Just picked up my son’s 10 th birthday cake from the cold stone store in canton, MI. I specifically wrote “ happy birthday Gio” and they gave us the cake saying “ happy 10th birthday GO” the closest one is 30 minutes from me when I called them I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the highest one up there and refused to accommodate us in any way. Horrible service will never recommend to anyone. She even confirmed that on the order form I wrote “Gio” so what would make someone write GO. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

Hello, I went to have ice cream with my family Halloween night 10/31/19 at 7:09 pm at 1689 Arden Way #2118 Sacramento California 95815. I ordered 3 like it’s and bought a $5.00 gift card. My total was $20.74 I did a split payment because i did not want to use all my cash. I gave the employee a 20 dollar bill plus the 74 cents and paid the other 10 dollars on a card. Unfortunately the employee did not give me my change of 10 dollars from the 20 and it also slipped by me and I didn’t notice it till i got home which was already past closing. I called this morning and one of the day shift employees told me I would be contacted about this matter by the end of the day. It is now 8:10 p.m and I called the store to see what happened, I was told to hold, then I was hung up on, and when I tried to call back they did not answer, not very professional to say the least. I know it’s only 10 dollars but I didn’t want to spend it for a reason. Also, since I was hung up on I had to reach out and let corporate know what happened. -Thank You

after a hot day for not having my AC unit working, my husband and I decided to
get some ice cream at cold stone 5435 s Calle Santa Cruz , Tucson, Az 85706, at
2:00 p.m. I was in line with other customers, When It was my turn to order, the
employee, she denied me order because she was busy, she wanted me to go, and help another customer, I am not sure for my appearance or because I am
Hispanic, she did not welcome like the other white customers, I did not move and said I was in line too, her costumer service was not polite towards me and
stared making faces and angry noises, like GRRRRRRR, but she make my order. She made me feel unwelcome . This is my first bad experience at this store.

I have been working at cold stone for one year. the manger at the two stores I worked at (store #356 and #766) wasn’t the best. she really didn’t train anyone properly and the store was a disaster. beside all of that I loved the job itself. about a month again the owner announced that she was selling the stores. I was over joyed, we were going to have new owner that knew what they were doing and were going to properly train us. we were all promised that we would keep our jobs. the owners have had the stores two weeks now and last night they sent out a text to about 90% of the old staff telling us we were terminated, not for any particular reason, just because they thought it was best. without batting their eye they ruined lives, they didn’t even give us any warning… I have rent to pay and now suddenly I’m unjustly fired after giving cold stone my heart and soul for one year. if cold stone can justify letting their stores be run by selfish dictators on a power high then I WILL NEVER recommend that any body works at any of their stores.

We had a very unpleasant experience at the Cold Stone Creamery in Danville California, 412 Sycamore Valley Dr. On 9/3/18 we had ice cream at this location and upon leaving I tripped and fell to the ground on a rug that was inside in front of the door. The rug had a fold in it that caused me to trip. The two employees were defensive, unfriendly, and not concerned about how I was. When I sent an Email to the owner , Aisha Johnson . I was surprised to find out she was there the day I tripped and was one of the unfriendly people that approached me. I would be happy to send you her reply to my Email. Needless to say we are not planning to return to this or any other Cold Stone.

I used to like going into my local creamery . I was given a gift certificate on May 17. It was supposed to go into my account after 2 business days….It still not in my account yet ! Unbelievable . Talk about poor business practices. If I ever get it I’ll take some kids there for ice cream . I’ll never step foot in another one in my life. I’ve called three different numbers and left messages , but never heard a word back . There customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen.
