I ordered a 10 piece boneless wings and a 15 boneless wings at 1:26pm lady on the phone said it would be 30 min bc they were short staffed. I said ok no problem I showed up at 1:50pm paid for my food left a tip for the lady waited until 2:30pm for my food just to get the order wrong i gave it back to the hostess and asked for my money back she went and hid in the back on her phone.10 min later the anger finally came out to talk to me said I wasnt there that long I was only there for an hour and that it was miscommunication I showed her the time that I called and stated that I didn’t want to argue that I just wanted to get my refund had to wait 5 to 10 more minutes for her to figure out how to refund me this was at valdosta georgia location I will never be back
Dicks wings on yellow bluff road has the most awful food! Save your money, go to Mcdonalds, it is better!
I go to dicks wings on yellow bluff every weekend and they are always out liquor for weeks that I drink.Order a drink and we are out that or this.I’m not sure what kind of management they have .This is bad for business.

To who this may concern I want to file a complaint.I am dissatisfied with your store in mayport road I’m a actually upset as I came in to your store today Friday October 6 2017 and ordered my food my son was eating a piece of your chicken and pulled a tooth out of his mouth after he realized he could not eat it .No it was not his tooth it was of one of your employees though they tried to at first convince me that it was not a tooth but that it was a bone .I have random witness that even said so they’re self that it was a tooth it was white and had ridges on it .your waitress took the tooth saying she had to show her manager and her manager threw it away soon as I asked for it back and told me she was not going to give it back and even put her hands on me then she called the law enforcement on me and my two year old son because I asked for the tooth back. After I left off property she stood at the door and cursed me out and called me a XXXXXXXX in front of my child she made smart remarks and laughed about the whole thing .I am asking that somthing be done .I am not a happy customer and I will take this to court
