I would like to find Marisela Brum and have a phone call about the many many many technical and customer support mishaps, bloopers, errors, confusions, and breakdowns I have experienced in my mere 2 months of switching to Encompass from Geico. I have three policies and cannot believe the egregious incidents I have encountered simply setting up the accounts and not being able to get into the website. I have tried 11 times on 11 different days and currently have ANOTHER incident ticket. I have a broker but they are equally frustrated and it is high season so they don’t have much spare time.
