The Dandy main st. Towanda has rude disrespectul people working there, the shelves are never fully stocked, the deli was CLOSED all day on February 10th, the parking lot is always filthy. I suggest Firing the manager and rehiring of ALL STAFF !!!
Why doesn’t Daddy in Meshoppen Pa. Ever clear the ice and snow from around the kerosene pump and next to the gasoline pumps. It’s Lay’s a hazard area.
I just came from the Dandy in Leraysville and picked up an order of food. There were two staff members in there with masks around their necks. Because of the presidence of bucking the system of not wearing a mask during this pandemic, the customers also are not wearing a mask. There were 6 people in the store besides myself and my husband and none except us were wearing masks. I find your staff as being disrespectful to their customers by making sandwiches and preparing food, breathing on that food and waiting on customers and not following state guidelines to try and help get this pandemic under control. Most of the other Dandys I go into wear the proper face covering. I did ask them were they not required to wear masks? They covered their faces up quickly. I think this store needs to be re educated in proper infection control and sanitation. Just because its rural does not mean they dont have to follow state guidelines, and people are still getting sick. This is not under control yet! I do have to say there was 1 staff person that had a mask on.

I tried to order some food and they said they don’t serve at this time of night they don’t even close for another hour or so so they stop selling food an hour before they close

I am writing regarding DANDY 69 in Burlington, PA. Are there upcoming plans to tear down or renovate this store? The property is literally falling apart and is an eyesore to the area and fails in comparison to the rest of the Dandys in this area. Will you please do something to improve this location.

A reasonably priced, property (building & yard) is for sale (by Owner-Gary 865-661-5835) it is a business right now: Fur Paws Pet Resort & U Haul) in Maryville,TN. 37804, that is close to The Great Smokey Mountains.The the owner is desperate to sell, he wants to move, and has dropped the asking price down several times. The community would benefit for this property, to be opened and running as a fast food mart & gas place, as everyone has to commute to town to get food & gas, which is an inconvenience. If reopened as a fast food & gas place, the new owners would profit!!!! This place is a steal!!!! There is no place to get fast food or gas for about 3 miles!!!!

I went in to the Athens Main St. Dandy on Saturday and couldn’t believe what he gentleman cashier asked me. My purchase came to $6.96 and I gave him a $20 bill, he handed me $13 and said you don’t ant the 4 cents do you.
What gives him the right to ask something like that? I am 68 yrs. old and on social Security and just making ends meet. I was sort of angered about this all week-end. I told several people and they all thought I should file a complaint.
I plan to make sure Randy and Nancy know about this new procedure that is being allowed. Not all of us have Randy’s money.
I worked at Dandy 78 must say some of my former co workers didn’t think anything about dropping the f bomb in front of customers. It seemed that some of the employees when I was working the closing shift a lot of them were going out every 1/.2 hr for breaks whether it was smoking or just going out. There were days I didn’t get a break in my shift and I did most of the dishes for both shifts whether I was mid shift or closing. There were days when no one on opening and mid shifts that wouldn’t touch the dishes at all.
dear Mr. Williams I am writing you in regards to your Odessa ny store. You really should look into the management of this store. I have never been to a store where the manager is always outside smoking, she uses the worst language and talks about employees to other employees starting trouble between workers. I have spoke to many people in this area and everyone I spoke to agree that she is horrible, she is way to immature to run a store, if your a smoker and can go out a smoke with her your fine, but if you don’t she doesn’t like you and will treat you horrible. She hired a girl not long ago that was wonderful, and always had a smile on her face and cleaning, but now she is gone, and after asking around found out that your manager cut her to 4 hours a week so she left. This is why you cant keep good workers I was in your store not long ago and there was one girl inside and a line out the door, your manager and two girls that just clocked in were out side smoking leaving this girl in store alone until I went out and said something, but was treated horrible, she then went in and yelled at the employee who was the only one working this manager also hired a girl knowing that she didn’t get along with another employee who has been there for over a year just to start trouble. I managed a convenient store for years and never saw some of the stuff I have seen and heard in this store. I now will go out of my way to go to another store so as not to have to shop there. I have been going to the same dandy at the end of Goff rd for over 15 years I buy cigarettes and food there on the daily and there are some good employees in the but there is currently a girl who works in there who is rude and it’s obvious she is not cut out for customer service and I have also talked to some of your other regular customers who shop there on the daily who have had arguments with her about her rude demeanor and her obvious hatred for customer service also know customers who live right around me which is right next to this dandy who now drive way out of there way to make purchases because of the way she treats customers she is very rude it is sat the 11th of February at 540 pm and she is currently in the store and I asked her for a bag and she thought it was appropriate to tell me in the rudest demeanor that my soda and Gatorade would not fit in a paper bag when I have had many of the other employees here put the same stuff in a bag with a smile on there face with no issues but my family is some of your most loyal and regular customers live right down Goff and buy a 12 pack 2 packs of Marborol lights and 2 2 liters of Coca-Cola on the daily not including the food coffee and everything else we purchase and it is to the point it is becoming such a miserable experience because of this one employee that we are about to start driving to a different store
