Crocs warehouse in Dayton,Ohio…trainer with blue hair creates a toxic work environment by gossiping. This individual crosses boundaries by being friends with trainees and talks about people getting fired and other people’s productivity. This individual does a poor job of training, but does an excellent job of stealing time from the company!

In Aug. 2019 I quit working for CROCS. I just received a 2020 W-2 for $60.64 for WAGES (in the form of Crocs Kudos points) I never utilized, nor since my departure can I claim or access. Is it legit that CROCS sent me a $0.00 electronic check on Jan. 31, 2020 so that I pay taxes on something I NEVER received? Granted this isn’t a large amount but I am a principal type of individual and was just wondering how corporate America can justify paying me the equivalent air for a job well done and taxing me for it? I will take my question to the Department of Labor, SCC, & the IRS since the number to call on my paystub is no longer a valid number, and the corporate number doesn’t along enough time to leave a message. QUESTIONABLE AT THE LEAST!!!!

My Grandaughter works for your store. She opens and closes by her self. No manager available. He has the new girls clock him out. Anyway. The two new girls make more than my grandaughter. One makes $12.75 the other new one makes $11.25. My grandaughter makes $10.25. My grandaughter ask him for a raise. His response was “do you think you’re worth it?”
Her response was “yes”. He said she wasn’t worth it. What an a**. She works whenever he needs her. Even on her day off. Outlet mall in Wiscon Dells. His name is Matt. Thank You.

The worst possible company to shop with. I’m still waiting for my refund from almost 30days ago, after my account was charged for items that I had canceled. You can only get in contact with customer service by emails, because they never answer the phone. Save your money, not worth the hassle!!!

I returned a pair of crocs that I bought for my Granddaughter in May. Shoes were too small so we returned them and bought a new pair. Couldn’t find an exchange option so just rebought them in the correct size and returned the other pair. Happy with the shoes but still waiting on the refund. I have sent 2 emails and made 2 phone calls ( I had to wait on hold for quite awhile). Still no refund and it has been over 6 weeks! This is pretty lousy service! Don’t think I’ll deal with this company again

I ordered from crocs website on 06/16 and it clearly stated ship within 1-2 days. today is the 3rd day and status still showed “in process”. So basically nothing ship out yet. tried calling customer service and been on HOLD for 45 minutes and still holding. Try “Live Chat” and my queued is 44. This company needs better customer service and management. Live Chat and Calling customer service or emailing them will get you nowhere. People will give up waiting to speak to someone. I have to called my credit card and decline the charge…Ridiculous!! Will never order again.

I have had my second pair of Croc flip flop break (while walking) in less than 2 weeks. I am completely dissatisfied as I am hesitant to wear them anymore. I don’t want to be caught in a situation where they break and I don’t have an extra pair. The worst part is that these flip flops are the only thing that is comfortable on my feet since I have had foot surgery.

I have terrible feet due to Rheumatoid Arthritis AND wearing Combat Boots for 5 years. My toes are all broken from being a Clutz and banging my toes into various things throughout my life. I’ve tried everything for the pain and nothing works. Then, I found Crocs. They were an answer to my prayers. My dog managed to eat four pairs of my expensive Orthotic sandals AND my one pair of Crocs when I went on vacation for 3 months. I looked everywhere for new shoes and then I found the Bayaband Sandals. I haven’t worn anything else since. I never take them off except when I go to bed. I just ordered 2 more pairs and they came today. It took a long time to get them but it was worth it. They’ll last a lifetime (I pray). My daughter wears Crocs too and I just bought them for my Grandnieces and Grandnephiew. My husband wears them too. We never had a problem. I love them.

Just say, it is one of the absolute worst places to work. The co workers are awful and like to talk crap about customers and other employees. Manager f**ks up everyone’s schedules, doesn’t tell anyone, and gets mad when they don’t show up. Don’t go to crocs in kittery. Order online or go to a different shop. If you ask for help there’s a good chance you will get made fun of. Especially by one of the “store leaders”. They need to shut that place down or get new management. It’s a f-ing zoo and I go into work everyday feeling stupid because they make me feel bad for messing up. Hopefully something will be done soon.

I have called numerous times only to be put on hold for over 1/2 hours on each time. This is very frustrating. I sent 2 different emails and no response. The way you handle CS is not helping yoyr company at all. I tried live chat an it will never connect.

I am extremely unhappy, no furious is the appropriate feeling. I tried 2 weeks ago to order during the sale, twice there was a problem with processing the order. I gave up. Two days ago, I received an email to become a part of the “club” so I did thinking that I would be able to process my order. Again, no. I called customer service and sat on hold for 30 minutes. I place the order with the person on the phone who was quite nice. This morning I look at my account and I have 6 SIX hits on my account for this order. And here I am sitting on hold for now 31 minutes while I am at work to get this figured out! There will be no positive feedback from me to ANYONE. What is wrong with you??????

Wow, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is no consistency on sizing across the brand or styles. I have other Croc’s in the size I ordered that do fit. Ordered 3 pairs, all came too small. Tried 2 days in a row and spent 30 minutes on hold both days and no one ever came to phone. Ended up doing chat, person on other end had misspellings and bad grammar. Business plan seems to be to deduct $7.50 for returns, no allowance made to just send me back out the right size. Never seen a company that I couldn’t convince to keep my money. Done with Croc’s can’t spend $7.50 to try on shoes.

