CiCi’s Pizza is a buffet restaurant that specializes in pizza. It also offers salads and pasta dishes.
Joe Croce and Mike Cole founded CiCi’s Pizza in 1985 serving a family-friendly buffet featuring pizza, soup, pasta, salads, and desserts.
CiCi’s Pizza expanded through franchising and still actively seeks franchising partners. Approximately 98% of all restaurants are franchises.
By 2001 the restaurant chain had 380 restaurants.
Today CiCi’s Pizza has 600 franchised and corporately-owned restaurants in 35 states. The company has a special program for veterans who wish to own a franchise. CiCi’s Patriot Program is one of the industry’s most extensive programs benefiting U.S. veterans. This program waves the franchise fee for the first restaurant and offers a 50 percent royalty fee reduction for the first full year that the restaurant is in operation. This discount applies to all qualified, honorably discharged U.S. veterans. This allows veterans an approximate savings of $58,000.
CiCi’s Pizza has been named one of the top 25 performing brands by the Wall Street Journal and a top 200 franchise concept by Franchise Today. In March 2009 Men’s Health Magazine gave CiCi’s Pizza “top marks” for providing healthy food choices among its list of “66 major chain restaurants”.
The company plans to add another 500 locations in the next 10 years through franchising. In addition to its current US restaurants, in 2010, the company announced plans to add locations internationally, possibly in Canada and Mexico.
In 2015, the company decided to change its name to simply “CiCi’s” to avoid being thought of as merely a pizza restaurant. The company wants to focus on other items in their buffet type menu, such as salads and chicken wings.
Some locations were dinged by various health department code violations including one in Tennessee and another in Texas that received 17 code violations.

Went to CiCi’s Pizza at 1550 Opelika Rd Auburn, AL ste 30 36830for my birthday. The manager in charge on 5/22/2023 was rude. She told my 68-year-old mother she was ignorant as she was having an issue using her tap pay. The manager looked at her said “Want me do it for you since it seems you don’t know how?” My mother asked a question and the woman snapped at her. She tried to let the manager know she could not hear her well and was told she should get some hearing aids. She told my mother to get the hell out, and not to come back. I have never in my entire life been treated that way. When I asked for a corporate number, I was asked “What the h*ll you need it for, they are not going to do anything or fire me, now get out like I said.”

I recently went to a Cicis in St Louis Mo. I was charged 3 times for different buffets to go for one person. The pizza the pasta and the salad. Each cost me one buffet price. I did make them to go. The manager said this was how your company did things. I didn’t argue but is this correct policy?

CC’s Pizza – Branson, Missouri
My wife and I along with another couple went to local CC’s Pizza on Sunday after church. We all commented how nasty the front entrance was with all kinds of trash and spots on the concrete at the entrance to the restaurant. From there, it was all down hill. Under plenished salad bar, cold and sparse selection of pizza choices, no desert pizza until asked about it and one at a time were brought out, unbussed tables all around us and when the young fellow did buss the tables, no cleaning rag for the tables and chairs, my friend came back from the men’s restroom stating that their was no water to rinse his hands, one urinal and one commode was out of order. We were appauled with the lack of attention. It felt like there was no management present with a lack of care from the employees. The hostess that took our money was very unresponsive and appeared bothered by us being there. Not good as this was our first and last visit. Couldn’t believe it!

On 6/11/2022, I visited the Cici’s on 9th ave in Pensacola, FL about 3:00PM. I and my wife have always enjoyed eating at Cici’s and plan to continue. On this after noon I saw an employee (very Tall Male with long hair) he was cooking and cleaning the buffet bar. I noticed that He was using a spray bottle with a Purple liquid to clean the front part of the buffett line. He was spraying the chemical directly onto the tray space over the entire length of the bar. The sprayed stream of the chemical was splattering onto ALL the food on the line (salads, Pastas and pizzas). The employee then wiped off the cleaner and even lifted the front edges of the pans along the buffet and wiped that area also. Believe better way to do it would be to spray the cleaner onto the cloth, Then whip off the surfaces.

My family of 7 went to Cicis Store #832 on 05/13/22. When we entered the restaurant, we stated that we had 6 people eating from the buffet and then myself only ordering wings. The young man at the register, Mishell is the name on the receipt, immediately said that anyone not eating from the buffet cannot come into the restaurant and would have to wait outside until my family was done eating. Well — I was confused at first because we were ALL ordering food. I stated from the beginning that only I wouldn’t be eating from the buffet, but that I would still order wings. I’m not able to eat pizza because I had Bariatric Sgry in Feb 2022, which is why I ordered the baked wings. So my husband stepped in to explain why I can’t eat the buffet and ordered the wings. The young man then stated that this one time, he’ll allow me to eat inside but for future reference I wouldn’t be able to. We go to this location quite often and spent $100 this time as a family of 7. I even paid more on the 10 wings then I would’ve paid for the buffet. After we paid, there was nothing on the buffet but 3 slices of old pizza. It was 2:45pm so it’s not like they had just opened. We waited 15-20 minutes for them to finally get some pizzas on the buffet. Then I waited a total of 30 minutes for my wings. The whole time I was waiting for my wings, the young man would stand at either side behind the buffet and watch me — almost making it seem like he was making sure I wouldn’t eat anything from the buffet. There were also 2 young girls standing by the salad bar most of the time talking. I finally got my wings — they were inedible. They were cold as if they had been sitting there. If I wanted them to be remade, I would’ve had to wait another 30 mins for all the pizzas to be made because “they’re priority”. Well – the customer should be the priority in this case. Customer service was HORRIBLE — to the point that we will never go back to this store.

I am extremely upset with the way me and my guests were treated at this location. From the moment we walked in, there was no one at the register to ring us up. My friend had to walk in front of the buffet to get someone’s attention. Thats when Eugenia walked over with pi** poor attitude. My friend made a comment to lighten up the load by saying “it’s two kids and one adult(we were all clearly over the age of 10) “. She then proceeds by saying “BE SERIOUS I’M NOT HERE TO PLAY GAMES”. When my friend apologized and proceeded to tell her that it was three adults, she interruppted him and said it again! As a loyal customer of Cici’s pizza, this is no way to speak to a customer. Eugenia V at Cici’s Pizza Store #126 needs to be handled accordingly. I will never return to this location! On top of that, the food was very distasteful!

A coworker and I went to Cici’s in Smithfield, NC on Sunday, 8/3/20. We just wanted two salads. The guy gave us two small salads, premade, with a couple cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, tiny amount of cheese and wilted lettuce. Before covid, you could make your own salad. I understand the need for less handling of salad bar utensils and the circumstances of premade salads. I just want to know if they give customers that dine in the restaurant the same miserably disappointing salad as walk ins.I will not visit this restaurant again or any other Cici’s. You have a serious problem with complaints. I read other reviews and obviously do not care about the satisfaction of your customers, which reflects that you do not care about the business, just your bottom line.

Called in ahead of time for my pizza on the phone and came in and told the teenager girl with glasses and has curly hair that I came to pick up some pizzas that was ordered over the phone and she ignored me till I told her again and she just huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at me like if I didnt see her. This isnt the first time it happened and I’m tired of having to come to this cici’s pizza with her rolling her eyes at me. She could have told me to wait or hold on a second or get the manager, but instead gave me looks the whole time too. Who’s the manager? Whoever the manager is, this isn’t the first time. She is friendly cause I come here some of the times but even when shes friendly she still gets like that with rolling her eyes. Also, who’s that guy she keeps playing around with at work? I see them play around when I ask for my pizza everytime I come in. It’s some tall white guy who’s also a teen who says he’s the manager and general manager? I don’t want to speak with the Boss/Leading manager or even meet because it’s not my job to fix this issue, it’s their job. I’m not mad towards the actual real manager (whoever that is) but this needs to stop everytime I just come and pick up pizza. I just wanna leave and enjoy my pizza without any issue but this happens to many times.
The location with this problem is,
1931 Auburn Ave, Columbus, GA 31906
This never happens to me at whittlesey. I come here though cause it’s closer to my house.
Thanks in advance!!!

