and onion rings. In fact, I’m not inclined to ever go back to this location again.

I often dine at farmerboys a couple of times a month for breakfast. Well today May 13, 2017, we decided to have breakfast at the FamerBoy’s on the corner of Foothill Blvd and Cherry Street in Fontant. My fiancee and I ordered 2 three eggs breakfast, with toasted sourdough bread. Well our order came out to our table in a timely manner. But when my Fiancee noticed that the sourdough was not toasted, she asked the waitress can we ordered toasted sourdough bread. The waitress said she wilk let the cooks know and would bring us toasted sourdough bread.
Have way through our breakfast we still had got the toasted sourdough bread yet. So I signal for the waitress to come over to our table. I let her know we have not gotten or toasted sourdough bread. She informed me that the cooks are working on it. Now mind you now, bery one that came in after we received oir orders were not seated and receiving their orders with toast. So than the waitress bring over one order of toasted sourdough bread, and said tbey are working on the second order. Now I am really frustrated. Ten minutes or more passed and we still had not received to second order of toasted sourdough bread. I go over to talk to the manager and explain what been going on. I asked her why is it taking so long for my table to receive our order? How long does it take for them to work on toasting sourdough bread? I am about through with my breakfast and yoir cooks are still working on my toast. She apologized and said she would get on it. A waiter brought us over the second of sourdough bread and few minutes later with the receipt with the manager apologies and written in it that on our next visit we will get twenty-five percent off our next order. I was so angry that I thought it best I don’t say anything at all.
And the other thing is that last sourdough bread the waiter brought out was not toasted that much.
Oh well, I guess I will not be dining there any more. That was just awful service…????

I went to your Farmer boys on Kendal Drive, San Bernardino on Sunday April 16th about 5:00 and I ordered a pastrami sandwich for myself, a Farmer burger combo for my husband to go and my girlfriend ordered a fish and chips combo….I WAS SHOCKED THAT IT CAME TO 31.00 AND CHANGE…WOW…WAY TOO EXPENSIVE….BUT WHAT WAS WORSE…WAS THE FOOD….SO NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
1ST PROBLEM: As I took my first bite of the pastrami sandwich…a long piece of plastic came out of it….so I took it to the manager and she was appalled and apologized.
2nd problem: The fish and chips were literally dripping with grease and 95% batter, seriously only 4 small bites of fish….because mostly thick batter which was saturated in grease and my friend couldn’t even eat it.
3rd problem: I had my husbands Farmer burger ordered to go and the manager brought it outside to me while I ate…and when I got home…it was not a Farmer burger…but a hammer with ONLY 1 PATTY…2 PICKLES, CHEESE..AND A SQUIRT OF SAUCE…BUT NO SECOND PATTY, NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO, NO AVACADO OR BACON…NEEDLESS TO SAY….MY HUSBAND WAS FURIOUS…SO LOOKS LIKE I’LL NOT BE EATING AT THE FARMER BOYS RESTAURANT ANY MORE…WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR HORRIBLE FOOD QUALITY…..NO THANKS

