This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had 6 monthly membership charges that were unauthorized. I contacted Fabletics and told them to refund the unauthorized charges. I informed them that the account/bank to which the charges were made to was CLOSED. The refund would have to be issued via check. The customer service agent stated a check would be mailed out to me. I called a week later they stated the refund had been successfully charged to my CLOSED DEBIT CARD ACCOUNT. I told them I no longer had that account and that they needed to review the notes as the refund was to be sent back via check. They kept demanding I call the bank and when I did the bank stated they had no record and that there was no way the refund could have been submitted back to a closed account. I have been dealing with this deceitful company for over a month.

This company has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I have 7 members credits I have been trying to use for several months. Multiple orders I have placed have been cancelled because this company “cannot verify my billing address.” So I call customer service who can’t simply verify my address and submit my order, for some reason it take multiple days and escalation to “higher” departments, ultimately for my address to somehow never be verified and order remaining cancelled. I literally just demanded a refund for all of my credits because I am now under the impression this company is making it impossible for me to use my member credits before they expire so they can keep my money. I have never had so much of an issue placing an order. Also, why is are they okay with refunding me to the SAME bank card and SAME address that previously “couldn’t be verified”? Complete waste of energy.

I just had the exact same situation happen. Trying to purchase items on my cc and ship to my college aged son in Tallahassee, Florida. They couldn’t “verify” the purchase so they just cancelled it, although the order was being shipped to my son with the same last name as me. Called to find out why it was cancelled. They told me it would take up to 48 hours to verify and then “I could re-place the order”. Really? Then when I told them they needed to ship it overnight (as my son needed the items for a specific reason by a specific date), they told me they don’t offer overnight shipping. Complete waste of time and energy. I told them to cancel my VIP membership. They wouldn’t even send me an email saying it was cancelled. That would take 24 hours to do. They were only able to provide a confirmation number of the phone call. WORST customer service I’ve ever seen. They did nothing for me. I’m shouting to whoever will listen to steer clear of this company!

My VIP acct was cancelled in December because someone walked into the store with my stolen shipment, and was allowed to make an exchange without identification. The shipment had already been called in prior to this as missing.
I have had to call back 3-4 times requesting my acct be reactivated. They keep “submitting” an escalation to get updates, as it is still under review. Why am I being penalized for someone else’s mistake. I just want my acct reactivated, and not given the run around. Poor customer service since its now been 4 months, and there is no follow up to me by anyone.

I canceled my member ship in August 2015 and since then have been charged again for the last 6 months. I did not notice charge since i was out of town taking care of my sister who has cancer. I called today to get these charges off my account and cancel again. They stated they did not have the cancellation from August. How many times for a full cancelation must I call

I have been a vip member for years. Recently a problem experience in your mobile site. I ordered some leggings, created a new address to ship to, made it my default because I’ve had issue upon issue with Fabletics anytime I enter a new ship to. Your system defaults back to the last order. So? my niece paid $15.95 for 2 day service. I expect that back. I then spent $22 to ship them to her. Still, she’s not getting them on time for an event. I’m so annoyed and feel like the 2 calls I made to your help desk were s disaster. They didn’t care, they didn’t care if I quit the VIP program. I’m shocked. What’s happened to Fabletics?