Normally dine at CiCis at Winter Haven location. After son’s middle school football game, decided to take the family to the CiCis Davenport location. I spent $42 and it was the worst service and food quality – totally will never go back to that place again. The pizza was luke-warm and the buffalo wings ordered were not what I ordered. I was given plain (10) wings which were dry. When I shared my concerns with the manager, she was nonchalant about it. I just didn’t feel as if I were being taken serious. She gave me a side of buffalo sauce, and that was the extent of it. She mentioned something about the front register not having taken the order correctly, otherwise I would have gotten the buffalo wings initially ordered. As for the luke-warm pizza – she could [in my opinion] offered a fresh and hot pizza pie. I just don’t know. Not happy with the service or quality of food there – and definitely I will not be recommending the CiCis restaurant @ 1850 Victor Posner Blvd, Davenport, Fl 33837 (863) 424-3800 Ticket #110442232. I would love to hear from someone as to my less-than-desirable experience. Seeking a refund or meal replacement. Thanks!

The new cinnamon sticks you’re serving SUCK!. I take my 85 year old mother to Cicis every Monday, because she loves cinnamon rolls. We are now going to find somewhere else to spend our money, and if they don’t have cinnamon rolls, we’ll stop at Taco Bell and have their Cinnamon Delights. Why would you ruin a good thing? You’re already so cheap you won’t provide trays, or bus people to clean tables. I’ve had enough. Bye Felicia.

We ate at the Cici’s at Fort Oglethorpe, GA on a Sunday afternoon. Food actually wasn’t too bad, but my complaint is that the restaurant was very dirty. The tables weren’t wiped quickly and thoroughly. The floor was very dirty, as were the windows and the bottom of the tables. My foot practically stuck to the bottom of the table leg. It was nasty. Please please please don’t just ignore the negative comments you are receiving. Please clean up your restaurants. Thank you for listening and I hope you will respond

Poor customer service experience never received call back promised several times within a month span, employees refuse to get a manager on the phone. Had problems with getting the code after completing the survey online following all instructions. I still have the receipt and called customer service which was some guy in Canada who says we will call you back which I new he was lying so I asked for a manager who happens to be not “there”. Waiting a week with no response I called corporate who answered this is human resources and transferred me to an answering machine to which another week went by with no call back as promised. Yesterday I called and the agent refused to get a manager was playing around said there are no managers only Supervisor which he refused to put on the phone.

-Nasty building, walls and floors. Buffet is a joke. Noting but very dried out pizza and no variety.
-Manager and staff are rude and obviously bothered by the customers.
-Manager stacked the chairs on all the tables next to us then stared at us until we left.
-CicCi does not offer a Senior Discount. Do you not understand how many grandparents bring their grandchildren to your restaurants?
In the past you had a really great chain of restaurants but that is no longer true. Ive been in the Palestine, Texas location and they had picket buckets sitting on the floor catching water leaking from the roof.
Very sad!!!

Yesterday 10/30/2018 at the Cicis pizza in Longview, Tx at the Judson rd location there was a cicis pizza MANAGER trying to fight a customer and cussing in front of the ENTIRE restaurant while children were in the building. Now I’m not sure how that is even acceptable. But I know one thing I speak for myself and others who witnessed that disturbing behavior we will NEVER in LIFE come back to a cicis pizza restaurant if that’s how your workers are acting. How UNPROFESSIONAL and EMBARRASSING for your company. By the way there’s a video of the embarrassing act of your employee floating all over Facebook if you want proof of what happened.

Visited CiCi’s in Gatlinburg , Tennessee. Very disappointed with pizzas on buffet. Not one pizza was hot or fresh. We were there for one hour and a half not one hot pizza was put out in that length of time. We watched the employee turn pizza pans and put out a few pieces at a time, leaving old pizza to the front. The dining room, doors, windows, and outside of front door needed a lot of attention. A female employee was setting at table eating. A male employee came to her table and rested his arms on the table and she kissed him all the way down his arm. That doesn’t look very professional or either employee. I took pictures and would be glad to share. I have eaten at CiCis pizzas in many areas but this was terrible. I was very embarrassed that my wife and I had taken my sister and her husband there. This restaurant needs to be closed and cleaned up I didn’t see their health inspection. Guess I should have checked that out first. We will never visit this restaurant again. I won’t mention the manager’s name, but the sign at the front door said Proudly managed by and his name. He needs to take a look around. I am not one to complain but I feel like this needs to be addressed.

We are retired citizens (my wife and I) on a fixed income and go to CICIs 2 – 3 times a week because we like the price and the food. Today, Sunday after church we went there (Madison/Goodlettesville, TN) and I placed a special pizza order at 12:50PM. We set there and waited and they were not busy, The pizza maker person was just standing around. I seen my ticket still on the hanger. I finally went over and asked if my pizza was being made. They said it will be made in about 5 more minutes. This was 20 minutes of waiting. I spoke with the manager (Tish) and she just said she was sorry and went away. I waited and waited and finally at 1:20, 30 minutes later my pizza was made. I then was ready to go. The manager (Tish) didn’t offer me anything as far as a free meal next time or anything. She just said I’m sorry. She don’t know me so sorry mean’t nothing to her. This is not the way to do business with your customers. I usually don’t complain just let it slide but this really got to me. Please don’;t disregard this complaint. my email address is rbasham125@ gmail.com if you could contact me. Thanks. Randy

CiCi’s Pizza in Florence, Al… Used to be an alright place to take my kids to eat, the last 3 trips there most definitely weren’t alright. EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS FILTHY AND COVERED WITH FOOD, THE FLOOR STAYS NASTY WITH TRASH AND FALLEN FOOD, THE BUFFET NEVER HAS MORE THAN 3-4 PIZZAS OUT AT A TIME, YOU HAVE TO SQUINT TO SEE ANY CHEESE ON THE PIZZA, THE EMPLOYEES (all 6 of them were children and there seems to be no adult supervising or leading them, ever) JUST PACED THE FLOOR BEHIND THE COUNTER LIKE THERE WAS NOTHING TO DO…HELLOOOO COOK SOME PIZZAS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE PAID TO EAT AND CLEAN THE FLIPPIN FLOORS!!! Will NOT be back. This complaint is just one of many for this location since being taken over by corporate. My Facebook newsfeed is flooded with them recently. Went to Cici’s on 12/5/17 with two children. After we paid regular price for the children we notice advertisements on each table that clearly say kids eat for 99cents on Tuesday. The cashier never mention this and there are no sign/advertisements on or near the register. We ask to speak to a manager who tell us, “There was nothing she could do because we didn’t say anything before we paid.” How when it clearly isn’t advertised anywhere but on the table after you pay! This is false advertisement!!

Jose Ramirez is an a-hole who needs to take management and customer service classes. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers and talks in an arrogant way which makes the customer get rude too. All that could be avoided if he learned customer service skills. You’re a f-ing manager so act like one but he’d rather fight over a $20 pizza to prove a point because he’s a manager. I should have bought a pizza and shoved it in his face. Cicis if you can’t find good people to represent your company, invest in training people who are not so arrogant and can at least talk properly. Managers are supposed to know how to keep a situation calm not instigate it or make it worse like Jose does. He’s lucky if he doesn’t get his a** beat one of these days for talking stupid to the wrong person.

