In July of 2015 Zealot Networks bought AllScreen, which it plans to use as a revenue-generating tool as well as to push its own content around the web. Zealot Networks is a media company with a focus on millennials and the brands that advertise to them.

Rant, Inc. was founded in 2010 by Brett Rosin and Grant Brown. The pair began to manage a collection of sports blogs numbering more than 155. Today this collection is known as RantSports. 

In 2012 the company expanded from its original location of Winfield, IL to Downers Grove, IL, San Francisco, CA and Laguna Beach, CA.

In Laguna Beach, the company launched two new brands: RantLifestyle and RantChic.