My cousin raved about the breakfast burritos so my wife and I decided to try one from the reseda/ nordhoff location in Northridge. We first tried it back in mid 2016 and we specifically we needed the egg removed from 1 of the 2 orders because I’m allergic….when we got home the egg was removed from both!!!! My wife was a little upset, but I said let’s give them a shot again next weekend. Fast forward to the following weekend. I got through the drive thru again and order the same exact thing: 2 breakfast burritos, 1 with egg, bacon and remove salsa and the put on the side and 1 w/out egg and and remove salsa and put on the side. I had the girl repeat my order again and it was correct…..we get home and the order is wrong again!!!! Not only did they leave the salsa inside if both but they gave us the extra side of salsa that we asked for, and my wife had a very small piece of bacon strip Inside. We called the storr and complained and they had the never to say that we were lying because they only use bacon bits not actual strips of bacon (which is true) but why the hell was a small strip Inside one of our burritos?! We swore to never go back to that or any other farmer boys….fast forward to today April 15 2017. I tell my wife it’s been a while since we had farmer boys….maybe they got their act together so let’s give them a shot. Went thru the drive thru at the same Northridge location and order 2 breakfast burritos: 1 with bacon, sausage , NO egg, remove the salsa and put it on the side and 1 with bacon NO egg, remove salsa and put it in the side . Had the lady repeat it twice and it was correct. Got home and we opened our burritos. The wrappers weren’t labeled with which was which so we went and took a bite at the same time. As far as we could tell the orders were actually correct, but couldn’t find the sausage in mine but instead I found EGG!!!! I immediately started to get an allergic reaction, my wife looked at the receipt while I ran to get my Epi pen and the receipt shows again that farmer boys in Northridge messed up . It shows that the egg was removed from only 1 burrito not both and the sausage I ordered wasn’t even on the receipt!!! Now I’m pissed . ..this place is a XXXXXin joke and the burrito isn’t even tasty . My egg allergy is deadly and thank goodness I only ate a small piece. I don’t want any gift cards because i will never eat here again.i want all of my money back from all three times I tried to order from you which is 15.20 ( we have only ordered 2 breakfast burritos each visit) so 45.60 total. You guys need to make sure your staff does a better job with everything. We tried to give you 3 chances and all were failures….cant blame us for wanting all our money back . I hope someone higher up receives this complaint

I have visited your restaurant 3 times, and asked for the inside of the hamburger bun to be toasted. When it comes to me, it is still white, when I complain, it is sent back and comes out toasted, brown on the inside. I was told, that there is a machine missing, so when they toast, and the edge circle has a little color of brown on it , they consider that toasted, even when the whole bun is still white. What an insult, to anyone who had moderate cooking skills. I would like a respose to this comment / complaint. Thank you!!!

I visited the Highland store. I used the drive-thru to place my order for a gift card. Get to order window and told the store ran out of gift cards. Poor inventory control on behalf of this store. I wasted 15 minutes of my lunch to drive there just to be disappointed.

Scanning and inputting receipts have been a challenge. Over the past year I have simply just threw the receipts always since its been so complicated added them to the point system. I’m mailing them in and see what happens

I called in my order because I have 40 minute for lunch. I ordered a Char Broil Chicken Salad and a Big Cheese Burger. I informed the person that I had a $1.00 coupon for the burger, I was told it will be ready in 10 mins. When I got there the order was not ready, so they rung up my order it was $15.40. I told the young man that’s not right. I think he was new because he didn’t have a clue on what to do. I. I have a coupon for the burger and it’s only $1.00. A young lady got involved. They were discussing and she told me I orders a Bacon Cheeseburger. I said that is not what I want. I show her the coupon offer on my phone. She did a few other thins then told me she was taking $2.00 off my total then was $13.01. Again I let her know that’s incorrect. The salad is $8.29 and Burger is $1.00. I told them both I called my order in because I’m on my lunch and they are wasting my time. Anther person got involved to assist. I told her I orders a salad and show her my phone with the $1.00 Big Cheeseburger. I told her the price is wrong. She too told me that I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger. I said I’ve just showed and told you what I want, what is the problem? at this point I’ve used up 25 mins. of my 40 min. lunch and they still didn’t have it right. I said forget it you’ve just wasted my time. On top of that since I selected to redeem my coupon I won’t be able to use it. It’s only good for 2 hours. They need training for sure!!!! So that was my lunch for today. This is the location in Commerce. Nothing good to say about this location at ALL

Want to acknowledge the outstanding customer attention Jesus Huerta provides to the customers. My husband is disabled with limited mobility , Jesus always checks on him to make sure he is ok with his coffee, food or anything. Always with a smile. Because of his unique caring personality my husband only wants to go to Famboys for breakfast. In my opinion he is someone that deserves to be acknowledged by management as an example of how to provide above and beyond Customer Service.