I fell in the store due to grease on the floor.
Husband and i went to eat and the cici’s in denton, tx. It was about 7pm. After getting a plate i was on my way to get some cinnamon rolls when i slipped and fell down from a greasy spot on the floor. My husband and a woman with a cart of dishes came to help me up. I said i fell from stepping on that spot, she said ‘i’m sorry’ and then walked back to her cart to adjust the dishes.
When i was at the food bar i saw the manager in back and told her i fell, and she said where? she came out to the floor and saw the spot, the busser came rushing over and wiped it up as she watched. I said i fell and now my back hurts and i twisted my ankle a little bit. She said ‘i’m sorry’.. By then the lady that had the cart started bad mouthing me and in an angry tone of voice she yelled ‘i said i was sorry, what more do you want?’ among other things in spanish (i am an american, i speak english!)
when i looked at the manager standing there between us, i asked her why she was allowing that woman to talk to a customer like that, she just shrugged and walked away, back to the back and into the kitchen.
For sunday and most of today, my back has hurt me, and my ankle was a bit swollen. But it’s mostly the terrible management and the way the employee was allowed to bad mouth a customer who had just fallen at their fault that was shocking to me.
I want to know what the process is when one falls and is injured in your cici’s.. So if it ever happens again (if i ever bother to eat there again).. I know what to do..Especially now that i know you have no decent management there to take care of emergencies. I do not have the money to take myself to the emergency room and pay hundreds of dollars when your restaurant is at fault. Wish it would not have to be taken to court, but i guess i would get a lot more money that way.. Do you even care? looking forward to hearing back from someone who is in a real management position and a responsible, reasonable person with authority on this matter. Thank you, ellen feltz, lnmfeltz at gmail.Com

My son works at the location in Morresville, NC. The GM there is atrocious! He verbally assaults the employees and I have witnessed him sexually harass some of the young women (high school age) that work in this location. My son has become increasingly upset by the way the store is run and as of today was sent home because his GM did not care for an answer that was given. The food quality, if you can call it quality, is less than that of garbage food. The employees are treated as second class citizens and are working non-stop hours [4 open-close shifts in a row] without any assistance from management or owners. I have tried contacting the corporate office, but get thrown back to the local store. This needs to be addressed by someone, anyone out of TX. Labor Board has been contacted as well as the BBB.
I have run restaurants for over 20 years and I have never seen such ineptitude in my life!

Not only have I been a customer, but I have a minor family member who Is an employee of CiCi’s Pizza on Germantown Parkway in Cordova, Tennessee. The managers in this location are verbally abusive to the employees, yelling at & cussing them. Most of whom are minor children in high school. My child, a 17 tear old was told by her superior to “shut the f@!k up”, among other things. These kids are told to run errands for the managers pick up cigarettes, etc., not to mention abuse the time clock, Racking up overtime pay when they aren’t even there. Someone seriously needs to Check-In to this establishment.

I am a school bus driver in Wichita Falls, TX.
today, 5/16/17 I and my partner brought 100 kids to the CI CI’ s in Southwestern Pkwy. I did not bring anything for my lunch because I was here with a group once prior to this day and the store was kind enough to give me a complimentary buffet. Today, however no. They would not. You folks need to get it together. I went with out lunch thanks to your store here. I will find another place to eat and will discourage friends from coming here.
Good Day

I was on a American Airlines flight sat next to one of your regional managers she was talking to a woman next to her saying she would take her family to one of your restaurants because of the type of people that eat there. She then went on to say she lived in Richmond VA. Said she liked it because it was liberal and all the backwards people lived out of town and how she lived in Austin TX and stayed close to town because TX is full of backwards thinking people. I finally asked them to talk about something else because I’m not liberal and found her conversation disrespectful! I hope your company doesn’t share her thought on everyone who’s not liberal is backwards and needs to be dismissed! Stop the hate!

My husband and I eat at cici at least once a week. we visit the murfreesboro, tn location. the service there is exceptional and the manager greg is fantastic. He remembers our special requests for certain pizza week to week. We have been very satisfied with cici pizza and the cinnamon rolls have been second to none, till a few weeks ago. I asked Greg if any thing had changed with them and he said they changed the dough packets. That was a horrendous mistake. They taste of a chemical. I have stopped eating them all together. I have been a caterer, resturant owner, and a baker. I employ you to change that packet back, I would even urge you to recall and send the packets back to where you got them. It is my opinion that they are terrible. I have stopped eating them altogether.
very disappointed

Horrible management staff at the location in Clearwater, FL. My daughter works there and they treat their employees without any respect whatsoever. They need training on how to treat people and run a business, especially Mary. My daughter is under 18 and I should sue for unfair labor practices.

Texas City, TX location – Sitting in the dining room while writing this review. It’s been a while since I’ve been here, but probably won’t be back. This restaurant has been going downhill for quite some time. Employees are constantly taking money from new diners coming in, although they have no food on the buffet to offer diners already in the restaurant. People are standing at the buffet counter waiting for food to be cooked. We ordered a personal pizza and it came to us cold. There aren’t many places to sit, because quite a few tables are dirty. There’s no one on the floor cleaning. In the time we’ve been here, we’ve seen maybe 4 or 5 pizzas go out on the buffet. The rest are going into boxes for takeout orders. We pretty much just spent $18. on salad.

I just went to Cicis at 7763 W Irlo Bronson Memorial HWY, Kissimmee FL for Dinner 2/4/2017 and the lady that has a “Manager” Position went straight to my table because when I paid I bought 2 drinks and the guy at the register gave me a smaller cup and DID NOT STATED it was for water only I thought it was a kids drink so I put Fruit Punch in it. So, she got to my table and started YELLING at me and said: “Ma’am that clear cup is for water so if you want a drink you have to actually PAY for it, TOOK the drink from my 5 year old daughter and threw it in the garbage. I think you as a corporate office need to train your employees on how to treat customers. In that moment I got ready to leave didnt even finish my food because I was so embarrassed. I am a Professional Business woman and there is no need for a manager to be that disrespectful to the Customers. E
This has been such an Horrible experience being our first time in this establishment. For the record I went and paid for the drink she literally took away from my daughters
hand and she said that she wasnt going to charge me for it. So, my question is what was the need for her actions? For the scene she made on front of everybody because that place unfortunately was packed!!! if she didnt want to get my money? Because I am Spanish? Maybe ?
Please make sure this is addressed the correct way this cant happen anymore. Take a drink from a 5 year old and throw it in the garbage its not a good thing. She could have come quietly and let me know.
Thanks and I will not come back to this place EVER!!!!!

This cici’s pizza is HORRIBLY DISGUSTING. The floors are greasy NO CLEAN TABLES i my self had to get napkins and germ x a clean a table my hands got all sticky pulling out our chairs my flip flop litterly got stuck to the floor . the pizza bar was empty and the noodles that were left were all stuck to the side and crusted up we asked for new ones and the manager said ok they will be right out we waited 30mins then asked again he said the same thing once again lets just say my children never got their noodles at ALL my husband got maybe 3 slices of pizza and I had 2 my children had one each due to no PIZZA WE PAID$28.06. When we could of gone to pizza hut for that price . and no it wasnt packed or rush hr…This time and last time and had the same experience we thought the first time surely it was just a bad day for them but no then we go to the bathroom. Their is poop all over the womens toilet and period on the other other one so no clean toilets ! and NO SOAP … SO HOW DO THE EMPLOYEES WASH THEIR HANDS! We caught the man pressing the dough on his cell phone then goes back on touching the dough… We asked for brownies and cinnamon rolls they said they didnt set any dough to rise this morning so they dont have any to severe! All they had was old apple pie pizza and the other dessert pizza that was also old .And they all had potty mouths on them in frount of my children! The windows were so filthy i will be making a report to the health department of lake jackson because this has gone on way to long … You all should do something about this ! Maybe up the pay or something because non of them are motivated to work and im sure the pay rate is the reason why ! It makes me want to go and just help them but my husband said no they work here you dont !?we will not go back there again and ive talked to several people at church and family and they all say the same thing . which is real sad since yalls pizza is really good when its made right and out on the bar. And the last weekend we came they were open at 12pm and then had to close the restaurant til 4:30. Because it was so dirty they had no plates to serve on or tables clean . which they thought was funny then . its out of control there !

We live in Odessa,TX. We came to the only Cici’s pizza in Odessa Halloween night. We have been here many times before, and two weeks before Halloween, there was a sign posted that on Halloween night, ALL children 10 and under would eat for free. We don’t celebrate Halloween, for spiritual beliefs. But being a mom of two small children, I decided that this year instead of just staying home, we could go out as a family to one of our favorite places. When we got there, the cashier was very rude to us and told us that our children couldn’t eat for free because they were not dressed in a costume. We showed her the sign, and the sign did not say that children need to be dressed in a costume. She rolled her eyes at us, turned around and got her superior. Then that woman gave us attitude, made us feel very discriminated, and made my daughter cry. It was a horrible experience. I will never go back there.

