Hello,
I wish to draw your attention to the fact that I enrolled my elder daughter at your Livingston location on September 9, 2022, and made a payment of $4,165.00 for 50 hours of classes. I have attached the receipt as supporting documentation.
During the enrollment process, I was assured that these hours would never expire and could be transferred to my younger daughter. I did not initially require all 50 hours for my elder daughter but decided to make the full purchase of $4,165.00 with the understanding that I could use the remaining hours for my younger daughter. This decision was based on a conversation I had with the director, Angela Song, at that time.
In fact, I also utilized a portion of these hours for my second daughter as evidenced by the attached hours report for both Alisha and Aashirya, which highlights their usage in October 2022.
In September 2023, I contacted your institute and was informed that there were remaining hours that I could allocate to my second daughter. However, when I spoke with your director, Angela, today, I was surprised to learn that there has been a change in the policy, and these remaining hours are no longer valid. I was never informed about this new policy nor received any emails regarding it.
I kindly request an immediate review of this situation and a prompt response. I urgently need to schedule classes for my second daughter and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to explore the available options.
Thank you.

What’s the email address to write complain grievances about your C2 location ?
Not much information on the site, the corporate email for the communication is bounced back.
I have a serious complaint about one of your institute and don’t know where to go except to court now.

C2 Education in Coppell Tx took a $10,000 credit card out in my name without my permission. My child took no classes with them. We just went in to check out their costs then I get this huge bill. They stole my information and I’ve been fighting this for 5 months trying to file fraud and get this off my credit. Huge nightmare. Do not trust them.

I work at C2 for 3 months and witnessed that Haley would do anything to make money and totally disregarded the education aspect. On one hand, Haley would state, “Don’t answer questions, make the students find the answer.” When the parent would complain, Haley would direct me to do their homework to keep the parents happy. Do what ever you can to keep the money coming in. Unbelievable!

The Ellicott City, MD center is on it’s 4th director in 1.5 years and current one is absolutely horrible. She keep pushing to take more classes. She is changing your child tutor and class schedule without consulting with the parent or student. I can go on and on about issues with this center. Don’t waste your money! Oh – and teachers are leaving this center also.

I worked with C2 Education and had recurring problems with the director of the Dale City facility refusing to pay me, as agreed, for work. My pay rate would be changed at will, my agreement was not honored, and I was denied pay for some work despite promising to pay me repeatedly. When asking about me pay I was faced with retaliation.
There were many other problems relating to labor laws and privacy/HIPAA. Also, the center was disorganized and did not offer what is being advertised and promised to families.
I have reached out to your office many times and I was not provided with information that would allow me to submit this email. I would like to speak to someone about this to finally resolve matters with my pay. I was told that I had no recourse but in researching my options, I realized that my status as a contractor was inappropriate (according to the center established by the government relating to proper classification of my position). I was told that the Department of Labor ad other agencies will recognize my status as employment based on their criteria, which means I have options.
