The Coca-Cola located that is in Glendale, Arizona is unorganized and lazy to say the least. I am aware that they are making the switch over to Swire but that is no excuse for a NEW employee to not receive their paycheck on time. My husband has been working for 3 weeks and hasn’t seen a paycheck. We have spoken to many “supervisor” but they don’t seem to have a clue, not to mention his manager approved his hours the day before payday. We call the “HELP” line on numerous occasions and keep getting the runaround. I would like to know what coke feels is a good welcome to the team present for the new employee. I would hate for coke to get bad publicity right before this merger. You need to make some serious adjustments with your upper management at your Glendale Location.

I was shopping at Lake Zurich Mariano’s. Entering the soda aisle , my cart hit a box of water laying on the floor. It was some kind of blue box containing coconut water. Because it was just lying on the floor, I picked it up to put it on the shelf. ” hey, what the hell do you think your doing?” Screamed a guy wearing a Coke shirt. I told him that it shouldn’t be on the floor, someone could trip. He screamed and ran at me like he wanted to fight. He stank of cigarettes and booze. At my local supermarket, Schnucks, a new policy was recently put in place where multiple purchase pricing i.e. 3fer. If the price is 3 for $10, if you buy 1 or 2 they are $3.33 each instead of the full regular price. Now, to get the 3 for 10 price you MUST buy 3 or pay full price for anything less than three. When I asked Schnucks about the long standing policy change they told me it was a Coca Cola requirement not Schnucks policy. The other non-Coca Cola brands continued under the OLD policy, only Coke products are affected. I have not purchased ANY Coke product including bottled water since this change nor will I in the future until this blatant greed is revoked.

I was a formal employee with the coke company, I had worked for three weeks and had a bad experience as a merchandiser. I did not get paid my mileage which were around 150 and did not recieve my last check in full, It was divided into two checks. I worked 55Hours In a two week period and only got paid for 30 hours on 03/07/2014… I spoke with my ex-manager and he said it was corrected with mileage/hours and that I would recieve a check this coming week no later than 03/14/2014. I called pay roll 03/11/14 to comfirm hours and mileage, now payroll told me I wont recieve anything for mileage only hours and i have to wait until 03/21/14 because he put it in as if i worked this week. He was rude on explaining why and was in a rush to end the call, my last day at coke was 02/28/14 its my money I earned it and i shouldnt have any trouble since i was suppose to be paid off in full on 03/07/14. I tried to reach out plenty of times before he submitted hours but never got back to me and just kept stating he would let me know as soon as he gets home, but he never did, my last reach to the ex-manager was Monday 03/09/14 and apparently went on vacation

I run a small deli and if I mess up I fix it that’s what we do in customer service, what do you do?
I’m a former employee of coke and I must say working for them is a real eye opening experience. Their work habits are terribly awful , management is very untrustworthy . They don’t pay a very fair wage one the equals the work that is eing done. My time with Coca cola was not very good . My advice to people who wanna work for them espeacially in the Oklahoma City Area well simple don’t . Their bosses are under trained , and their people skills are very poor. There’s also a lot of favoritism going on behind closed doors . Their turn over percentage is very, very, very , high. Hello, My Outlet number is 6411125 I’m contacting you in regards to past and present issues. We have a Dixie Narco Glass Door front Vending machine of which is the only way we distribute your products. We where the first retailer to test this machines before placing them in schools etc… We fill and maintain the machine ourselves and the Techs showed me all the basic of operations. I know how to test for error codes, change refrigeration timer, and able to to change prices on all selections. I have saved your company a lot of time and money by knowing this machine and only calling tech support when absolutely needed. Last year from September to December you sent us 3 bad machines during that period we lost a lot of money. On Friday October 18 the elevator stopped working mid way through a vend I called Support they came out Saturday and we where told they needed to order a part. I thought Monday, Tuesday the latest it would be repaired. This past Friday I called to see what was going on and was told the part has not come in yet and a Tech will be out as soon as it does come in. The lady was rude about it. Also over the last year and half my Rep has been changed 4 times my last one was my original. It’s frustrating cause the new ones have no idea the terms of our contract aand it takes a lot of time to explain then they have to check usually a month later I receive what’s in the contract. Also each time they try to change my delivery day. I was changed again to a new Rep. at the beginning of October. He has shown up 2 times on a day that I’m not here or available and my staff has told him what days and times I’m available. Still haven’t seen him. Again my delivery day was changed. I’ve been calling in my orders to the 1-800 # number and requested a more practical delivery day and was able to get that request. I pay cash for each delivery. We have been in business for37 years and for the first 18 we had Pepsi and your Sales people would stop in yearly to get us to change. We finally did but over the last 5 years service has been terrible and nonstop problems. I’m considering going back to Pepsi. Please help and address these issues. We contacted COCA COLA today regarding POWERADE Melon. We can hardly find it at the local food stores and if and when we do the quantity leaves much to be desired. We have even contacted store managers and a coca cola delivery driver to find out how we can be put on an every two week delivery but to no avail. COCA COLA does not seem to care about providing Customers product as when I spoke to COCA COLA I was told they have no control over how the product gets to Customers because a local bottle company deems to whom and how much product is provided to local stores in the Cary, NC area.
Apparently the only place to get it right now is DOLLAR GENERAL and some gas stations? Did request a complaint be filed? I guess when you get to be so BIG and have billions of dollars you forget about the little people, the Customer who got you there in the first place?! Sirs, I recently used one of your affiliates and was very dissatisfied with their service. I had used an amount of points for a voucher towards the purchase of a product from their(FTD) website. After getting a confirmation of the purchase, I had called several days later only to find that the product was not delivered or that the product was not available any longer. If I had not conversed to the person intended I would not have known that my purchase was not delivered so that I could get a refund. However they had only refunded the amount minus the voucher I had acquired from your website. I would think that if you would recommend an affiliate they would be more trust worthy . I should think that they would have turned in that voucher to receive their twenty dollar ($20.00) credit from you. I would not expect you to refund this amount however I would consider not referring them on your website.