To whom it may concern,
About three to four years ago there was a CiCi’s in Cranberry Twp Pennsylvania. This location was about 30 min from my house and easy to get to. My now husband and I used to go and loved the food. The place was always busy. One day we went to get some great food and realized that it was closed. We were like WHAT?!?!?!? We have tried to find another location close to home but the closest is near 2 to 2.5 hours away. We now have a 15 month old son and can not travel that far to eat. I don not understand why this location was closed.
When you read about the history it says they now have over 600 locations. I find that a joke. Are these locations in the same cities just 5 min apart???? Because from what I am reading they must be because a lot of people do not have a Cici’s near them. How do you actually make any business?? I am an assistant manager in retail and I do not understand your concept. You would think that you would want those locations that you closed opened so you cold make money. BUT NO you closed them. How are you a profitable company???? Do People actually drive 2 to 3 hours to eat at your locations?? I know I will not be.
Yet you advertise on television about your food. Once again I feel like a broken record WE DO NO HAVE A RESTAURANT IN THIS AREA. WHY ARE YOU ADVERTISING?!?!?!?!? If your are going to advertise you need to put a location here near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. If you are not going to get us a location here, STOP ADVERTISING!!! It’s like teasing a child with candy and not giving them the end result, the piece of candy. That would also be like me saying to you would you like a raise, you plan on that raise and what you are going to spend the money on, then I decide to not give you the raise and say too bad. I’m sure you would not like this. And I can assure you that I am not the only DISAPPOINTED customer that you have due to lack of locations.

I will not step foot in the indianapolis southside store again. Numerous XXXXroaches and overheard employees talking about mold in the prep area. Also employees overheard talking about numerous employees quitting in the last several days due to filth and new manager not caring about the employees. The tables were not being cleaned. The food did not even look appitizing. I would say very little attention was paid to what was being put on the pizzas. Cheese pizza had things other than cheese. Hello,
I just wanted to suggest you get another CiCI’s pizza near where it was on West 86th St in Indianapolis Indiana. I went to the location when you first opened and many times afterwards. Sure sometimes there were issues but overall it was pretty good. Could not believed you closed this location because there seemed to be people in there all the time. Biggest problem I saw was poor Management and cleanliness. The current location in the Indianapolis area is just inconvenient and rarely ever go to that part of INDY.

Me and my girlfriend and our daughter recently ate at the CiCI’s in Hickory, NC. It was a bad experience from the start. We stood in line at the cash register for nearly 10 minutes to be able to pay and get seated. The girl who finally came to the register should not be working with the public, I almost turned around and left. I’ve eaten at this location several times and have always had a great experience. I asked the manager if they still say “Welcome to CiCI’s”. He said yes, that he had been screaming it the whole time. It was a total LIE, I have very good hearing, and there was NO employees welcoming customers into the restaurant. I doubt I’ll ever eat at CiCI’s again, because it was just a horrible experience. We weren’t the only ones complaining.

We were in town for the AAU Volleyball Nationals and stopped at the Cicis on International Dr. in Orlando. We arrived at 9:20 and were told we couldn’t sit in a particular section because it was closed. However ALL other tables were either full or dirty. So I told her I’m sorry but there was no place else to sit. She in reply said I’m sorry but this area is closed. I said I’m sorry but there is no place else to sit. The unsweetened tea was empty and they refused to make more. The Sprite and Coke were also out of order and they had no straws. They locked the doors at 9:45 even though they did not close until 10:00. There was a line of approx 15 people that were told they could not eat there unless they had carry out! The Alfredo and noodles were then taken out of the heaters and put out front of the bar so they could clean them early. No one ever came and removed dirty plates from our table. The manager and employees were VERY rude! They were clearly more worried about getting out before 10 pm.

My husband & I visited CiCi’s in College Station next to Hobby Lobby. When we went in there was no one @ the counter to greet us for several mins & finally someone showed up to take our order. The man that took our money didn’t offer us our receipt, wadded it up & threw it away. After we got our pizza, which was a very small selection, salad & drinks we went to find a clean booth. All the booths where we wish to sit due to my disability were not cleaned off. We finally were able to get someone behind the counter to get someone to come & clean some booths. I don’t understand what the problem was because they were not that busy, plus they should monitor the temp of their food. Then I proceeded to eat my pizza it seemed like it was room temp & my husband commented on that as well. My salad was good but the pizza kinda took my appetite away. I ordered a pineapple/ham flatbread so I could have something hot and I ate 1 slice & couldn’t eat anymore because I no longer had an appetite. My husband normally eats between 8-12 slices & a salad & I eat 3-4 slices w/a salad. We have never had a bad meal @ this CiCi’s. But this night was different. I went to try to find the mgr & was unable to locate him. While I was waiting on my husband to return from the restroom, I thought I might get an ice cream & I noticed the lid was open & when I looked inside there was some kind of a vacuum crevice tool inside. I took it out & closed the lid and found someone to give the tool to. We were there from around 7:45pm to 8:30pm on Wed. 5/25/16. I couldn’t wait any longer, so we left. I never got to speak to the mgr on duty. I figured I would call the mgr later that night. I didn’t call back that night cause I went to bed when we got home after taking my meds.
I finally called back during their least busiest time on 5/31 & I spoke to someone named RICK. He was very RUDE to me & asked why I didn’t tell someone about my complaint sooner,( I’m not on their schedule), & that Mgrs go to different stores & I could call the home office regarding my complaint. I have called the home office earlier today 6/1 & left a msg for someone to call me back. In a nut shell, we didn’t get our money’s worth. IT WAS A BUST ALL AROUND. Not sure when we will go back or if we will.

My family and I visited the Cicis on S East Street in Indianapolis, IN on April 16,2016 and we will never return and I don’t suggest anyone else in the area visit either. This place needs to be shut down. As soon as you walk through the door you are hit with an odor of wet towels. This immediately turned my stomach- however not my two boys that had just finished a t ball game and were “starving”.
Finding a table that was not sticky to the touch or one that didn’t have spills underneath was nearly impossible. The floors were extremely slick and I witnessed a few people almost fall. The salad was BROWN, and when i notified the worker she proceeded to put the “new” salad on TOP of the BROWN salad instead of cleaning it out. The “new” salad was still very discolored. One of my boys had a plate full of noodles, came to sit down and was in disgust with his first bite. His noodles were still hard, they were not cooked fully. At this point he was finished also. My other child enjoyed his pep pizza. I ha to hold my baby in my arms BC i saw that the highchairs had not been cleaned after use and the only ones i could find were filthy. The final straw was when the waitress parked her cart full of old food and dirty water next to our table while it was very visible that we were NOT finished. At that point it was time to go and we left- without finishing a meal. This experience was a TOTAL waste of time AND money and we will not be back.
*** I have sent in a complaint via email and have yet to receive a reply from anyone.

We have a son that has life-threatening allergies to peanuts and tree nuts. We are thrilled with the updates to your website where it looks like CiCis might be a go to place for us once again. Do any of your food labels say may contain peanuts and/or tree nuts? Are your ingredient statements still current? I believe the last update was November. Furthermore, I believe our CiCis in Wichita, KS has sunflower seeds on their salad bar. Are these sunflower seeds also free of peanuts and tree nuts? Thank you for your time and assistance.

Store 780 in The Colony, Texas
On 3/20/16 I took my two sons to this CiCis. This was not our first time here nor the first time we had the following experience but might be our last time to CiCis.
On this date only 3 employees were working but only one was actually working making pizza. This one employee seemed to be cashier too because one employee was hiding behind the oven texting on his phone. The third, I suppose was hiding in the kitchen.
Most of the pizza trays were empty and when new pizza came out, it was one at a time and it went fast. There were no forks to found anywhere. 2 drink spills were on the floor and didn’t get cleaned while I was there. Plates were overflowing the deposit bins.
As I said earlier, this type of service or lack of has happen before at this CiCis.