I am trying to find out why stopped production of one of its most popular pair of croc’s. The Duet realtree sport with orange bottoms. I have to say at 54 years of age that is the best shoe I have ever had on my feet.
Problem is, I’m not able to find anymore. I have searched everywhere I can think of, I searched all over the Internet and get the same answer from everyone……sold out!
It would make me think if you have a great selling shoe like this, why are not being produced?
In my opinion, that is always been the downfall of some companies, they don’t listen to what their customers are asking for.
Can you please tell me how or where to get another pair of these croc’s. I’ve had four operations on my feet and they feel so good and have that look that I like.
    Thank you,
    T. G.

This morning in attempting, and I say attempting to soak to a” professional” in customer service, training and hiring of said, would go a long way, however neither prison, Including the second who was supposedly a supervisor who sounded like she was 6 years old, with a mouth full of gum were both rude, totally inappropriate for their jobs!
Plus within the first 60 second the ” supervisor” lied. So, the rest of the conversation would have been null, she refused to let me speak to her supervisor and hung up on me….good job.
Now as for shoes ordered on 19 th, 20 th being day one business, not even processed by Wed per customer service, 22th, getting a shipped notice on 23rd, saying will be delivered not until July 1, far outside the delivery time. Now, Thursday I get an email saying shipped. Looking at tracking , I find that either someone has falsified the dates, or Fed Ex can not read. Showing order went FROM CA TO AR which is over 500 miles, them BACK to original starting point in CA as if today, now in transit again to? And nor delivery date of July 1? Will never do business with you again!

We called our Local Store in Leeds, UK to enquire if they had a certain shoe in
Girls’ Shayna Hi Glitter Mary Jane

    Item #14478-94X-126
    In Stock

    Colour: Multi / Fuchsia,
    Size UK: C 12

we were advised they didn’t stock it, but were told we can come in store and order it to store, which we did on the 29th April, via the cashier Kerry, she took our order, proceded to go back and forward behind the cash desk to the “manager” who we didn’t see asked to write our name on a piece of paper and tel number. she then said that’s them ordered we will call you in a few days, as you can see its now the 8th May, and after visiting the Leeds store to ask if our little girls shoes had arrived , were advised “there’s a delivery tomorrow” TOMMOROW has arrived and we called the store, to be told, we haven’t ordered them at all we have been lied to and that because the store was “CLOSING” they were all being slack as they couldn’t be bothered processing orders etc…

This is not acceptable as a customer.. I look forward to your Customer service reply!!!!

    Dear Sir/Madam,
I placed an order with you on the 10th of April and paid $35 for overnight shipping.
I was expecting my order to be delivered by the 12th or 13th at the latest. When I called your courier company on the 12th I was told that my order was not with them and it had not left your warehouse as yet. I immediately called your customer service number and cancelled my order. I spoke to a very nice lady who assured me that my order would be cancelled and the refund processed on Monday. I was only visiting the US and staying with my in-laws for a week or so (which is why I paid for overnight shipping) and used my husband’s mother’s credit card to pay for my order. Anyhow long story short is that this order has shown up at their home after we have left and my father in law has spent further $79 sending it to our house in the UK.
First of all, the package came on the 18th and it was supposed to be shipped overnight for an order placed on the 10th. I paid for overnight shipping and the order arrived 8 days later. What kind of a service is that? I have already gone to the mall and bought the kids shoes for the holiday we were going on after we left my in-laws..NOW BECAUSE OF YOUR ERRORS AND MISTAKES I AM STUCK WITH DUPLICATED SHOES THAT MY KIDS WILL PROBABLY NOT GET TO WEAR AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO AS THEY ARE IN THE MAIL SYSTEM ON THEIR WAY TO THE UK. Our holiday is almost over and you are a bit too late with the shipment . How can you charge people $35 extra for a service that you do not intend to provide? And now you have made me look like a liar in the eyes of my new family as I assured them that I cancelled the order with you.
I expect a full refund of the $35 I paid you FOR NOTHING and a very healthy compensation for the grief and stress already caused. Plus now I have to pay back to my in laws the additional shipping costs to get the package over to me as I had left the US. Also I doubt that my children will fit in the shoes for our next holiday as their feet are growing fast.
Please email me your response to the address above.

    Many thanks
    Emilija Dlutowski

This is a shameful response! (see below email question and response). I read this response to be “TOUGH, that’s the way it is. Take it or leave it.”
I will always remember this response IF I should ever care to purchase Crocs again.

    Dear Ray,

Thanks for your inquiry. Each style has a fit that is unique to that style, unfortunately you cannot choose a different fit within style of shoes. Because the Blitzen II is lined, it is a bit tighter, making it a relaxed fit, while the Blitzen Convertible is a roomy fit shoe. If you are not pleased with these shoes, you are more than welcome to set up a return by going here: https://www.crocs.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-crocs_us-Site/default/Order-ReturnFindOrder
If you have any further questions, please let me know.

I just received my order and I am surprised to find out that I was sent two different fit types!! One set was a roomy fit and the other was a relaxed fit! Why was this choice made for me and not asked at the time of order??? Your web site is sort of ambiguous about sizes. In one case it says you offer half sizes and in another section it says to order up or down for half sizes. Don’t get me wrong…I like Crocs, but for street wear I would like a more solid fitting shoe as in the standard fit particularly in my order of the Blitzen Convertible.
Why doesn’t the ordering process include these options? at least to let the buyer know there are options?
