I’ve been with CP since 2003 with no issues. Now I’m about to take my shop down.
I was expecting a commission payment on the 15th. On the 15th my reports page still had it listed as payable on the 15th. On the 16th I hadn’t received payment and found on the CP site it now says I’m getting $0.
I was given no notification, and when I chatted and emailed the only response I got was “certain shopkeepers were overpaid and we’re balancing things out”.
It’s been three weeks and that is all the response I’ve gotten, but I still have questions. Why did you take MY money. If there was a mistake made why was there no notification as to what would be happening? Why are we three weeks into this and still no explanation? Are you through? Will you be taking more?
Is this the best way to handle this situation? I don’t think so. I’m in this to make money. If CP can just take it anytime they want I don’t see how I’m going to profit.
I tried a phone call today, but they all have the same script: “accounting is doing this and we just have to wait for them to figure it out.” Really? Shouldn’t they have figured it out before taking peoples money without notice or explanation?
horrible company that cancelled my account after i complained. i have not been paid for items sold and will file lawsuit in montana court if not resolver. closed all my site cafepress.com/chinano was one. run by liberals who also block conservative postings.