Very unhappy with my LONGVIEW Texas experience. I am hating the new CICI’S way and have really quit going this past year. If I ever do go it’s usually to order a large pizza to go just because the Alfredo pizza I eat is no longer available on the buffet. Yes I know you can vet it in a small ( I hate those) so I just quit dining in. I decided today to dine in and this time I didn’t see not 1 of my favorites on the bar. I WILL NOT order 1 of those small doughy pizzas so I got a refund for me and my family. I will NEVER support Cici’s again. They quit making the customer happy and only want u to choose from their popular opinion pizzas. So no more togo orders either! I AM DONE!

Tonight I took the family to the cicis pizza on E. Va Beach Blvd. In Norfolk Virginia. We were so disgusted we left. We stood in line for 20 mins. It’s understandable being busy on a Saturday. However….We had one family in front of us and like 10 or more behind us. The manager walked away from the register and disappeared into the back. The family in front of us finally yelled at a worker and said can someone please come ring us up. Finally the manager comes back out of the back and rung the family up. I took my children over to a table to wait for my husband to pay so we could eat. I could see that the families behind us in line were now in front of the register and my husband was off to the side. I went to go see what was wrong I heard the manager tell the woman she could take her family and leave. I asked my husband what’s going on and he said the manager just skipped over him and started fussing with the lady. I went to the counter and said excuse me but we were next in line and we just want to pay for our meal. The guy said we will serve everyone when we are ready. You just have to wait. I asked for his bosses number and name and he asked me to leave. We left with no names no numbers and no dinner. I told them I was going to take a picture beings they didn’t want to give there names and they posed for the picture. So that leaves me here. For some reason I can’t email straight to cooperate. Errrrr what a night

Mind you we had paid them almost $50 and we were given 2 pizza that too not right order . I tell her to make another pizza and she again knowingly or unknowingly I don’t know but makes same kind of pizza . I had told her that I just want green pepper onion and jelopeneo . Now I am asking them that I want the customer service number and the person In charge tells me she does not know .Suddenly I happen to get a phone telling me I am talking to Jose who is the GM of the store he tells me they will make me the pizza and guess what they bring me personal pizza for 7 people to eat and they give me a large pizza to go for free but still walked out hungry Sloppy Employees they are not trained neither the senior people are trained to handle the situation . The closest Cici’s to us is the one in Atascocita #118 and we thought about giving them another chance. Oh boy we were mistaken. To start off with, there’s hardly any pizza ever at the buffet, no matter what time of day it is. The drink station is always wet, and trash all over. The thing that really grossed me out was when the guy poured new pasta into the pan and didn’t bother to move the serving spoon. The spoon got completely covered underneath the pasta. We will not be visiting this location anymore. I am not risking my children’s health.

My husband and I went to CiCi’s store #830 on 12/30/15 for dinner. We paid the girl and then I went up and ordered a pizza, half plain and half with sausage and mushrooms to split with my husband. We were expecting a decent size pizza. Instead we receive a small, child’s portion, pizza with 6 slices. If I wanted six slices I would have gone to the counter and gotten 3 for him and 3 for me. I am appalled by what you are serving. WE WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN DINE IN ANY CICI’S. You have a hell of a nerve serving grown people child size servings.

My family and I are from the Sanford area and have been to the cicis in Sanford numerous times and it was clean well lit, and friendly staff and the pizza was decent. We recently relocated to deltona and decided to go to the one at the address above. The worst experience I’ve ever had. First the cashier taking the order has her long stringy hair , and no smiles just taking I order, I didn’t want pizza so ordered the 5 wings for 3.99. My husband and daughter got the adult buffet and 2 drinks, and since your red plastic glasses didn’t look clean, we asked for two 2 go cups instead and on top of the $1.72 they charged for per drink, they charged us an additional $.53 for the cups. So moving right along, my husband and daughter go to the buffet to get pizza while I’m sitting at the table with my number so they know where to deliver the wings I ordered. My family came back to the table with these old looking slices of pizza and hard bread sticks, and I continued to wait for my wings. 20 mins later my husband gets up to ask what’s taking the wings so long, to which the little tween snit behind the counter, once again disrespectfully, telling him it will be a few mins. So when he comes to tell me this, I’ve had just about enough. I got up and went to the counter to just get refunded for the wings, and I see an older lady just getting ready to fix my order, as they hadn’t even started my wings yet, and caught this woman sticking her nasty bare, ungloved hands, pulling some already cooked wings out of a plastic bin to put in the oven for me. I lost my mind. Than as I look, I see staff handling wet rags used for wiping down things and than going to handle food. I’m sorry but this is not the way to run any type of eatery. The lamp hanging over our table lightbulb was blown out , as it was at 4 other tables. Your manager their was of Mexican decent, as was a lot of his staff, probably hiring family members, I don’t really know, but he was very disrespectful as well when I demanded my money back. With pizza and drinks and wings and the additional charges for the 2 go cups we spent well over $20.00 in this place, and it was the worse. I will be reaching out to corporate today, to file a formal complaint.

This is so unsanitary and violates anything regarding health codes

I ordered a pizza over the phone the lady did not take my phone number and told me it would be 15 minutes. I drove all the way to cc and when I get there the lady told me they didn’t have The ingredients for the pizza. They did not offer me a different pizza and they could not call me back to tell me this because they didn’t take my phone number. I let that go without saying anything or calling anyone. Then two weeks later I called them up and make sure they have the ingredients this time to make the pizza. They said yes but didn’t take my phone number. When I got there after the 15 minutes she said it would take to make it they still hadn’t started on making the my pizza yet. I asked her for some marinara sauce to go with it and she said they would have to charge me $.50 for a small cup. They have never done this before. Then while I’m waiting a lady walks in and picks up her order because it is ready ….as soon as she walks in. She asked for extra sauce and the same lady gave her sauce without charging her for it. I got my pizza and asked for a complaint hotline number and she told me it was somewhere on the receipt. Incredible service I would definitely go back.

As a 3rd generation Veteran and proud American I and discussed that such an establishment is open and operating in this country. Not only were the conditions unsanitary and the employees inept and rude but I am sure the majority were undoXXXXented/ILLEGAL.
I have also been trying for 4 days to contact a “Mike” at the corporate # I got from this site….waste of time because this guy is a joke….after 4 days of calling and leaving messages…..you got it…..NO REPLY! How does this company survive…I guess feeding all the illegals cause they don’t care or don’t have the standards set by the great men and women who made this nation strong. So in my eyes this company is TRASH.
I PROMISE TO SPEND EVERY SPARE MOMENT TO SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN. My fraternity set up a fundraiser at the CiCi’s on Loop 288 in Denton. After arriving we were told that the store had undergone new management, and that the fundraising agreement we had come to before was now null. So we decide to just take recipt donations, and have 10% donated from all the receipts collected. As long as there was no in store soliciting. At the end of the night we had over 70 to 80 receipts only 10 of them counted to be donated?! I’m beyond upset at how unprofessional the management was at this store. For you to let us collect receipts all night, but deny us the fruits of our hard earned labor baffles me. There was literally a stack that couldn’t be used because the cashier didnt use the “fundraiser button”. Needless to say CiCi’s will be a last resort for our fundraisers which brought almost 50 customers to your store on a dead Monday night ! Not very happy about the situation at all and will be informing ALL OF GREEK LIFE at UNT to beware when doing a fundraiser here. You’re liable to be deceived and be taken advantage of. Such a disgrace…

I was quite frustrated with the Cicis in Frisco on October 10, 2015 at the noon meal. I had purchased a coupon from McKinney North High School for free drink with an adult buffet.
Since the Frisco store is just barely into Frisco (basically on the McKinney/Frisco line) , I was told that the coupon would be honored at the Frisco Store as well as the McKinney store.
The Frisco store manager, Mr. Roger Oliva informed me that the Frisco store would not honor the coupon. I told Mr. Oliva that I was sorry to hear that because both my family and my olderst son’s family (who also lives in McKInney) would be going to the McKinney store then and did he want to rethink his position. (We go to the Frisco Store at least once a week).. He said he could not do that.
I find that most unfortunate in two ways: 1. Mr. Oliva’s store will lose a lot of repeat business that we would love to give him if he would honor the coupon and 2) my family prefers the Frisco Store, and now we will not go there for at least the next year (until my coupon runs out!!)
So, I believe Cicis ought to rethink at least that part of their marketing plan. It is always best to keep the customer happy!!!

