Farmer Boys operates a chain of casual dining restaurants, mostly in California. Founded in 1981 by the Havadjias brothers, they originally owned Astro Burger in Torrance, California during the 1970s. The brothers later purchased McCoy’s Restaurant in Parris, California, which they later changed into their own company, Farmer Boys.
Today, Farmer Boys has 100 locations, mostly in Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada. The company began franchising in 2002, with the first franchise being in Temecula, California.
The company offers a loyalty rewards program for those who download and use its cell phone app.
Farmer Boys was voted as The Best Hamburger by MyFoxLA Hotlist Inland Empire, and has previously won awards for their fried zucchini and onion rings.
Farmer Boys maintains a corporate office in Riverside, California.
