The service I receive at the joe battle location continues to decline. I’ve overlooked it for the past few times I’ve gone because I’ve always liked their food but it’s just not worth it anymore to deal with the poor service. Waiting over 25 minutes through the drive through and being given the hottest available salsa when you specifically ask for the mildest salsa for your children. I wish I could post a picture of whatever they chopped up and put in my plate with the carne asada plate that I ordered tonight. I had to check my kids order to make sure they didn’t have something similar that they might brake a tooth on. There’s other really great locally owned Mexican food nearby and around the corner called Maribu’s that treat their customers well that I would recommend instead. If taco tote brought back their green chile chicken enchiladas I might consider coming back but not likely just because of the poor service. A lot has changed for them since Covid and it doesn’t look like it’s getting better. I don’t want my money back, I don’t want a replacement meal, I just hope the higher ups can see this and take pride in their business enough to train their people well. Otherwise you’ll continue to lose customers one bad interaction at a time.

Food there is good, but I need for the CEO, CFO AND COO to know that for the last 5 months ( im very regular) at the location 2921 N Mesa I have seen a lack of security in this location. All employees are failing to check who comes in or out. It is very uncomfortable to see men asking for money while you are enjoying your meal with your family or also i have seen street vendors selling candies inside the restaurant.( just like in mexico) like if there were not regulations or licensures.Today 11/10/19 i went to eat dinner with my wife and children. As we were eating a very dirty man aproached us, holding his filthy cap out asking for money , and he also had his pants zipper all the way open. It was discusting to see this. I could NOT longer let my 10 yr. To go to the bathroom alone. Would someone that cares about this franchise takes care of this issue? I spoke with supervisor Silvia Perez and she said that this issue has been brought up before but it still happening. My experience today was awful.

To whom it may concern. I would like to mention that, maybe you can consider putting up a TacoTote in Eagle Pass Texas. It’s so frustrating that being a boarder town, you can’t a Taco Place in the evenings. All places that sell Tacos, close at 2? Seriously? They assume nobody in the 55,000 population, City don’t eat Tacos after 2pm

The worst service ever, the location was terrible unsafe surrounding and the manager was very rude and unprofessional. Got our order wrong which we paid over $80 of food which they refused to get it right. The employees were not helpful, we were harrassed by young thugs as we were leaving. Would not recommend anyone to go to this place as they need to clean up their place and they need to send their staff to get some training. Especially management, very disappointed.

I called ahead my order on 7/6/19 at 4:45pm. I placed my order for 2 chicken tacos on flour, side beans & rice with a drink. My friend went to pick up my order along with his (4 street tacos on flour tortilla). When he got back to the office with our food the order were both completely wrong. I immediately called and spoke to Carmen to inform her of the situation for her to only put the phone down and speak to about 3 different people to find out what happened after I just told her the details. She gets back on the line only to tell me that she would leave a note for the manger and for me call back tomorrow no apology no nothing. Already annoyed at the fact that my order was wrong, spent 10 minutes only to be redirected to someone else (mind you I am at work) and now I have to explain the situation again another day. I called back today 7/7/19 spoke to Adrian this morning and he assured me he would replace and get the order corrected with an apology. I told him I wanted to have everything ready by the time i got there that way I can just pick it up. He assured me once again… When he hands me the order he gives me a total and I asked him “why I would have to pay if I already paid for my order yesterday when yesterday I paid for something I didn’t even want” he goes on to say “who said it would be free” I explained to him “no one but when I spoke to Carmen yesterday she said she would leave a note for the manager I was coming in for the correct order” I told him “keep the food I am not wasting anymore of my time to deal with this nonsense you guys can’t get a simple order right. You took our money, gave us something we didn’t pay for and want to charge us again. keep it” and walked out. I called right after I left and let the lay on the phone know I was very upset at what just happened & asked for the managers name she said ” les” is the manager I asked her to spell the name out to assure I heard correctly and the spanish lady rudely disconnected the phone on me! I called back and no one at the restaurant answered the phone. The service was terrible. the employees are rude not even close to being apologetic. The last lady I spoke to on the phone to get a simple name felt it was just too much to deal with I guess. In all my years never have I encountered an experience like this. I will not be going back. My friend and I both wrote a review on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and anywhere else I can find to voice my opinions on the disrespect I was given.

My fourth visit now in El Paso from Baltimore. I am such a fan, I am bringing friends and family now. Consistent quality, menu selections are simple, but with the traditional flavors, shrimp tacos are risky but exceeded expectations and were awesome. Only suggestion is to wash the number flags in a washer, they get sticky. Good job!