We just had the misfortune of dining at the 315 Sawdust Location in Spring, TX and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The overall state of the restaurant was disgusting, the kitchen was filthy (surfaces all covered in grime) the buffet was equally disgusting. Old, cold pizza. Wilted salad, old veggies, salad dressings were caked with grime at the dispensing opening. The tables hadn’t been cleared in who knows how long, the floors were SO GROSS!!!! Dirt and food cakes into the grout. So how was the food, you ask? There was no cheese pizza at all on the buffet, and only 3 other kinds that had been there for awhile. We finally got cheese pizza after a 15 minute wait. Staff was rude and unfriendly. You need to get someone down from corporate there to straighten things out. It’s a MESS. Sadly, it was Spirit Night for a local school. You would think for a fundraiser they would have staffed up and cleaned the restaurant. Just can’t comprehend how a store could be run that way.

Our family visited store #40 on Friday, October 8th in Waco, Texas. Service was horrible, store was filthy. There were 36 guests and a half of one pizza out. Salad bar was gross, as well as the dishes were dirty. We left without eating or getting our money back.

I took my daughter and her friend to eat at the Jonesboro Ar Cicis and the food was cold and the cutlery was gross. They all had food on them and we had to wash them so we could eat. The salad dressing bottles were caked up at the top looks like they haven’t been changed in weeks and tasted it too.

Just got back from Lynnhaven North Shopping Center, 2720 N Mall Dr #192, Virginia Beach, VA
It was unhealthy, employee’s were touching floors, doors, and then the food without gloves or washing their hands. A pizza was dropped on the floor, then served to us customers. CHOP ALLEN (manager) told us to hold on a second then didn’t help us for ten minutes and ignored several other possible customers after. He took cash from one couple then touched the food without washing his hands. HE TOO WAS FAILING in my opinion. DO NOT EAT HERE. I have pictures of pizza’s on the floor, pizza being left out under the bar, employee’s failing to comply with Food Ethics(and the law).
The pictures I have don’t show all the Nasty in this Establishment. AFTER I COMPLAINED, THE MANAGER DIDN’T TRY TO CORRECT THE EMPLOYEE’S and he continued his poor ethical decisions. Please try to fix this store

Wow, I was looking where to leave a complaint about your restaurant in Florence SC, but I can see you have an entire page about the service you get at your restaurant, so you already know how bad it is. The employees were arguing with the manager about making tea, I came in with my family of 7 and heard the emoloyees yell awe sh’t. I guess be it was 8 and they were hoping to leave early. The bus boys were waving a broom in the air around us while we ate. I was going to complain to the manager but she was young and already hard her hands full with a staff that seemed uncooperative.

Came to eat at your Sherman, Tx. location and one of the dressings wasn’t filled just sitting on the other side of the salad table. Forks weren’t even out for use, just spoons. After my husband went back for 2nds all pizzas were gone and when I went back no desserts. The manager sat behind the register for at least half way through our meal. No deligation of authority anywhere! Don’t know what number store this is but it sits on Grande and Texoma Pkwy.

Kat is the name I was given by the manager on duty and it the same woman every time I come and have these problems thanks to the night time she came in and got the buffet up its 5:30 and I just received my zesty ham and cheddar. You need more leaders like that because poor business is never good I will not be returning during the day ANY MORE.

On Sunday July 26th, my party of 5 patronized the Cici’s Pizza establishment in Rochester, Minnesota: the one on Broadway. During our visit, first off I was burned by the water in the men’s restroom while washing my hands. Every time a toilet or Urinal was flushed, the cold water cut off, and scalding hot water came out of the faucet, burning my hands and wrists to the point that they were very sore and red. I informed the cashier gal who stated she would let the manager know. The manager never came to speak to me or to let me know that the situation was being remedied. Also, there was absolutely NO supervision over the buffet, and many young children were going up to the buffet unsupervised, touching the food with their hands and contaminating the food. It was a terrible dining experience. I requested to speak to the manager who came from the back of the establishment, wearing no name tag or offering any form of identification. I proceeded to express my concerns and voiced my dissatisfaction with the events of the evening. He states that they would maybe post a notice in the restroom about the hot water, and as far as the children and the buffett, there wasn’t much that could be done about it. The food was not removed and replaced that I personally viewed children handling with their hands and dirty, used plates. This is against health code regulations, and is very poor food service practice. Please reply with a resolution to thsee issues. I would request that this manager who was working from 7pm- until our leaving time of 8:30pm be addressed regarding these issues and the appropriate management approach to resolution of customer concerns. Thank you for your attention to these matters and for addressing the concerns stated in this communication.

Hello, I am a current employee at one of your eating establishments and I’m currently trying to work to eventually get an assistant manager position. I have reviewed your Appearance standards for the cicis hand book #502, and it seems to be outdated. There is noting confronting the appearance of tattoos and the appearance of male vs female seems provocative towards the males, causing conflicts in the work place. Looking at other establishments and even Pizza Hut, I feel we can be more acceptant of tattoos and piercings themselves. Thank you for your time.

Went to CiCi’s on Youree Drive in Shreveport. While I was making a salad daughter called me over and said she saw a roach….went over to plates and sure enough there was a roach crawling around the plates. I called the manager / cashier over and told him. He looked, picked the plates up, sat them back down and used a towel to wipe around the buffet. I informed him that the roach had crawled around the plates, he simply looked at me, left and took care of next customer. Once he’d finished, I asked for my money back because I was leaving. He asked me, “you gonna leave because of a roach?” I stated yes and he told me CiCi does not give back money but I could have a free buffet on next visit (and he proceeds to hand me back the coupon I gave him) I told him no, I need my money back and my coupon back. He was about to say no again until I took out my phone. As he gave my money and coupon back, he stated that the roach and other bugs come in through the door opening and closing. He stated that they spray regularly and roaches are in the walls. The more he talked the more sick to my stomach I became!! Will never eat at that CiCi’s again!!

We called 20mins early to order the chocolate dessert pizza to be told they didn’t make those anymore, okay fine so we ordered the cinnamon rolls. We get there and the price has gone up a dollar. Okay fine. My husband gets home with them I open the box and what a waste of time and money! This poor excuse of cinnamon rolls looked 2days old and the 15 that were in the box were as small as my 2year olds palm of her hand! I took a picture and wanted to email corporate but I can not find an email address to do so! We LOVE Cici’s Pizza but this is a huge letdown.

What we don”t understand is why the owner is telling her that she is in the running for the job with another girl and is “NOT” being paid!!! And has “NOT” filled out any type of forms other than an application. Is this common practice for CiCi”s?And what should we do? Would you work 3 going on 4 days without pay?

Terrible Terrible Service ! All the years been coming here , family, friends, school functions and sporting events! We have lived in Calallen all our lives ,,,,, Never again ! I have already informed Arlene regarding the girls and manager with the tattoos blue shirt (can’t remember her name ) all over about her behavior. I was that bi-weekly customer that everyone who worked their knew my name & family and our order right when we came in, not no more !
One evening at 9:30 on a Friday night , after a Calallen baseball game, they told a family of 8, who I know because it’s a small community that the buffet was closed, but the on door says 11 pm & they were already putting up chairs. I informed Arlene that Tuesday during day, how rude they were and how much money they turned away not just with that family. . I told him I would only come when he was there or order for pickup.
Then a few weeks later I had called about ordering class pizzas for the last day of school, Arlene told me no problem , like usual ( after all Arlene just delivered and made 150 pizzas for our 3rd grade class) so i called and i got that same lady manager and she told me no they were to busy. I called back later Arlene said no problem. NOTE I have never had problems with Arlene or the old Enrique.they always go out of they’re way for customers …
SO TODAY AT 545 we went to eat at Cicis , 6 of us. It was that same manager in a blue shirt. The girl at register was supper sweet , that’s the only nice thing I have to say. We arrived ordered a mac and thick pepperoni pizza that they bring to table. After 25 mintues we still hadn’t got our pizzas (keep in mind pickup only takes 15 mintues) I looked and saw a pan on top rack figuring it was the thick pizza . I (along with my son’s 12 yr old friend , not sure what all he heard)?went up to ask about our pizza, i stood waiting for a bit. The (same lady) manager proceeds to tell me they would bring it out when ready, in a very rude wau, I said okay, then the girl with glasses and a cap said Oh its up here already. I said “I thought that one was mine.” I start walking down to soup and the girl with glasses starts talking about me loudly to manager that I was rude and XXXXXXy…and that “it’s like free pizza ” while the mangaer just shock her heard and agreed with her. Keep in Mind I have worked in postions as a manager and in court, with aggressive clients. Never have I ever seen such a disrespect of customer service or bad management. I confronted the young lady , asked if she had a problem, she wouldn’t look at me and said she wasn’t talking about me. I informed her I was right there listening to their conversation. The manager didn’t say a word just said they would bring out the food, rudely. Which the young girl so graciously gave me. Even as I sat down to let my husband know what had happened they still took another 20 minutes to bring the Mac pizza out! But the people next too us , no time at all.
Terrible Terrible customer service and its proven to be a pattern of this behavior. All the years we have gone there have been great but now, this place is now a low class, worthless fast food restaurant. What made it special was the kindness of the people that worked there “welcome to Cicis “. Now it’s just Ghetto. Don’t spend your money here go buy chicken, they are much nicer there. Such a shame but I have had it and I am letting everyone in my community know on all my social medias. BBB, you name it ! The only reason I didn’t say anything sooner is because I didn’t want Arlene to get in to trouble , bad attitudes & sorry 3 times and your out (within a month). I was even told by the cashier last time that the same lady manager wouldn’t let a cancer patient bring in his special drink for after Chemo. Horrible horrible manager needs to be fired !

They could of told us they were going to close because they didnt even have fresh pizza they were old and they ran out of pepperonni pizza. I had to wait 5 minutes and whats worse is that i cant order a special pepperonni pizza if its on the buffet.. so we grabbed like 3 slices and when we came back to get more they were out of pepperonni pizza and they were already shutting the buffet down. Waste of money and waste of time im never going to eat there again.

I don’t appreciate how I was treated and I don’t appreciate how the manager spoke to me and I don’t believe its all corporate responsibility to make their customers happy I also believe that is also the managers responsibility to make all their customers happy ever since this store has change management I have not like going in there…..

We go to Cici’s (Store# 846) every Friday to dine-in for several years. This is a routine that we do because my wife and son love pizza.
Usually my experience is good except yesterday. While I was getting something from the buffet, my wife made the mistake to get a little bit of diet coke in her water cup. When I went back to my table I saw her speaking to one of the employees, but when I get to the table and saw my wife’s face. She was very upset because the employee told her that she will let her get away with the soda this time, next time she will have to pay for it. Once I heard what happened I immediately went to the cashier and paid for the soda, around $2 to the assistant manager.
Obviously I was very upset because the employee spoke to my wife in front of one of the cleaning ladies and other customers, we felt like thieves. I understand what my wife did was wrong because we didn’t pay for that extra soda, but so much trouble for a cup of soda? I don’t think I will return.

I have never left a restaurant because of dust or roaches but in this case enough was enough. I even pull a member of that staff to the side just to point out a roach and he brought another member and the made a big deal over who was going to kill it. Neither one did shockingly enough. The dust and crap anyone can walk in to see. No need to even point it out. It’s that noticeable. I didn’t ask for anything in return. But someone needs to clean it or at least put people that cared. I hopes this reaches someone for its sake, not mine.
Thank you

I visited Cici’s Pizza at 1007 Beaver Creek Commons Drive Apex, NC 27502 today around 3 pm. Just as we were going to leave we noticed dark spots inside the grated Parmesan cheese. We poured the cheese out and cut the balls open and they were green and grey. It was molded cheese. We mentioned and showed the cheese to the manager Edgar, and all he said was it was the workers fault. We are extremely disappointed. We all used that cheese and nothing was done to fix the issue. We did see him tell the workers to fix it, but all he did was pick up the tray with the cheese and look at it. He placed it back out for people to use. I am so FUSTRATED. What can be done about this I also have pictures….

Last night me and my friends went to the Murphy, TX location at 10:20, this cicis location is open until 11. When we walked in the had already taken down the buffet and we’re cleaning the store. They told us that we couldn’t eat buffet but we can buy individual pizzas. When we asked if it was a hassle for them the lady at the front proceeded to tell us it was a hassle but there was another man that just walked in and they had to make his pizzas too so it was whatever. Then we asked of we could eat the pizza there after it was made and she hesitated and said that they were trying to shut the store down. Not only did they close everything down early and told us we were bothering them by being there, but they had three CHILDREN cleaning up. Wiping down tables and the buffet area also vacuuming and stacking up plates. Maybe 7,8 and 11. What kind of company allows children to clean up their store? We took pictures of the children cleaning.

Hi, First I want to say that I love Cici’s!! I love it so much I spent about 200 dollars on gift cards for xmas. Yesterday I went to Gainesville Florida to visit my son at university of FL. We rode bikes to the Cici’s pizza in Gainesville only carrying 2 gift cards. When we tried to use them in Gainesville the card reader could not read them and the managerTabitha said she could punch in numbers, something about expiration date. Needless to to say I was frustrated with the situation. If I can’t use them what good are they? We had to ride our bikes 5 miles to get money to go out to lunch! Please make this right for us. It was a terrible experience.

I am at the Lynchburg, VA location. I am on a doctor ordered liquid diet, due to upcoming surgery. I was with a group of 20. I was not allowed to bring in my special protein shake, due to health dept regulations, according to the manager. So, they allowed sippy cups from home with other liquids, they allow formula and baby food for those who are not old enough for pizza. I will no longer waste my money at Cici’s and if we were not with a group, my family would have left and not eaten here. Bad business practices.

My husband and I used to go to CiCis quite a bit. The last 3 times were not a good experience. We always do the 3 strike thing, if you strike out 3 times we NEVER go back. Our location is in Owasso, Ok. They took out the good salad, the pizza buffet got smaller. The last 3 times they only offered like 5 different kinds of pizza and when they would put a new pizza out it was the same kind…NO VARIETY!!! The pizza was cold and VERY GREASY!! My husband literally tipped his pizza upside down and watched the grease drip off. I used 4 napkins to dab the grease off of 1 slice. We were very, very disappointed. We tried to complain to corporate but the CiCis site kept taking us back to home page. I would like to know how to complain to corporate or do I have do complain to the manager of that certain store???

I live in Albany, Ga where there once was a CiCis Pizza. I know some companies go through situations and cause for it to close. I really loved CiCis Pizza and there are several others that would agree. Please consider bringing the business back to Albany, Ga.

On 1/8/15 While on vacation in San Antonio, Tx. We went out for lunch at 1 of your local CiCis. Now let me 1st say this CiCis @ 12822 Interstate 10 Frontage Rd. #201 San Antonio, Tx was a very nice looking, clean & fresh well stocked buffet. What it was lacking is a manager with a customer friendly personally. I was there on the above date with a party of 5 around 1:30pm, I am diabetic so I need to watch my carbohydrate intake so I always order 2 Atkins pizzas in those small pot pie type tins, this is never a problem at any other CiCis I have been to. The manager at this CiCis told me I would be charged extra for the 2nd one so I told him my wife & I both want 1 each he responded with a bit of an attitude & saying “I don’t think we can do that” what a POOR MANAGERIAL decision!!! Today my wide & I had lunch at our local CiCis I Myrtle Beach, Sc I must say it was nice to be back home and to a CiCis Pizza where to manager & her staff are GREAT. I would never recommend or visit that CiCis in San Antonio off Interstate 10 again. Your company has a problem with leadership at that one. I still feel disrespected by that manager.

My daughters and I had the worst experience at your Rosenberg location. The “owner”assumed that my girls didn’t speak Spanish because they are biracial. They went in to the store to ask for permission to put a poster up for Lamar Consolidated High School’s play. The friendly cashier said sure and when my kid asked for tape, the “owner” said don’t give her anything in Spanish( No les des nada!) Talk about shooting my Autistic daughter’s self-esteem down. I called to speak to the manager, and when I was informing the “Manager” of what occurred , he corrected me by saying he was the “owner” and that HE said it! He said that the girls shouldn’t have asked him for tape because they didn’t purchase anything. Maybe not at that time , but the majority of his business comes from the schools in the area. Remember my girls were there supporting the School District not themselves. Never ever spending a dollar there again!! I suggest you guys provide your Franchise owners with some diversity training. By the way the “owner” was Hispanic with a very, very heavy accent.

20th and Garnett Tulsa, Ok. We went there this evening and it’s not like it used to be and it’s nothing like the commercials. All they had for the pizza selection was pepperoni, pepperoni and hamburger, canadian bacon and pineapple, white sauce canadian bacon, pepperoni and jalapeno and buffalo pizzas. They used to have supreme and taco and others. Most of it was old. WE WILL NOT GO BACK! Highly disappointing! ☆1 star! False advertising!

How does anyone get a hold of a real live person? These reviews are crazy and no response to them either. This is ridiculous! I don’t see customer service as a priority for this company at all.

Dear Sirs: The only Cici’s in town now is the Cici’s at Montgomery Ave and San Mateo Blvd NE.in Albuquerque, NM. They were very busy and they were clearly short people because too frequently the pies were short and weren’t refilled as often as they usually were. I asked for a veggie which took awhile. The bathroom was disgusting. Only one of the bathrooms was working and the other was locked so I am assuming it was out of service. I can’t register a survey because the register was not working so I was not even given a receipt. The desserts really need a change as they are the same for the last 6 years. All in all a very disappointing visit to Cici’s Pizza, San Mateo and Montgomery NE, Albuquerque, NM.

After taking my kids truck or treating we decided to take them out to CiCis for dinner. When we went to the Buffett there was only 3 pizzas out for people to pick from. People were starting to come in and yet they still only kept three pizzas on the Buffett line..so I went to get a salad and saw they had many different things for toppings and ended up having to spit my salad out because the beets on the Buffett line were so spoiled they tasted fermented. That was enough for me to just stop eating my salad. So there’s already 3 pizzas on a while Buffett line to pick from and rotten veggies and then no dessert or soup on the buffett line. Families come to this establishment for the BUFFETT so you would think there would be pizzas galore and fresh food. The sauce on my pizza even tasted spoiled. As a manager of this store you should take more action on making sure the customers are getting what they pay for and to make sure your food is fresh and the establishment is clean. Not sure if they were just trying to eliminate more things for them to clean up but customers should always be taken care of. I will never take my family back to this location on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville FL.

took the family out to eat , and they don’t have plates. so they give you Styrofoam plates, but theres dirty plates all over the tables that haven’t been cleared off, Then we ordered specialty pizza to be brought to our table and we never get it because the put it on the buffet but was never announced it was on there or did they attempt to being any slices to the table. ?There was another family there also waiting for their pizza in which they didn’t get also. We told the cooks and they made another one. The pasta was cold and didn’t hardly have any out there- the manager said he was getting some fresh but he never put it out there- I told him why didn’t they have any clean regular plates- he said they were getting them right now- 20 min later they finally put some out but the Styrofoam plates stayed on the counters.- So I was finally tires of seeing all the bad service – I went to ask for corporates #, the girl named Victoria said she didn’t know it so I asked her to get the manager, she did let him know immediately- after 10 min waiting for him to come to the front. he finally came to talk to me in which I asked for the # to corporates office. he went to the back because he didn’t have it. he comes back on his cell phone and writes a local phone # down- I asked him for Corporates main # , he said this is it- I just called my boss to let him know- I told him – no, I need the number of your boss’ boss. he said that all he had- that manager named Adan Sanchez did not follow proper procedures ,He also allowed other guest to eat for free as I stood there waiting for him, because these people came in and asked for him in Spanish- the girl went to go tell him- she came back and told them in Spanish to go ahead . they never paid for anything- I have witnessed this before on other numerous occasion in which the service was bad as well. But this time it was beyond the limit. and I had enough of poor service from this establishment. They need a Manager that knows how to do the JOB and make sure his team is doing the
theirs as well.

We have had a similar horrible experience here in Sugar Land Texas. To be fair, the restaurant used to be good. Beautiful salad bar and clean.
This summer we went 3-4 times and EVERY time there was a huge cleanliness issue. One one trip, roaches. Another, a rag wrapped around a soup tureen. A DIRTY rag people were resting the label on and then putting it back in the soup.
The restrooms are filthy. Even the men in our family complained about theirs and usually they don’t care !
There are very young people cleaning who often leave sticky tables and chunks of food under the tables. We took pictures of that.
Even the cart the kids clean with is filthy. You don’t want to see it while you are eating.
Our local schools order hundreds of pizzas a year from them but there is a group organizing to put a stop to that. At least make the principals aware.
And my neighbor says she reported them to the health department.
The owner of this store should be ashamed.

My family, like most these days, tends to be very busy. We visit cicis in Harrisonburg probably 3 times a month because its enjoyable and we can be in and out quickly. First i would like to say that the manager there with the dark hair, is amazing. She greets every customer coming in and out, shouts out her pizzas, delivers to the table with a smile , stocks the salad bar and keeps it looking fresh. She also runs the front, the pizza line and ive seen her help make pizzas. She is always very pleasant and seemingly enjoys her job. If we walk in and see her working, we immediately know its a good time at cicis.
Now to the bad news. Your other manager there, the shorter blonde lady, not so pleasant and has now ruined our experience there the past three times we have been. I have finally decided to reach out and let you know what is happeneng. 1St visit she was there, my husband asked for a cheesburger pizza after huffing like it was a problem she stated it would be a couple minutes. We visited with two small children so it takes alittle to be settled. To make a long story short we were almost finished with our meal and still no cheesburger pizza. I asked her about it and her response was “oh i forgot, do u still need it?”. I said yes, my husband had been waiting and this really angered her. She went made the pizza and literally threw it on our table, making the pizza slide onto the actual table and never said a word. 2Nd trip, she continually complained on the line about all the people, came out to the lobby to speak to who i assume were her parents, and compained to them how busy it was and why are all these people eating there so early anyway. She was very rude to all the customers, and i even heard a table near us speaking of her attitude as well. Everyone in the store could feel her negativity. 3Rd visit, just this past Sunday was the last straw and maybe our last visit unfortunately. The same manager was on duty so we were already on guard. My first issue was with the front counter girl. I gave her a free buffett coupon (which by the way we were given on a previous take out order due to there mess up with the entire order also on this managers watch) she rang me up and after i paid i said wait, why is it so high, one should have been no charge. She responds with “what? Whats the problem”, i repeated my self, she opens the drawer and basically throws 5$ and some change at me and says here ya go. Then as my family was eating, we watched this manager eating off the line, and continually eat out of a bowl sitting on the pizza counter, of which i took pictures because i was so disgusted(and can provide upon request.). The pizzas were basically all cheese and not kept up. The salad bar was a disaster and her attitude as usual was horrible. Even the people working with her looked miserable. She never says hi, bye , thank you….anything. I have had it with the service this so called manager provides. I do wish i knew her name, but i imagine it wont be hard for you to find that information out. Before we left, the second mangaer, the dark haired one arrived and the atmosphere was changed immediately. She whipped pizzas up and out running circles around the other girl as she was to busy standing in the corner to help.
I felt as if i couldnt possibly be the only person affected in my experiences there in the past month or so, and figured it was time someone spoke out. While we love cicis, watching the manager eat behind the line where my food was being prepared was just almost to much for me. Sorry cicis
One unhappy customer!
